The restaurant is in a little old school strip mall, supperrrr tiny but don't let that deceive you. Inside was packed and there was a line outside too. Ordered to-go and they said 20 mins but it was more like almost 30-40 min. Truly worth the wait though. Will definitely be coming back to this spot! Also, got a peek in the kitchen and the cooks looked authentic and Thai? That's why it's so yummy! lol.

I thought the food would be the same as some other Thai mall food. We ordered Pad Kee Mao and Noodle Soup and surprisingly both dishes were great if not better than some of the thai places that we've tried in the southbay. This is now our favorite place and we look forward to coming here again in the future to try more dishes.

Pho broth was good, calamari was hard, as if the oil used was old or over cooked. Spicy chicken wings were drenched with sauce. The worst dish was the chow fun, my daughter took her first bite and said it tasted old. I had to taste it and the noodles were disgusting. Tasted like it was leftovers and prepared in a microwave. My whole family are pretty sure that we are never returning.

They offer rice plates, or combo plates for individuals, similar to lunch specials. I selected several dishes and asked the server which was the most popular amongst the dishes I chose, and she let me know the salt and pepper fish, which I got with chow mein. We also ordered shrimp & broccoli, and sweet-and-sour pork. Everything appeared made to order and looked very fresh. From grandma to the babes everyone was happy with their food. Mine was more on the plain Jane with just fried fish, luckily it came with sliced jalapeños to give it a kick. Next time I'll order a spicy eggplant dish. This is a good place to go to if you're with a group of picky eaters. Price is very reasonable, especially for dinner.

It wasn't quite what I'm used to--the meat wasn't the typical stew cut and had more fat and gristle, with only a few pieces of beef. It wasn't my favorite, but the broth itself had good flavor. It also came with rice noodles, carrots, and even a couple pieces of lettuce, which was a bit different. Looking around, other dishes coming out looked really good. I'd definitely come back to try one of their sandwiches next time. Service was quick approx 30 seats. The ambiance was casual and welcoming clean, relaxed, and a comfortable spot to sit down and enjoy a meal. Nothing fancy, but it had a nice local feel.

My guess is that they prepare the food far in advance and just reheat the food as needed; sometimes there to go orders are ready way too quick so quality suffers. Also their fish sauce doesn't do it for me. It has no zing compared to those that other restaurants have. This is a pretty small restaurant but they manage to fit a decent number of tables. One of the few things that have going for them is that they are cheap. I feel like $11+ tax for a grilled chicken rice plate is unheard of these days. And they don't skimp out on the chicken, it's a good portion size.

My mom got the won ton soup and general chicken and my dad got the combination h plate which is fried rice, chow mein and Kung pao chicken. You can even ask for it mild spiced. You must try Lee's homemade chili oil. Beside great food the service is outstanding. When I called in my order and told her my name she was like "oh you have ordered before". If you haven't tried Lee's you are missing out.

Got the food and tasted it soon after I got to my car. Orange chicken lacking in that orange pop. General chicken lacking in overall flavor. What was the most unforgivable though was the soggy chicken. Eating at its optimal level would be eating it fresh at the table at the restaurant. Next best thing would be in the car as soon as you got it. But it's a to-go restaurant to realistically your eating it at home after it's traveled for however many minutes. As expected when I got home it was soggy. But it was already as soggy as possible to begin with. Why is this place a 4/5 I have no idea. Maybe since I came during off peak hours so they foods just sitting around and there's no fresh food turnover? No idea. Maybe I'll give them another chance one day but who knows. Also factor in that they don't have rice plates and the cost of pure entrees alone and that's a negative for me. I didn't know how lacking Chinese food was in Manteca because I was spoiled by the old Kitty's Kitchen. Nothing compares in the area.

We asked the waiter for help on what to order and he recommended the grilled beef. The broth that came with the rice plate was very flavorful. I opted for light vermicelli noodles with extra salad and they were very accommodating. We were surprised at how flavorful our food was, great portions and prices. We even got a Blue Moon on tap. We had seen the low ratings and had decided to go somewhere else if the Restaurant didn't look good. We were so glad we stayed. The Hubbs who never cleans his plate, finished everything, including the salad and rice.
