Highly recommended!…read more Our water heater suddenly began leaking and I called Steve , having been very happy with their service in the past. Dusty came out the next morning and, since it was somewhat urgent, Steve was able to schedule Bruce to come out that afternoon and replace the water heater. He was on time, friendly and thoroughly explained the installed unit. Less than three hours later, the installation was complete. In a previous review (after main valve and toilet replacements) mentioned the many reasons I chose The Plumbing Pros. They include integrity, professional owner and tradesmen, quality workmanship and competitive pricing. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. There's a good reason for all of their Five Star . Don't even bother calling anyone else!

They also gave me a quote ahead of time and the price stayed that amount. We were assisted by the plumber named Joe. He was professional, nice, informative, and helpful. I had looked at about 10 different plumber options and chose The Plumbing Pros because I felt they were very upfront, open, and honest. I really liked their website and how they had photos of the owner and their team, with some info on their experience. I also felt the quoted price was reasonable for the job, especially after getting several quotes (many other companies did not list an "out the door price" but just a diagnostic price with some unknown addon price.) I liked getting a price up front before the work was started. Long story short, we would use them again for future plumbing needs.

Super Bros was not the cheapest, but very competitive with the lowest quote. There were a few reasons we went with Super Bros. First, they got started on my whole house re-pipe the next week. The other company had me waiting for more than a month. The other reason is because Super Bros was super communicative and explained the whole process before it started, asked lots of questions about my preferences, and was incredibly transparent about every details and process. My primary point of contact for this job was Jeremy. He was actually another reason that I went with Super Bros, as I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything or push me into doing something I didn't want or need. He was clear about where there were options and where he has seen challenges from a project like mine in the past. His experience and demeanor were what locked it in for me. After agreeing to use Super Bros, the next week I was met by Mike, who walked through with me as he was point on the project. I work from home so I was around for the entire thing, but I can honestly say that there was barely any disruption to my workday. Yes, the water was off for one of the 3 days of work, but other than that and the expected noise of cutting out metal pipes here and there, the disruption was nearly invisible. I was also greeted by Serge and Denis who were handling different parts of the project. Both incredibly polite and obviously damn good at their jobs. This was NOT some group of minimum wage kids subcontracted to do the work. every one of these guys was an experienced and efficient tradesman from what I could tell (admittedly I'm, not a plumber, but you could tell that they were professionals by the quality of their work, their speed, and some of the challenges my house provided that they were able to find workarounds for). You can probably tell that I'd recommend Super Bros for your next plumbing project, but in case there was any question: you should use Super Bros for your next plumbing project. Highly recommend!

They…read moredelivered poor quality, un-permitted work, taking much longer than planned and there's no accountability to properly finish this install. We'll need to spend more time and money to get another contractor to properly complete this job and permitted. I do not recommend this company. I'm confused by the 5 star reviews and I hate to write a bad one, but I hope it can save others from wasting their time and money like us. The communication started off strong, but poor execution when it comes to the actual work. I went with them because they claimed taking pride in making their installs look good with high quality work, enhancing the value of the home. The pictures show this is far from that promise and they don't care to resolve this. Quoted a 1-2 day install dragged on for 1.5 months before the system was even functional. The install started during a snowstorm which I understand brought challenges. I checked if they wanted to reschedule due to the storm, but they insisted they work in the snow all the time. They ran into multiple issues, and had to order replacement parts several times. It was very poorly managed throughout, I would hardly get updates and had to reach out each week to check on the status. Technicians would work on something and no communication if they were done or if the system was ready to use. They eventually got a replacement unit and the system was finally functioning over a month later. I don't mind the delays as long as the final work is properly done, but that's not the case here. They basically called the install done since it's functioning but the rest of the install is already falling apart and poor workmanship. Every part of the install you can see is of very poor quality. Line set covers falling apart, mis-aligned covers, roughly cut edges, paint over-sprayed onto the siding, lines messily laid out under the house already falling down, exterior unit is haphazardly shimmed with rubber blocks, lines covered with a rubber sheet zip tied as a cover, interior unit has the line coming out the side with a tacky wood cover vs hidden out the back, a plastic piece near the line exit is broken and sticking out. This is amateur DIY quality, nothing close to professional. These are only the places I can see which doesn't give me confidence in the mechanical work I can't see. I'm especially worried about the line through the roof. They punched through existing flashing for the skylight and did it in a spot where there's no room to properly flash around the hole to make sure it's water tight. I will need to get a professional roofing contractor to inspect and fix this work. I thought I was overly critical since they have positive reviews, so I reached out to a local contractor for a second opinion. He was even more critical and said it's one of the worst installs he's ever seen. I sent Folsom Lake photos of the issues nearly 2 months ago and there hasn't been much effort to resolve them. It is supposedly in the process of permitting, but again it's been radio silence for 7 weeks. I reached out directly to the permitting company multiple times and they have stopped providing updates. Other notes: The carpet was muddy despite asking several times to remove boots. After the last visit, there was even a boot print on our dining table. They drilled holes in the wrong location on the wall and did a poor job "patching" them up. I could go on but have spent too much time managing this job and I'm really disappointed in the quality and lack of accountability from Folsom Lake Heating. I'm sure they'll respond with excuses, but I have been patient and given them plenty of opportunities to make things right with no results. Unfortunately I will have to take a different route, and it looks like I'll have to spend more time finding a proper contractor to clean up this botched install. Save your hard-earned money, time and headache and hire a professional contractor with more experience and pride than this company.

They were the one companies that got back really fast. And when I say fast, I have put in a quote and I got an answer back within five minutes. They were very on top of everything asking me what I want done they gave me the price right upfront so there wasn't any surprises. It was a flat rate of $69 to do the AC tuneup. Then they gave me 5 to 6 choices for time scheduling to come out to do the job. They were able to do the job the very next day and the very first appointment at 9 am. Clayton was our technician who came out. He was very friendly, very polite and very respectful. I was able to walk him through the whole house to show him where the job was. I love that they were able to do a 21 point inspection for the AC tune up to ensure that the AC is ready for summer. These were few of the test that was performed: Thermostat: Ensures it's functioning correctly and calibrated. Filters: Inspects and cleans or replaces air filters. Electrical Components: Checks wiring, connections, and safety controls. Airflow: Verifies proper airflow through the system. Visual Inspection: Checks for any signs of damage, wear, or leaks. Operational Test: Runs the system to ensure it's operating correctly and efficiently. Clayton was also able to tell me that our filters need to change over and was able to give me the sizes so that I can purchase the correct ones to install for ourselves. He did a phenomenal job with the dryer vent cleaning, which also happened to be in the attic for us. He also told us that there was a small drip in there and was able to clear out the clog from the AC for us. He was very hands-on, very efficient and very thorough with everything. We had also asked them to give us a quote to move our AC unit which happened to be on our back patio. I love that I was able to ask questions and he was able to give me the different scenarios of what would work and what wouldn't work and why did & didn't work. Thank you so much for your honesty. They are a local business mom and Pop shop we love giving business to local business. We will definitely do business with them again and we highly recommend them to anybody in the area.

New house purchase = many issues, count on it. We needed a water heater replacement. Our Bradford White water heater was nearly 20 years old, had tons of gunk at the bottom given neglectful maintenance, and rust found in hot water... lots of rust. Warranty didn't cover this, so we quoted and spoke with a good number of plumbing technicians to find someone affordable, honest, and simply no games! Plenty of companies were quoting us around $2200-$2500, some mentioning Bradford White and others mentioning American Standard (if they say they recommend the latter, it's a tactic called upselling). Why did we conclude to use Andrew and his 1-man running company? To sum it in one word = Integrity. Andrew has rare characteristics super rare to find these days. In a few more words - honesty, hard working, transparent, no upselling, fast, prompt, responsive, straight forward, professional, extremely knowledgeable as he's been in this profession for so long, and he'll provide you with a competitive price that will DEFINITELY beat the rest since he's a 1-man show running his AP Plumbing company. Let's just say his quote surprised me quite a bit and did my best to keep my poker face (was jumping for joy inside). Very respectful for your home and he did an impeccable job that it looked like it cost me towards the higher end of the spectrum! The photo should speak for itself. We couldn't be happier and now we'll go to Andrew for any/all major plumbing issues. He replaced all the bad parts, including lines connecting to and from the water heater (pressure pipe, incoming and outgoing water pipes, and gas pipe). No issues and my family is at peace without worries of rust in our hot water. Highly recommended plumber!!

Fixed my damn anxiety I've had for the last couple weeks.
