The service is where we were let down and why I cannot rate any higher. We came on a Saturday afternoon and despite it not being too busy, it took almost an hour for even our first dish to come out. Each dish took a long time with delivery and our server was nowhere to be found (never got our water refilled, never checked in on us, and never even checked us out and we had to learn on our own that we use the QR code).
