The main thing is when you order a large you really get a large filled to the absolute top of the container. That is value that I completely appreciate. I got the 2 scoop poke. They are very generous with the portions! Everything was delicious. Loved their garlic tofu but the spicy tofu was a bit too spicy for me I would probably skip that next time. It was nearing the end of the night and some of the fish looked like it was running low, which was to be expected. There was not as much variety in toppings as I'm used to in Northern California. It's our first time trying The Poke Co & Wings. We ordered it via Uber Eats and they had many BOGOF promotions. We got BOGO Medium Poke bowls (3 scoops), BOGO Spam Musubi (2 pcs), and BOGO Sukiyaki Beef bowl (3 scoops). We used the pick-up instead of the "delivery" options so it was a pretty good deal for less than $45 for all of the food. I picked the white rice with salmon, tuna, tako (octopus), imitation crabmeat, radish, avocado, and cucumber, topped with Nori seasoning, green onion, masago, ginger, etc. The ingredients were fresh, the rice was in the right texture and wasn't hard or too soft. The Spam musubi was on the smaller side but it wasn't bad. We also loved the Sukiyaki Beef bowl with sliced cucumbers and chopped green onions. It was very flavorful and they gave us generous portions of the beef and rice. We will order from them soon. Highly recommended. read more

The restaurant was clean, spacious, with a patio for outdoor dining. The topping and sauce portion is generous, we were very satisfied with the poke flavor we chose. The server was enthusiastic and super helpful throughout the entire selection process. They sell various smoothie/slushie options for about $5. My "Honeydew This" (honeydew + pineapple slushie) was not overly sweet, but the taste of honeydew definitely overpowered the pineapple. The only downside was the 5 cajun flavored boneless wings we paid $4 for. It was small, about the size of a chicken nugget. The amount of seasoning was... stingy. They have a lot of variety of sauces, and one area they could improve would be to have more fresh fish options. Their portion sizes are fair, and I think it's worth it for the price. And when we got home, I wasn't even hungry until I opened up my bowl!!! It was so good!!! It was one of the best I've had in the neighborhood/SVG. I don't even go any poke places in sgv bc of the experience I had in the past. This places is actually super fresh. The fish pieces were very big! The sauce isn't too much or too little! Or Uber eats pick up, they don't skimp out on fish or topping. Also we waited less than 10 mins to pick up with Uber eats lol very fast service! We got small one scoop salmon, one scoop tuna and my cousin also got an extra scoop of salmon. That bowl was two meals for me lol. They packed it up! Also I was surprised they don't charge you extra for avocado! Also some may not like this but I love the amount of masago and seaweed salad they put on top. It's my personal preference but i love eating my poke with lots of seaweed and masago! A lot of poke places don't offer masago as one the topping anymore but this places does! Additionally, they don't limit you on how many toppings or sauces you want to get so you can try everything at once and taste all the different flavors. They also don't charge for your first scoop of avocado or imitation crab which i find rare in this economy haha. I didn't get wings here but the poke is def where it's at. This was literally my go-to spot for YEARS! But it seems the price keeps going up to where it's $16 for a small, with the portion size shrinking. It's usually understandable, but unfortunately today was especially sad... Had to repeat my order many, times, and had the TINIEST amount of fish. I use to frequent the poke co quite often and service and food was always so good. Its been a a little while since last Ive been but I went today and it was not great. I understand times are tough but the bowls are smaller and the amount of protein is disappointing. I got shrimp and spicy tuna and I received 3 little pieces of shrimp. Also the spicy tuna scoop she scrapped off any excess at the top. Now I had asked for extra cucumber something I have always done but I was told it would be extra. I usually really like the food here, but today my bowl was a bit strange. I got my normal order, which is a small bowl. As you can tell by the photo, the bowl had way too much sauce and too much wakame smothered over the top. Even my rice was drenched in spicy mayo, and I had to remove almost all of my wakame off the bowl just to get to the fish. The flavor and freshness was still good, but overall it was hard to eat due to the way it was put together. I would still come back though, as I still love the food here! Seems like they were fried to oblivion. I'm sure they were frozen. None of the food is worth the price. I also got a normal poke bowl, this was the only thing that seemed fresh but quite overpriced. The wings were dry and they seem like they were frozen. They promote "Healthy" food, but I have yet to see any. The mango smoothie was extremely sugary and tasted very artificial . Thought we were getting bomb poke but we ended up bombing the toilets Hubby and I were craving poke and had good expectations for the Poke Co since theyre the only poke place in Rowland thats also been open for a while. We ordered 1 large bowl poke bowl and a 10pc wings. The poke bowl had scallop, spicy tuna, and 2 scoops of salmon while the 10 pc wing order was lemon pepper and mango habanero flavor. The lemon pepper wings had no flavoring and we couldnt really taste lemon or pepper. The mango habanero was ok but nothing special. Quality of the poke was also pretty mediocre and I think it was the scallops that gave us food poisoning but we'll never know. Thankfully we got the poke and wings to go because as soon as we finished eating it, my husband immediately felt like he had to go to the restroom, which he did. I felt it a few hours after and we knew immediately this place gave us food poisoning. The only reason why I gave them 1 additional star is due to the service of the people taking the order. They were very patient with us while we were deciding on what to get. There was only 1 other family before us that was ordering. Other than that, this place was empty and we should have took that as a sign. Definitely will not come back as the quality isnt worth. Make sure if you're ordering inside that you go to the line on the very right side. You go through the line to see what you like. It's customized to whatever you like. The salmon is very fresh. I usually get most scoops of salmon. I like that they mix the sauces you want in a separate cup so the sauces doesn't mix with all the vegetables, salad, or rice. All the ingredients gets packed into into the bowl. When I say packed they really pack it all in the bowl. I love it! read more

It's a pretty large size even for the middle one that I got. I almost couldn't finish it! But thankfully I ordered a salad instead of rice because rice would be way too filling for me.
