This is an interesting combination of poke and wings. I can't speak for the wings, but the poke was decent. $19.50 for a large with 4 protein, plus $1.50 for avocado. On the pricey side! Flavors were good, but I probably didn't need spicy mayo mixed in on both my fish and on top of my bowl toppings. Just with the fish would have been good enough. It was nearing the end of the night and some of the fish looked like it was running low, which was to be expected. There was not as much variety in toppings as I'm used to in Northern California. I also opted for spam musubi, which was $6.50 for two. Good enough for a poke fix but expensive! Staff was friendly and the space was clean!

It's our first time trying The Poke Co & Wings. We ordered it via Uber Eats and they had many BOGOF promotions. We got BOGO Medium Poke bowls (3 scoops), BOGO Spam Musubi (2 pcs), and BOGO Sukiyaki Beef bowl (3 scoops). We used the pick-up instead of the "delivery" options so it was a pretty good deal for less than $45 for all of the food. I picked the white rice with salmon, tuna, tako (octopus), imitation crabmeat, radish, avocado, and cucumber, topped with Nori seasoning, green onion, masago, ginger, etc. The ingredients were fresh, the rice was in the right texture and wasn't hard or too soft. The Spam musubi was on the smaller side but it wasn't bad. We also loved the Sukiyaki Beef bowl with sliced cucumbers and chopped green onions. It was very flavorful and they gave us generous portions of the beef and rice. We will order from them soon. Highly recommended.

Let's start with the pros: good food, amazing customer service, and a wide variety of food options (chicken, poke, drink, dessert). The restaurant was clean, spacious, with a patio for outdoor dining. The topping and sauce portion is generous, we were very satisfied with the poke flavor we chose. The server was enthusiastic and super helpful throughout the entire selection process. They sell various smoothie/slushie options for about $5. My "Honeydew This" (honeydew + pineapple slushie) was not overly sweet, but the taste of honeydew definitely overpowered the pineapple. The only downside was the 5 cajun flavored boneless wings we paid $4 for. It was small, about the size of a chicken nugget. The amount of seasoning was... stingy. There was barely any covering the chicken, I couldn't taste any cajun flavor at all. I would not recommend the chicken wing add-on option.

I know they serve poke and wings, but I've only had the poke here. The poke here is pretty good, and their sauces are tasty! They have a lot of variety of sauces, and one area they could improve would be to have more fresh fish options. Their portion sizes are fair, and I think it's worth it for the price. The medium bowl (3 scoops) was quite filling for a lunch. The service here is also fast, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Great place to grab a quick lunch!

The staff here was friendly and patient! There was no line when I went and there were plenty of seats available. The food here tasted good! I only ate the medium POKE bowl. They do sell wings and other drinks. I will be coming back! Also, they no longer have albacore for all you albacore lovers. The dragons breath sauce is extremely spicy!

This Poke Co location is so good! They are kind and they help you quickly. They have all the toppings a good poke shop should have and the fish is always really fresh. They give generous portions that give a good value to dollar, and they have a rewards program you can join to earn free poke as well. This is my favorite poke shop around!

9.5/10 Overall: I love poke and this is one of my fav places to get it bc first of all, they do not skimp out. My bowl was overflowed! Additionally, they don't limit you on how many toppings or sauces you want to get so you can try everything at once and taste all the different flavors. They also don't charge for your first scoop of avocado or imitation crab which i find rare in this economy haha. I didn't get wings here but the poke is def where it's at. Poke bowl: 5/5 I got the XL with 5 protein choices: salmon, tuna, spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and grilled chicken. their fish is good quality and their sauces are amazing. I really enjoyed that they had tempura crunch as a topping and that the avocado was free. The poke co sauce is amazing with the spicy mayo and their spicy sauces are definitely on the hot side! I honestly don't know what I didn't like about my bowl it was so fiya.

    Small bowl.

I usually really like the food here, but today my bowl was a bit strange. I got my normal order, which is a small bowl. As you can tell by the photo, the bowl had way too much sauce and too much wakame smothered over the top. Even my rice was drenched in spicy mayo, and I had to remove almost all of my wakame off the bowl just to get to the fish. The flavor and freshness was still good, but overall it was hard to eat due to the way it was put together. I would still come back though, as I still love the food here! I just hope that whoever makes my bowl next time will do it more neatly, with the correct proportions. I also appreciated the generous amount of masago they provide.

Food: 5/5 Their poke bowls were fresh and they do not skimp on sauce at all. I got two medium bowls which each come with three choices of protein. I got the salmon, tuna, and octopus. The fish were pretty good, but their octopus was amazing; it was flavorful and had a great spring to the texture. One great thing about this place is that they include one free scoop of imitation crab and one free scoop of avocado, most other poke places I've been to charges for those. I also really like their dragon breath hot sauce, it had a nice kick to it and paired well with their spicy mayo. Price: 4/5 I want to preface that I came here because I got an ad on Facebook notifying me that they were offering BOGO deals on their poke bowls. One of their medium bowls cost $16.50 which is a little on the higher side, but with the BOGO deal it was super worth it!

I'm not confident this place gets a lot of business. I arrived at the tail end of the lunch hour, and it was empty. The lights were relatively dim, but there were a few staff members behind the counter ready to assist me. It seems like they get most of their business through delivery companies since they were making a bunch of orders to go. Some of the items on the food bar didn't look as fresh as I would have liked but thankfully the medium poke bowl that I got was filling and delicious.

The wings were very big--not like the puny ones you get at some of these other wing-specific spots. They were also battered and not simply dry fried which made them more crispy and enjoyable. I ordered the traditional salt & pepper, buffalo and lemon pepper flavors. My kids and I were surprised by how much we like the simple salt & pepper flavor--really well-executed and emphasized the quality of the chicken they used. My wife is a hot wings lover so she really liked the buffalo and also commented how the batter coating on the chicken made it way tastier/crispier. The lemon pepper flavor was also good, I just wished they went a little extra with the lemon pepper powder on top of the wet coating. I think this would've made the flavor over the top. And regardless of the flavor, the interior meat was juicy and well seasoned. The fries were the large crinkle cut variety--which I prefer. I like me a meaty potato-y French fry and these definitely fit the bill and paired well with the chicken. The loaded fries were also a surprise. It was covered in al pastor, jalapeños, cheese, and radish slices--my daughter and I really enjoyed it and the portion was huge. My son doesn't like wings so I got him the burger. A little different than your typical California style burger but he was pleased. To be honest, we were so full that we didn't even touch the kimchi fried rice until the next day--nevertheless very solid and well garnished with scallions and gim (nori). NGL we added some shredded cheese and fried eggs just bc that's what the cool kids are doing these days. All said, we really enjoyed our meal. We're a big family so it's often hard to please everyone, but this time there wasn't one unsatisfied customer and we'd all agreed that we will be ordering (or dining in) again.

And then after seeing some really good reviews on Yelp, I decided to check this place out by calling in a 30-piece order (with Buffalo and Garlic soy sauce flavored) for takeout (weekday around dinner time). I was able to place the order fairly quickly, and was told the order should be ready in about 20-30min. Once I arrived at the restaurant, the person working at behind the counter was very friendly. I was told to wait for a few minutes as my order was about to be ready for pick up. Wings wise, these are some big wings! Both the Buffalo and the Garlic soy sauce flavored wings were perfectly seasoned, and yet not overly wet (eg. Heavily dripped with sauces). Definitely some pretty good wings in my opinion as someone who had eaten plenty of wings from many establishments. For sure a great value considering the price and the quality of the wings. From what I spent on this order, I will most likely only get half the order size at other wing places, Korean or otherwise. Will definitely order again to try other flavors. There are plenty of parking nearby the establishment as it is located in a large strip mall between Nogales and Colima. The establishment itself has plenty of seating area inside. Worth checking it out if you are craving for Korean chicken wings.

I was expecting it to be a small portion, given that it was free, but it looked like we had been given a full serving. My friends and I ordered crispy garlic (half chicken) and crispy signature (half chicken). Signature sauce was my favorite! The garlic sauce was also good but I felt like the garlic flavor was a little too strong. We were stuffed by the end. Our meal cost a total of $45 (including tip). That divided among the three of us meant my meal amounted $15, which I thought was very reasonable considering this economy. I also ordered takeout for my family. I didn't ask for the sauce on the side, thinking that the chicken wouldn't get soggy in thirty minutes (the time it took for me to get home), but unfortunately it did. Because of this, I would recommend asking for the sauce on the side (only certain sauces are available on the side). Getting crispy instead of original also helps to prevent the chicken from getting too soggy. Of note, our waiter accidentally charged us for the fries. We caught that and she apologized and reversed the charge for us, so it was all good. But I would just recommend that you double check your bill, especially if you checked in. My friends and I also thought the music in the restaurant was too loud and we had a hard time hearing each other talk. If others agree, maybe it would help to lower the volume of the music a few notches. EDITED FOR TYPOS

Ordering was super straightforward--the cashier at the front was incredibly friendly and answered all our questions with a smile. Bonus points for a spotless interior, including the bathrooms, which is always a good sign. We went with the 16-piece combo and chose two flavors: Honey and Soy Garlic. The chicken was perfection. Total time of ordering to receiving the food was about 15 minutes. The batter is slightly different from what you'd expect--it seemed extra crispy and lighter than some of its competitors, letting the sauce really shine. The Honey flavor was the clear winner for me; it's sweet but not overpowering, with just the right amount of stickiness. Honestly, this is a strong contender among Rowland Heights' Korean fried chicken elite, holding its own against heavy hitters like bb.q Chicken & Pelicana. Dare I say, it might even edge them out.
