Family home Pool heater has been broken or not working for few years and they were told by regular maintenance that a new heater is the only way to go. We are talking thousands of dollars. I knew the heater has been used very sparingly and shouldn't be a catastrophic repair that requires a new heater but greed can get in the way. Marcus promptly showed up minutes after submitting request for help (happened to be nearby) and diagnosed and fixed the issue at just the diagnostic rate he charges. Took a total of 30 minutes and we have a heated pool again! Heater was fine, just the temperature sensor needed to be replaced. Other pool guys said I needed to spend 5k on a new heater.
