I've been consistently coming to Friendly Nails for the last few years. I usually call first thing…read morein the morning to check their availability for the same day & if it's too busy I'll ask to book an appointment for the next day or future date. All of the nail techs are great! I request for Cici when I want to do cat-eye or more simple gel manicures. If I want more artsy designs, I'll usually request for Ella or Karen. Gel manis are still $45, with full cat-eye adding an additional $15. Hand drawn art design nails may add between $4-6 per nail, depending on the design; while if you're okay with stickers, it may be $2-3/each. More intricate nail designs will require more time & cost more depending on what it is -- so I would inform them if this is something you want to do so they can allot the right amount of time for your booking. I typically spend about 1.5-2 hours to get my nails done (including removing the previous months' nails, nail trimming, shaping, cuticles, etc.) As stated before: Easy parking in the First St. structure behind the shop. Restroom available in the back of the store & always clean. They also do have bottled water, if needed.

I think the pics speak for themselves but here's some additional things I love about Friendly Nails…read more 1. Quick response times, both by phone and Yelp 2. Ella and Karen are amazing. Karen offers water during the sessions, and when I show Ella inspo pics she tailors the designs to my hand size and nail shape preference. Ella is so quick with her work as well and her attention to detail is unreal. 3. Clean spaces, bright lighting 4. Great color options. I'm a big fan of cat eye nails and there's endless colors to choose from 5. Reasonable pricing and they always quote you the price before you start to make sure you're ok with it Overall this is my go-to place for nails. I love everyone here!

Andrew is amazing. I only came in for a pedi and I almost never get my nails done. In the few times…read moreI have, my experience here has been the best out of the bunch. He is so considerate, nice, and really tried to make a welcoming and comfortable environment. Also looking at his IG, he is SO talented. Absolutely recommend! He deserves all of these 5 star reviews.

I booked with Trulycure when I was on a hiatus with my regular nail place. I did show up a few…read moreminutes early to my appointment since it was my first time and I also wasn't sure how parking was. My appointment time came and the salon was still closed (I just want to note that my appointment time was 30 minutes after their opening time) and I was waiting outside, unsure if I should just leave or wait. I ended up messaging Trulycure for an update and didn't get an answer. A lady showed up about 5-10 minutes later to open the door, asked if I needed a pedicure and then to sit down on one of the chairs. Now the chairs were really nice, but did not have a built in spa. She had to bring over a tub of water. I wasn't asked which pedicure service I want (I later saw there were multiple options on their menu) and asked me what color I wanted. Andrew had walked in while I was getting my pedicure done. He worked on removing my old set of gelx that I got done elsewhere and put a new set (he did an excellent job at this). I opted for a cat eye effect on my nails since he mentioned there is a promotion at the time. I thought Trulycure is somewhere I want to go back to but after reflecting on my experience of waiting without any communication they were going to be tardy, pedicure gal cutting my toe nails oddly to the point where my big toe nail is growing out not the way I like and the cat eye not being a cat eye (looks like a layer of glitter polish applied), I was completely ready to go back to my usual place.
