I was looking for a new poke spot because I've been to almost every single one in the Fullerton/Brea area. All of my favorite spots over the years have gone downhill so I found this place! It was quite the drive, as it took just over 35 minutes but I'll go out for a drive for great food! Here's what I ordered: **Large Bowl: For my base, I opted out for white rice. For my complimentary scoop, I went with regular crab meat. The large came with 4 scoops of protein so I went with 1 scoop of salmon, 1 scoop of tuna, and 2 scoops of scallops. For my sauce, I went with a light dressing of yuzu ponzu. For my toppings, I got green onion, white onion, masago, seaweed salad, edamame, cucumber, wasabi, ginger, cilantro, jalapeno, pickled carrots, and pickled radish. Everything from the fish to the toppings were extremely fresh and delicious! (5/5) I generally don't lather my poke bowls with sauces. I initially asked if they offered sesame oil by itself because I noticed that their house sauce was a mixture of soy and sesame oil but they did not. This is the first time I've seen at a poke bowl spot not offering sesame oil by itself. Also, if you're working in the restaurant business and are sick, you should not be working that day or at least wear a mask/face shield. The guy working kept coughing into his wrist and arm but worst part was that most of the toppings were scooped up with his hands instead of tongs or other utensils. Gloves were used but the way that this place just cross contaminates with each order was a little unsettling. While everything was fresh and delicious, the way that the employee handled my bowl while being sick was unacceptable. The guy handling my bowls didn't even bother to apologize about him coughing up a storm. Ew, that's nasty. This would've been my favorite poke spot of all-time but I will not be returning. read more

Dude. My poke bowl was amazing. I got the large. It was like $20 for 4 protein, all the toppings and whatever. PRO-TIP: They currently have a 20% off deal as a part of their opening. They have a location in Rancho Cucuamungus and you can also order online for pick up too. It's located in the plaza where GW Market is and there's a decent amount of parking (for now as the new Haven City Market hasn't opened yet). When I was there there were 2 workers helping customers, someone enjoying their dinner, and seemed like a small decent "dinner rush". I got the medium size poke bowl. For medium size, you get 3 scoops of protein. I got the: Hawaiian Spicy Tuna Cube, Salmon, and Seared Albacore. The Hawaiian spicy tuna does have a nice subtle kick that amps up as you eat more of your dish. Seared albacore isn't like what you would get from a sushi place to be honest, it's slightly cooked edges instead of a nice char to it. Not bad though. You can never go wrong with the standard salmon too. I do have to note though, that I did get a fishy taste throughout the poke bowl randomly so maybe it was the albacore? But it doesn't take away too much from the meal over all. For the base, I just got plain old white rice as I knew the protein and sauce choices will add enough flavor to my order. For sauces I got their house TPP spicy sauce which adds more to the spiciness of the Hawaiian Spicy Tuna, I got the smoky mustard sesame on the side which is a unique sauce flavor I haven't seen at any other poke place. It isn't sour like standard mustard and it truly has the smoky taste as described on the menu. What's unique about this place is that you can also add a free scoop of regular or spicy imitation crab meat at no extra cost, there's unique sauces like the mustard sesame I mentioned earlier as well as garlic miso and wasabi lime miso. For extra toppings, I got the edamame, sweet corn, seaweed salad, all of the dried toppings (sesame, furikake, fried onions, etc), and masago. I didn't get these toppings, but I noticed that it's not something generally offered at other poke places such as kale, pickled carrots, and pineapple. A medium is more than enough for me to share with my younger brother, to the point where my bro was like, "did you even eat much of this?", so the portion size is pretty good. I think my only qualm was that the worker there could not for his life answer any of my questions. When I asked for recommendations, what would taste good with this protein, if adding in sauce would make the overall dish too salty, he was at a loss. Not sure if a new worker or still being trained, but I'm hoping he gets a handle of the foods here as time goes on. If I forget about imitation crab, they always make sure to ask. The parking gets packed around the poke area with compact parking, but it should not be too hard finding a spot. The value from this place is really outstanding, as you get a really good amount of decent quality fish with unlimited toppings (minus avocado, which is just a little extra). We really loved the Shoyu Salmon and Spicy Hawaiian Tuna. Options were plentiful as well. I did half sushi rice and half salad to cut back on carbs, and just being able to load up on the various vegetable toppings made the entire bowl feel really well balanced and satisfying.
