I've live in Woodcrest a long time and never tried this place. One of the main reason was because of the bad yelp review & because of the bigger chain places that are just up the street. So I finally decided to call in an order on a sat night. The girl that answered my call was friendly and answered all my questions. Told me about all their specials, and took my order. When I showed up to pick up the pizza my first impression is the parking sucks but the place was nice and clean. All the staff is friendly and I was helped promptly. Overall all the pizza was good and hot. The restaurant looks clean and is kid friendly. They have a soda fountain so you don't have to wait for refills. They also have a wide variety of beer. The chicken wings where okay and the ranch was okay(kinda watery for my taste). Will be back again. read more

I really used to enjoy the pizza from this place, and continued to eat there even when they jacked up the price on the mini-pizza I used to get for $5 to $8. But today, I called to order 2 pizzas using a coupon I had and was told they would not honor the coupon because they are under new ownership. Keep in mind now, this isn't some coupon I cut out of a magazine, I paid for these coupons, and my belief is that if you buy a business, you buy their debt, including coupons through the predetermined expiration date. I was asked if it was a coupon they apparently offer presently, and when I told them it wasn't, they didn't even offer to give me that deal, just pay us full price or nothing. So anyway, I went with nothing, and I won't be back. If you want to get ripped off, feel free to go to this place, but they've priced themselves out of their quality range for my taste. My family has supported this business for a very long time. I continue to support because I enjoy the pizza. However, I am in search of my new spot. Every single time we order a pizza we ask to add extra mushrooms. We always order a supreme pizza and take off 1 of the 3 meats. We also ask for extra mushroom. We are told we cannot swap meat for mushrooms (seriously?...) We are charged extra for mushrooms and then when we get the pizza it is obvious there are no extra mushrooms added. We've expressed several times that we want EXTRA and have given up on the whole swapping & will pay. Well now that I've paid for nothing I'm pretty upset. My mom has also gone to pick up and anytime she has asked for packets of chili flake the owner finds it necessary to tell her she doesn't need more than 2 packets..... for an extra extra large pizza? Is that really for him to decide? Are we really being THAT cheap? It's such a bummer that we continue to get treated this way when we've supported you for so long. Do better. When you order a pizza they give the correct pick up time so you are not standing around waiting. This is a huge plus when other local places have made us wait more than 45 minutes beyond our pickup time. Mexican pizza is really good and they have not messed up a pizza yet. read more

I just moved to Orangecrest Country and Antonios pizza is a bit too far now. We tried this place because unlike many other places, they deliver and I don't need to download an app and create yet another account. The pizza was good. I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5 but I was surprised with their wings. Usually I like my buffalo wing wet and crispy but these were not wet. They were dry on the outside yet they super juicy inside. I have ordered pizza and sandwiches from here frequently over the past 10 years. There are multiple locations to eat near the training center but this place is always a fan favorite. Food is good and delivery is always hot. This place doesn't have Michelin stars but their food is consistently good. If your complaint is about how much free stuff a business gives you then you should hop in the local communist food line and wait your turn for a block of cheese. To be completely honest, I'm lazy in reviewing places but seeing the whiners complaining about the size of their water cup stirred me to action. I'm sorry you ladies had to get out of your chair like, multiple times, to like, fill your tiny water cups. I wanted to put my fingers in my ears just reading your review out loud... my heart goes out to the staff. Oh em gee Becky... there was some dust on the table!!! Owner is a hostile control freak and a scammer. He refused to sell me a 2L soda because I had planned to dine in. Then he made my pizza without one of the toppings I paid for in retaliation to me declining to purchase a can of soda. Save yourself the trouble, if you want good food or good service look elsewhere. Big disappointment. I used to come to this pizza place at least once a week and ordered all my pizzas for parties from here years ago. They went through different owners and I stopped going. I decided to give them another try today. Bad idea. I was in the mood for a grinder but the only choices were meat ones, which I didn't want. So I asked if I could get a veggie one (knowing they had all the ingredients, it would be super easy, and easy money for the owner). The owner refused. He said no off-menu orders. What the hell? How stupid is he. He just lost what could have been a regular customer. I'm never coming back there again even though it's a mile from my house. I was the only person ordering so it's not like it was super busy. I should have walked out but I put my annoyance aside and got spaghetti with marinera sauce. So bland and tasteless, hardly any sauce, over cooked pasta. The other employees are nice unlike the owner. The business lost what could have been a very regular customer. Great pizza, and killer crust!!! They put the right amount of cheese and sauce and it's always ready within a reasonable amount of time. We have never eaten in their dining room but we did learn most of the games are turned off unless you tell them to turn them on. The worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered a Maui pizza and wings with mild sauce and extra ranch and didn't receive anything like what we ordered. My husband and I don't care for a lot of the "big brands" (Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Johns), we always prefer a smaller private place better, and this place is pretty good. First time ordering here, didnt have much problem with the customer service as other people talked about. No this review is on the product. Ordered a pepperoni and wings and man I could not be more disappointed. The pizza is pretty bland and the pepperoni itself has to be the worst tasting I have ever had. I did not know pepperoni would even taste bad but seriously removing it from the pizza actually makes the pizza taste better. This wings are simply disgusting. Ordered "traditional" wings and they are those breaded bone in things. They had been soaking it whatever Tabasco and so the breading is all soggy and gross. Overall you can simply tell they just shell out food there and could care less about taste or quality. Tried em out because Antonious pizza doesn't deliver, was a huge mistake. Even the kids under 5 hated it. FYI one hour wait on delivery, they quoted that and stuck to it. Seems too long for a place that likely isnt very popular. The pizza is still great, and they still deliver to Gavlin hills. However when you come in for pick up, it is terribly disorganized. After I paid the girl at the counter said let me check on your order, then never came back. Other customers are complaining about long waits, and there are neglected customers st the counter. I heard one guy making pizza ask another girl to stop what she was doing to help the front, and she flat ignored him. Not the best experience. Hopefully this is just a bad day. read more

I live close by and have had their pizza a few times. I like the food, however, I dislike that they do not have their menu on-line, and I had a really hard time finding a website for them ( maybe I missed it ?)... I think if you're going to offer a delivery service you should have the menu available on-line reflecting the correct prices. They have a $20 min. fee for delivery, which I think is too expensive and it can take up to 1 hr to get the food delivered to your door. I gave them 3 stars because I think they could communicate better with their customers and change a few things to improve service. I like their food, but it may not be my go-to pizza place unless they change some the things I listed above. read more

Soooooo, my daughter had just finished her softball game at Orangecrest and we figured pizza sounds really good, this pizza place was the closest sit in pizza place we found so I said let's try it out, it was pretty empty and only has 3 stars but I said "what the hell let's just try it". The, I assume is the owner, is walking back and forth outside the pizza place(no pun intended) and on his phone, I took down my son and waited for my daughter to get down, we're parked 4 spaces from the front door so we headed that way, the, again I assume is the owner since he was the only one there, is in front of us and gets to the door first, right as he is about to open the door, he pivots his hip and let's out a machine gun of a fart, right in front of us. Now I tried to determine if it could have been something else that made that noise but seeing what he did with his leg and where the sound came from, I could not come up with another explanation, I did not stay, told my kids to hurry back in the truck and we left. I do not know what the food taste like but I do know they have a lot of gas!! read more

My husband was waiting for our sick dog to get care at Woodcrest Vet and was very hungry, and walked over to this place to get some hot wings. My husband tried them and said they were so overly fried, he could not eat them. He ate one, he said it was really fried, so he tried another and realized they were all over fried. He said they were all so fried they were like eating road kill baking in the sun on the side of a Vegas freeway for 48 hours. He took them to the counter, and told the person there they he found them uneatable. Mind you, my husband is a pretty rough and tough guy, he will eat pretty much anything. The fact that he took them back amazes me. I've been with him 15 years, I've never seen him take anything back. Ever. Anyways, when he took them to the counter and said he could not eat them because they were so awful, the person behind the counter said "I have the best wings in town! I used to come here as a kid and be ecstatic to play arcade games. That nostalgia is still present, and the pizza remains amazing. I usually don't eat crust, but the crust here is so good that I eat every last bite. Stromboli is top-notch as well! read more

If I could give 0 starts I would, my son called and ordered me a bbq pizza with NO CHEESE I was standing there and heard him order it, I get my pizza delivered and bite into it and it has cheese, I am allergic to cheese, so this wasn't something I was being irrational about, I called and said my son asked for a pizza with no cheese the guy said "no u didn't" I simply stated I was near my son when he ordered and I heard him say it, he said he'd make me a new pizza, I asked for it to be delivered like my other one was he said no and said I can come pick it up and need to bring the other one, bringing the other pizza wasn't a problem at all but for a worker to speak to me the way he did was inexcusable and unprofessional, when I went inside I said I wasn't being irrational and I have a high allergy and could've end up in the hospital, he said "do not start and try and put this on me" I said I will not be coming back Bcz he was being disrespectful and he said good.
