Pizza was really good. Crispy crust, good toppings, and it was cool to try some new things. The only reason for 4 stars is because the service was very, very slow. We have gotten used to slow service due to the pandemic but this was extraordinarily slow. And no communication as to why. Also, u tried to order a cookie three times. They still forgot it. I came in on a Sunday night about 20 mins before closing time and as the employee started taking our order we were interrupt by the manager telling his employee to let us know they were closed. I asked the manager why they were closed if there was still 20 mins left to closing and he stated that this was just the case. I told him they should state that somewhere because his employees obviously started taking our order which means they weren't informed of this closing time either. We walked here from our hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. Original pizzas and design your own pasta. I had a pizza called the times which came with tomatoes, chicken, red onion, cilantro and bbq sauce drizzle. It was so delicious. My kids had a make your own pasta. We loved coming here! The workers behind the counter asked if it was our first time and walked us through the different options. The dough is delicious - pizza that is made from a legit ball of dough that is kneaded and pressed in front of you just hits different. The toppings were fresh (I did the "publish your own" for unlimited toppings) and the leftovers were not dried out, like most take out pizza you get these days. You get to pick the toppings and they do have some set menu as well. everything seems fresh and the team there tends to take care of your needs if you have certain allergies or you want something done. We stopped by here after a trip to Gaylord Palms ICE! and when we left we were on Disney property in less than five minutes. The newspaper theme is cute and there's a good deal of both indoor and outdoor seating available. They also serve craft beers and wine. Regular sized pizzas here are 10 inches and you can select from a list of "signature pizzas" or you can just specify how you want yours made as a "publish your own". They put the pizza in the conveyor belt oven and a short time after you pay it will be ready. If this is your first visit make sure to download their loyalty app for some free garlic bread. As far as the taste of the pizza I didn't dislike it but I also wouldn't make a trip just to have it. My favorite quick service pizza is in Disney Springs but this is a much more convenient location I would come back to when in the area. read more
