The best Buffalo chicken I had so far not too salty and not extreme spicy, well rounded and balanced. The chef at this establishment really knows how to make the food pop from the other restaurants around. The bartender was my server and she did a pretty good. My first visit and they already get 4 stars. If keeps up on my next visit when I dine in then i will definitely have no choice but they move to a full 5 stars. Parking is tight, so I suggest parking on Waterman Avenue and walking around to the back of the restaurant, where the trailer is located. I went with a simple cheese pizza and a pepperoni, pepper, and olive pie, both of which were excellent. Both were cooked perfectly, crisp but not burnt. Considering the quality of the pies and add-ons, the price was very fair. I'm eager to try the restaurant.
