This reviewed is specifically in regard to their cheese pizza, as in how tasty it is, not the lumen of their lighting fixture, not the geopolitical views of the staff, not the evil credit card machine that steals 100 pennies when you swipe your card, etc. For me, the crust and savory red sauce is what makes their pizza different. If you like your food well seasoned (e.g. cuisines that uses a variety of spices and herbs, have a mix of flavor profiles, include fermented sauces and condiments, or create a lingering umami after-party in your mouth), you'll appreciate how the sauce pairs perfectly with the cheese. I like the crust to be slight brown/toasted, it's the perfect balance of a crispy but CHEWY (not doughy) crust, I can't explain it but it is just the perfect texture and taste. You can either ask them to leave it in the oven for a bit longer if you want the crust to be more crispy (but the left overs will be too dry the next day)...or you can take it home and rebake it to how you want it. For me, the center of the pizza is bit soggy so I rarely will eat it straight out of the box. My only gripe? I wish they had a white sauce option! read more

This place was pretty good, my husband definitely liked it more then I did so that's why I gave it a 4, my opinion only it would be a 3. The cheese on the pizza was super thick and heavy. And the sauce on the wings was very thick as well. Everything tasted great, but those to things was an issue for me. I normally can eat 2 wings but the sauce on these wings was so thick I was only able to eat one. Some people may like that. But I'm not a big fan of it. Was my first time trying this place out after craving some pizza. I'll start off with the positive parts then move on to what needs improvement. Ordered the build your own pizza, breadsticks and Wings. The wing flavor was a nice flavor, sweet and a bit tangy (Gangnam) flavor. Not sure on the spelling though The pizza dough was very soft with a nice crisp. What needs improvement is the cook on their toppings and those breadsticks and marinara sauce. If you're looking for a nice charred topping than this isn't your place. They don't cook their toppings and add them raw which doesn't add much flavor. The breadsticks were these cute tiny things but lacked flavor and that soft texture. The marinara sauce was really disgusting. It tasted as if they just dumped a can into the styrofoam container. Came here because it was a Yelp recommendation when we were looking for a pizza spot. This is near discovery cube, so if you're in the area highly recommend it. To begin with, the prices are decent. ( I saw more expensive on Yelp when I was scrolling through our options.) The man at the counter was extremely friendly and when we asked about a hot sauce for wings he recommended one that is not on the menu. (So if you like hot ask for it) Now my boyfriend and I LOVE spicy foods and can tolerate a good amount, so when he suggested this one we were hoping it wasn't like other restaurants that claim their sauce is spicy but it's just plain buffalo sauce. So we went for it. Also ordered a XL pizza. Anyway, food came out and just wow. Their wings are the best. They are so crispy, perfectly fried, and the sauce WAS so spicy yet so flavorful. We were really really impressed I had to leave a review. Definitely try their wings if you get a chance. Their pizza was also good, my toddler loved it. They put a good amount of toppings and a very decent amount of cheese. I do have to say the XL is more for 4-5 people so if you have a small family stick to a medium or large. And finally, the service was great. The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed this pizza spot and definitely will come back another time! We ordered here and loved our experience and food! It was on 3/20 in the afternoon. I did not get the cashiers name but he had the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Starting at the phone call to order to me leaving the store. He was very patient with me ordering and paying. The young man also helped me out to my car since I was trying to carry 3XL pizzas. My sister in law recommended this place and we will definitely be back! I do wish you all had delivery outside of the 3rd party services but I'm willing to pick up. The pizza is fine... actually one of my favorites in the neighborhood. My concern is tonight, upon arriving, both ladies working in the kitchen (chatting happily and laughing) were making food without masks. To put it plainly, it is irresponsible. I appreciate all the restaurants in the area taking extra precautions during this time to ensure safety measures for their team members and customers.
