I got the salmon and garlic tuna salad and a green tea macaroon

They really need to wear hairnets! All three no hairnets. I found a hair on my lid right when I opened my food. She remade my bowl but it wasn't enjoyable anymore

I'm a fan of poki. I've been to many Poki places so I'm a hard critic. I've been wanting to come here for a while, today is the first time. This place has updated interior design. Aside from typical protein choices, I like that they also have some interesting pre-mixed poki combinations. I have the two scoops ($14.95). Server was friendly and offered suggestions to my combo combinations.

Came here for the first time: clean store/restroom, lots of seating, easy to find parking, and friendly staff! The poke is cheaper than other places (but also comes with a smaller portion/less topping choices compared to other poke spots)! I would eat here again if I was craving a poke bowl and can't go to my favorite poki spots!

AhiPoki was a solid poke option. Parking was easy and plenty available in the Eastland center parking. As I head inside it was a busy on a Sunday afternoon. The ordering process was very easy as all of the items were listed on the glass. The staff was quick to pointing out what each item was and adding things to the bowl. There were plenty of ingredients available, which I appreciated. Additionally, I also got the mango tropical drink, which they also had one size. Everything was really good! They do accept American Express.

This has been one of my favorite places to grab a DELICIOUS and healthy meal for many years. The food here, is always fresh, tasty and portion sizes are filling. There are so many choices of tuna, crab, salmon, etc., from which to choose in order to make your bowl. I never feel guilty about anything I eat from this restaurant. Employees are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant is always clean and there is usually plenty of seating available. There are no fountain drinks sold here however, can canned and bottled beverages are available. Be advised that if you come during the lunch hour, be prepared to stand in line as this is a very popular restaurant in the area, but worth the wait.

This spot is definitely a local favorite. I've been here a handful of times, and every visit has been a pleasant experience. Service is always quick, and the staff is super friendly. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful--I usually go for the 3 scoops or the cooked salmon bowl, and they never disappoint. Shoutout to the girl who helped me today--she was really sweet and patient, even while dealing with a pretty demanding customer about his Toast account (lol). I didn't catch her name, but she had some awesome Beetlejuice tattoos! AhiPoki is a great option whether you're looking for a quick, refreshing bite on a hot day or a warm bowl on a chilly one. If you're a poke fan, definitely give this place a try--it's better than most out there.

2 Scoop Poke Bowl ($14.95 - Blazing Salmon, Kimchi Shrimp)

AhiPoki (West Covina) served fresh, healthy poke bowls (diced raw fish on rice/salad and veggies) and welcoming, friendly service. I arrived Monday (around 7PM), and staff chirpily exclaimed "Hello! Welcome!" when entering. I ordered the Poke Bowl - Two Scoops ($14.95). I selected blazing salmon and kimchi shrimp for the scoops. And I selected the white rice base, house sauce, sliced cucumbers, edamame, roe, imitation crabmeat, and seaweed. The ordering process is simple and quick. All the ingredients are clearly labeled too. Imagine Subway but with way fresher ingredients and kinder service. The food came quickly. Concerning the food's quality, I was genuinely surprised me. AhiPoke has many locations, so I expected something passable; however, this West Covina (Eastland Center) location tasted very fresh. Surprisingly, I felt very satisfied with my meal. I eagerly devoured the plump shrimp and soft salmon. The vegetables tasted fresh and the rice was fluffy. Regarding staff, the 7PM staff was uniquely exceptional. They had large smiley faces, and they quickly offered to explain the ingredients and offer recommendations. Very unusual for a food chain but welcomed. When customers weren't approaching the counter, staff suddenly began cleaning. Very committed. AhiPoki's (West Covina) ambiance is probably its weakest aspect. Although the poke-themed wall art is appealing, the place felt cramped despite the many tables. Chill music echoed in the location, but I was mesmerized by the random construction ladder standing by the corner. Thankfully, the AhiPoki (West Covina) is very clean and well-ventilated. From the tall ceiling, several ceiling fans spun around. The location is nestled in West Covina's Eastland Center Plaza, so there's plenty of parking. Overall, AhiPoki (West Covina) offered tasty, satisfying, healthy food. The price is competitive, and the service is bright. If nearby, I recommend.

Hawaiian BBQ chicken with lots of enhancement, kept the pineapple and wasabi on the side. Everything was delicious and healthy proportions so I have dinner for tonight.

The food was amazing and the customer service from the server and register was spectacular

Dry a** bowl with missing toppings

Update: officially reported to the health department! So I came today to get a 2 scoop bowl knowing their soda machine wouldn't be working (they finally took it out). I was at home almost done with my bowl when I saw a white thin thing sticking out of my salmon piece. I pulled it out and it was moving upon me taking it out. I almost threw up on my couch. I am so disgusted I'm reporting this place to the health department! I am a full time student and cannot afford to miss school. If I get sick from this I am quite literally suing. The more pieces I looked through the more worms I found. The salmon was also warm when I ate it and my home is not even 5 min away from the restaurant.

I had a $10 off reward and I've never been here before. Alex was so helpful. I walked me through how to redeem it and also through all the options and helped me create a delicious bowl. Livia was at the register and was just as pleasant and helpful. I got my bowl to go but I could easily see how clean the dining area was. I would absolutely return.

Always sooooo good!! I love coming over here whenever I get the chance, they have such a good selection of everything for your bowl. The service is as well quick and super friendly always!!

This is supposed to be large, there is so much rice and the fish ratio does not match.

Are all the sauces gluten free?

Are the hours the same? I went there during the week and they were closed.

The employees here and most poke places are helpful and patient if you tell them it's your first time. They have so many options that all taste great, would probably even let you sample something if you wanted.…

07.09.18 @1557 I just called and got the machine. Are you closed?

we are open. they might be busy. sorry for the inconvenience.

Do they offer hot Cheetos crumbs?

No, they don't. They do have onion crisps and the standard Furikake.

Does this branch also have he grilled salmon fish, like the one in Temple City?

Yes they do. Please come by and try it. Thank you for the inquiry.

However, our waiter immediately discouraged me from ordering the Tacos Gobernadorbecaise they don't sell alacart, which was disappointing. The taquitos plate was heavily smothered with no beanswith no flaver, which overpowered the different protein flavors and made the dish taste somewhat bland. A side of guacamole or crema would have helped balance the flavors and improve the overall presentation. My daughter ordered the enchilada plate, and to our surprise, it didn't come with beans and rice. This was the first time we've ever been served enchiladas without those traditional sides. The price difference to add them was less than $1, so it was difficult to understand why they weren't included. Oh, and one of the TVs showing the soccer game was about 15 minutes behind the others. LOL. Window blinds were off balance and paper material making the place feel cheap. It's a shame because the issues I mentioned seem relatively easy to fix. Addressing them would go a long way toward improving the overall dining experience. I do admit that the other dishes we tried had very good flavor and I may come and try again in a few months... Ambiance needs improvement, it feels like a cenaduria.. eat and leave. But then again I was there at 11am

It did not disappoint! Came out hot and fresh, the batter was the perfect light crispy crunchy texture, fish was soft and flaky. Great flavor. The tartar sauce was good, had a nice lemon kick to it. The fries could've been better, they may have sat too long and were a tad soggy. The branzino with chili sauce is a must order, so flavorful and loved the black/purple rice it came with. Tilapia was cooked perfectly, tasted great with the garlic rice too. Clam chowder was good. Fish taco was good. Calamari was good, not chewy at all, but their cocktail sauce could be better though, missing that punch cocktail sauces normally have. Onion rings were fried perfectly, wish they had like a Wing Stop ranch though because their ranch was not good, it was definitely like a store bought plain no flavor ranch. Service - wonderful! They're all super nice, very sweet, very kind. Food came out fast and hot. Restaurant was clean. Parking - large free lot! Easy parking.

Cajun Grilled Shrimp (Taco) $4.25 Taco A La Carte I agree with others, as the food was a bit of a mixed bag. The Fish & Chips was a very popular dish where many tables had ordered at least one of them, but we found the batter to be a bit too thick and greasy. I tend to prefer my oily food not to be overly brown. However, the fish on the inside was perfect though, fresh and flaky! I loved the kaleslaw and might just order a side of that the next time I am here for to-go! The Branzino with Chili Sauce was not what I expected. I had expected spiciness, but it was a bit more on the sweet spicy side for me. There was either no A/C or it was not strong enough but they had a huge industrial fan on while we enjoyed our lunch. Service was very attentive and provided good customer service. The parking lot was a bit packed for a Friday afternoon, but we were both able to find parking near the restaurant. Overall, I would return but not when the 90+ degree weather since it could be really stuffy in there, and one does leave smelling like grease.

Let me say the snails were a highlight. Surprisingly tender and flavorful. Sometimes, snails can have a livery / dirt / bitter flavor, but not these.
