The service is very good. They go above and beyond to service your car and accommodate their customers. I've been coming here for years.

They charged me over $300 to replace these wires. They charge a number or random fees to up the money you give them. The wire set they used to fix my car was $60 at o reillys, they charged me $130. It is RIDICULOUS how much this establishment tries to squeeze money out of every possible customer. A normal wire replacement shouldn't cost $300! It's absurd! I'm extremely disappointed and will not be taking my car back here, unless I want to donate my hard earned money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Then they call me an hour later and say they have to do more research and that would cost $160 but if I ended up getting work done from them the $160 would be applied towards my total. I went in for one thing and they call me to tell me I have 4 things wrong with my car. I ended up having them do one thing on my car as that's all I could afford. As I'm paying, they tell me the $160 won't be applied to my end total and that the guy that told me that was wrong. I won't ever return here as I feel the communication between the workers isn't clear to each other or to the customers. I absolutely feel robbed but hey you live and you learn.

They change their names A WHOLE LOT. Town Center Automotive,…read moreTC Transmission, Tri County Transmission, Portland Import Transmission, Discount Auto Brokers, TIR Enterprises, Modern Motion Auto Sales. These are all the same place. Want to know why? Because changing their name is one of the tricks they use to escape their bad reputation. If you have the same experience I did (many have) and if you try to research them, then you will find out that this repair shop is one of 12 shops that get the most consumer complaints in our three-state region. So check the BBB, check the owners, and signers for the businesses. And CALL the State Attorney General's office- so that you can be sure to ask about each business name and all of the complaints that don't show up online after they age or the customer was too exasperated to continue complaining, so they are considered "resolved". These crooks fake the system. And they write fake reviews for themselves. I found out that a lot of people went through my exact same experience. I've received messages from others saying that they went through the same thing "word for word": I paid thousands for a joke. After waiting FOREVER, Weedman declared the car was repaired, and then it failed. And in between these failures, he would hold my car hostage. For months!! Each time I called to ask if the repair was done, he would tell me an excuse that turned out to be a lie, then he would tell me to call back later, and when I did, I got more of the same, only *HE* would get mad at *ME* for calling to ask! How mentally cracked do you have to be to get upset with the customer that asks for their own vehicle and for their paid-in-full repair, after all the weeks and months you've blown them off? So after months of this I got my car back. Had it for just a few days before I found out that it was unsafe and not drivable, and it stranded me. This happened TWICE. The looooong wait, the weird mad attitude from Weedman, and the failed (*cough*) "repair". When I got the repair completed through a shop with high and consistent ratings, they told me that Weedman did the work BACKWARDS, then he "makeshifted" it- to get it to temporarily work. But they said that no matter how you slapdash it- the repair would always fail after a short amount of driving, and that Weedman's mistakes had RUINED THE PARTS. So the parts had to be replaced. Again. Just... really dig into your research on these clowns, okay? Repairs are expensive and you don't want to get hurt like this. Do your homework, and you will find the same things that I found: If their reputation seems good on the surface, then dig a little deeper, and you'll find that that they are hiding their black ratings just as much as they hide their incompetence and damage.

My truck didn't have a problem with the throttle body before his manager he wouldn't even let me speak with, called to say it needed replaced or rebuilt assured me that is what was making it stall in turns and at idle after warming up. Which was my only issue when I brought it in on a recommendation by a more reputable tire center. After three times back in three days, it lacked power and still idled way higher than 700, 1300-1400! With constant hesitation, nearly stalling from a dead stop just throttling up, coughing and wheezing. Three people worked on it. One said it's a carburetor (!) and that one also used a large drill bit to send aluminum shavings all over the intake manifold in front and over the engine. I got barely made it home the third day, after they reset timing 20 degrees retarded, and this is why the second Napa warranty shop which it turned out they would not warranty Andrew's deplorable services, they thought the *mechanic drilled into a factory original cap over an air flow adjustment screw, and messed up the original GM factory TBI air setting. Rob's Auto closet to my home is where they found these glaring issues. Also I called NAPA corporate and they made a claim and when no one called me relisted it urgent and notified their managers of Andrew's breaking my family's only vehicle. At home I barely turned the throttle to heat the wheezing and sputtering up close and the TBI exploded in my face. I called again for a fourth return and asked for a tow. Andrew became enraged and started screaming at me over the phone how my truck is a piece of shit etc etc I hung up and called Rob's who tried and got it better but I think the injectors Andrew used we're worse than the originals. They probably came from a scrap yard for all I know. But drilling a hole in the TBI and setting timing badly and then not owning up or making it right, tells me Andrew's "nappy" and Napa themselves too, are to be avoided if you love your car much as we love ours. I'll post an update after taking it to DEQ not to pass because although it would have before I know it won't now. It's not even getting good fuel mileage and I just tuned it up including decarbing the TBI and checking for leaks and the spray which looked great, just before bringing it in for something they had no intention of even diagnosing. Here are some photos of how it looked after Andrew's and Rob's, on 224, who looking at how they replaced the air filter cover. As crooked and squashed as they set up my K&N it took me over an hour to straighten and put it in better. I also found bits metal from the hot air duct in and under the filter, which concerns me too. But the problem isn't better, it still misses just not as much, and still stalls too, and lacks power just as much. You hear a sound in the cab like lifters but duller. I imagine some bit of the duct metal got lodged in one of the intake ports if not a cylinder. By the time we are threw, it'll be a new TBI, including new injectors, a new intake manifold, and possibly new heads, pistons and crank! I feel like I have a solid case for taking these fools to court. Considering they assured me it was the TBI and that if not they would find out and fix whatever it was. But we had a good running truck with only a few minor issues. I tried to explain. Neither shop listened. They did it their way. Now, someone is going to pay.

The problem they were going to have to deal with is that we had a wonderful pitbull who we used to take everywhere with us, before we lost her at the beginning of the year. They said it would look as good as new, but of course I thought that was a lofty goal... Oh my gosh, we were SHOCKED at how amazing it looks! The carpet looks as good as when it was new (maybe better)! I would never have believed this was possible, but we could not be more pleased! They worked on it for over 8 hours! The price was more than fair, and to say they exceeded our expectations would be an understatement! If you want your car to look its absolute best, we could not recommend E&N more enthusiastically!
