This is an interesting combination of poke and wings. I can't speak for the wings, but the poke was decent. $19.50 for a large with 4 protein, plus $1.50 for avocado. On the pricey side! Flavors were good, but I probably didn't need spicy mayo mixed in on both my fish and on top of my bowl toppings. Just with the fish would have been good enough. It was nearing the end of the night and some of the fish looked like it was running low, which was to be expected. There was not as much variety in toppings as I'm used to in Northern California. I also opted for spam musubi, which was $6.50 for two. Good enough for a poke fix but expensive! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Staff was friendly and the space was clean![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I got the 2 scoop poke. They are very generous with the portions! Everything was delicious. Loved their garlic tofu but the spicy tofu was a bit too spicy for me I would probably skip that next time. The wings were unfortunately soggy by the time we got home so I would skip it next time and just get poke. The bone in wings are breaded. Poke was delicious and fresh. Would return!

It's our first time trying The Poke Co & Wings. We ordered it via Uber Eats and they had many BOGOF promotions. We got BOGO Medium Poke bowls (3 scoops), BOGO Spam Musubi (2 pcs), and BOGO Sukiyaki Beef bowl (3 scoops). We used the pick-up instead of the "delivery" options so it was a pretty good deal for less than $45 for all of the food. I picked the white rice with salmon, tuna, tako (octopus), imitation crabmeat, radish, avocado, and cucumber, topped with Nori seasoning, green onion, masago, ginger, etc. The ingredients were fresh, the rice was in the right texture and wasn't hard or too soft. The Spam musubi was on the smaller side but it wasn't bad. We also loved the Sukiyaki Beef bowl with sliced cucumbers and chopped green onions. It was very flavorful and they gave us generous portions of the beef and rice. We will order from them soon. Highly recommended.

Let's start with the pros: good food, amazing customer service, and a wide variety of food options (chicken, poke, drink, dessert). [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was clean, spacious, with a patio for outdoor dining.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The topping and sauce portion is generous, we were very satisfied with the poke flavor we chose. The server was enthusiastic and super helpful throughout the entire selection process. They sell various smoothie/slushie options for about $5. My "Honeydew This" (honeydew + pineapple slushie) was not overly sweet, but the taste of honeydew definitely overpowered the pineapple. The only downside was the 5 cajun flavored boneless wings we paid $4 for. It was small, about the size of a chicken nugget. The amount of seasoning was... stingy. There was barely any covering the chicken, I couldn't taste any cajun flavor at all. I would not recommend the chicken wing add-on option.

I know they serve poke and wings, but I've only had the poke here. The poke here is pretty good, and their sauces are tasty! They have a lot of variety of sauces, and one area they could improve would be to have more fresh fish options. Their portion sizes are fair, and I think it's worth it for the price. The medium bowl (3 scoops) was quite filling for a lunch. The service here is also fast, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Great place to grab a quick lunch!

The staff here was friendly and patient! There was no line when I went and there were plenty of seats available. The food here tasted good! I only ate the medium POKE bowl. They do sell wings and other drinks. I will be coming back! Also, they no longer have albacore for all you albacore lovers. The dragons breath sauce is extremely spicy!

This Poke Co location is so good! They are kind and they help you quickly. They have all the toppings a good poke shop should have and the fish is always really fresh. They give generous portions that give a good value to dollar, and they have a rewards program you can join to earn free poke as well. This is my favorite poke shop around!

9.5/10 Overall: I love poke and this is one of my fav places to get it bc first of all, they do not skimp out. My bowl was overflowed! Additionally, they don't limit you on how many toppings or sauces you want to get so you can try everything at once and taste all the different flavors. They also don't charge for your first scoop of avocado or imitation crab which i find rare in this economy haha. I didn't get wings here but the poke is def where it's at. Poke bowl: 5/5 I got the XL with 5 protein choices: salmon, tuna, spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and grilled chicken. their fish is good quality and their sauces are amazing. I really enjoyed that they had tempura crunch as a topping and that the avocado was free. The poke co sauce is amazing with the spicy mayo and their spicy sauces are definitely on the hot side! I honestly don't know what I didn't like about my bowl it was so fiya.

Food: 5/5 Their poke bowls were fresh and they do not skimp on sauce at all. I got two medium bowls which each come with three choices of protein. I got the salmon, tuna, and octopus. The fish were pretty good, but their octopus was amazing; it was flavorful and had a great spring to the texture. One great thing about this place is that they include one free scoop of imitation crab and one free scoop of avocado, most other poke places I've been to charges for those. I also really like their dragon breath hot sauce, it had a nice kick to it and paired well with their spicy mayo. Price: 4/5 I want to preface that I came here because I got an ad on Facebook notifying me that they were offering BOGO deals on their poke bowls. One of their medium bowls cost $16.50 which is a little on the higher side, but with the BOGO deal it was super worth it!

Unfortunately I ordered the "One Bite Sushi" 4-piece set, and every piece looked tiny and stale. The salmon avocado had not a single slice of avocado in sight. The marinated meat tasted like cheap vacuum-sealed supermarket snacks. And their "lucky bag" inari was significantly smaller than competitors--about half the size of what I've gotten at other inari/yubu spots near Rowland Heights. Honestly, if they weren't running a 50% off promo, this place wouldn't even be worth considering. When I contacted support via HungryPanda, the customer service at Poke Fusion claimed they tried contacting me, but my call log and inbox show no attempts., seems to me just a way to avoid refunds or fixing their mistakes. Would not recommend.

I'd like a little more fish (the shrimp one especially was a little skimpy), but at that price, it's really not bad. My favorite was the avocado salmon. The tuna was a little boring flavor wise, but had a good amount of fish/protein. The store is pretty cramped, sharing a space with Miro Mochi (which is actually nice, since you can grab a dessert too). It's unfortunate that you have to order separately despite them sharing a space, but it's understandable. Unfortunately, the seats are super packed, as in, you're inches away from other tables. It's strange because there actually is some open space near the windows, but instead, the tables are all packed in between the door and the register (also making it difficult to go up and order). Maybe some redecorating is in order?

The presentation of their fresh milk mochi (鲜奶麻薯) bowls and dip-and-stretch mochi desserts is undeniable--it makes for great photos, and the shop itself is super bright and clean. The stretchy texture of the milk mochi base was fun and delightfully soft, and components like the taro paste and purple rice had a nice, subtle sweetness. However, for the price point, the execution fell a little short. Some of the toppings felt under-prepared; the taro balls lacked that fresh, springy chewy elasticity you want in a shaved ice/mochi bowl, and the coconut jelly base tasted slightly watered down instead of rich. Logistics wise, the service was quite slow even though the store wasn't very busy, and parking in this Labin Court plaza can be a complete nightmare during peak evening hours. It's a solid place to stop by once for the aesthetic and novelty, but given the steep competition for Asian desserts in Rowland, it doesn't quite hit top-tier status for me.
