Clackamas County residents, I would strongly recommend researching this shop carefully before choosing them for vehicle repairs. In my experience, I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. After work was performed on my vehicle, I experienced serious engine issues, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously when I brought them up. Communication became frustrating, and I did not feel that my questions regarding the repairs were addressed professionally. Based on my personal experience, I would not return to this shop and would not recommend it to others. I've been having issues with my coolant overheating for a while now and every time I've taken my car in, everyone has been super friendly! My coolant issues have been somewhat of a mystery and the issue was not directly apparent. They took steps to try and figure out the problem while reducing costs which has been a lifesaver for me. Very nice service with out all the lies and BS of a Jiffy Lube oil change. I have only been here once but do plan to return and recommend it to all my friends and family. If you fill up at the gas station in the same lot you get a discount on your oil change (one of the best prices on gas in town, Delco I believe). I worked many years in fleet maintenance and have just recently started having my oil changed because I'm getting old and lazy. I have tried a number of places including numerous Jiffy Lube locations. I have a review on my last Jiffy Lube experience, I would never go back to those lying scam artists. The Pit Crew changed my oil and didn't try to up sell me a flush or a radiator cap or air filter or wiper blades (last time at Jiffy Lube the recommended I replace my wiper blades, I had already done that less than 24 hours prior). Usually pit crew is super reliable and I love coming here because the owner is extremely kind and wants the best for his customers. I got an oil change today and everything was fine until after I paid, I went to go into my car and the window was completely rolled down on the drivers side leaving my car soaked from the rain. I got into my car and turned it on to close the window and the parking break wasn't on?? So I was rolling forward and had to quickly slam the breaks on. It's the little things. I was driving home and my oil light turned on. So they also didn't take the time to get that turned off. It makes me really question this workers ethics and if he even completed my oil change, or ran the tests they usually do for an oil change service. Nothing huge and I still will come here because they are reliable and straight up about their pricing; however, the guy doing my car needs to know that he is making the business look bad, especially when the owner works so hard to keep his customers satisfied. read more

Had my vehicle towed here on a Sunday (when they are closed). First thing Monday morning the owner called me to get the details on my vehicle, and said they would at least be able to get started today... shortly after noon, he called back to say the vehicle was ready! I was extremely happy with the speed that they were able to get me back on the road! Even more so, I was extremely happy with the results... I had taken my vehicle to one of those chains of oil change shops, and they had "stripped" the pan plug... with no oil, the vehicle had to be towed away from the shop. Ugh! (never again with those chain shops). The mechanic at Pit Crew was able to fit a standard pan plug, without needing to re-tap the hole... less than $70 and I'm back on the road! Fast and professional service by Ben the mechanic and Mark the manager. I appreciated their kind assistance in a tight spot. I had a crazy week at work, pulled a 12 hour day and was stopped on the way home by a policeman for a non-functioning headlight. The next day, I was about to go to a repair shop after work, when part of my car key broke off in the trunk key hole while my car doors were still locked! When I called Pit Crew, it was 40 minutes before their closing time at 6pm on a Thursday. Really, who wants to take a customer at that time? Nonetheless, Ben the mechanic said he would be able to replace the bulb. By the time my rescuer friend gave my spare car key, it was 20 minutes to 6pm, but Mark the manager kindly told me over the phone that he would wait for me as long as I arrive around 6pm. I got there at 5:59pm, and Ben fixed my light quickly. I had a friendly chat with Mark while waiting, and he definitely seems to know the inner workings of cars. I was so impressed with the service I received today. My car broke down and the tow truck took forever. I arrived an hour and a half before they closed, with a desperate request to get my alternator replaced. Mike, the owner, said he'd do his best. Well his best was staying an hour and a half after closing, on a Saturday, to get the job done and my truck out the door so I wouldn't be car-less until Monday. He didn't have to do that, but it was incredibly appreciated. I will definitely be going back for all future service needs! read more

Mike, Bryan, and crew are absolutely exceptional when it comes to service. They will not try and sell you services / products you don't need. They do the job right (sorry, no rush-jobs here) the first time, and they treat you like a friend, not a sucker with a wallet full of money. This is a working man's garage for the working man.
