Needed some popcorn for a school movie night event. We were thinking of popping pop corn ourselves, but heard about the popcorn store. It's right by a coffee shop I frequent, so I decided to stop by and ask some questions. They were very friendly and answered my questions. It sounded like the Bin Buster size was the right amount. I was told the only flavor that comes in the Bin Buster size was their gourmet white. They said any other flavor would rip the bag haha. Maybe get a thicker bag? I'm sure there's some people that would like a bin Buster size in another flavor. But then again, maybe not? I'm not a popcorn expert, they are! Anyways, I'm glad we purchased from them rather than popping our own. I feel that popping our own would be too much trouble. I mean, technically theirs was freshly popped as well. They said it takes about an hour to pop enough popcorn to fill up the bin Buster. I arrived at my scheduled time and there was a slight hiccup. They must have forgotten my order, but I saw they were popping a bunch of gourmet white anyways, so they told me it would be a few minutes. It took about 15 minutes more, which was a bit annoying because I had to be at the school at a certain time. I thought I was going to be given some extra popcorn or a discount or something? But nothing. At least I know it was really fresh haha. It was perfectly seasoned too. At first I expected the size to be much bigger. But when I got to the school, it was just right given the estimate. I will be back to try the other pop corn flavors next time. Oh, I'm curious if this place gives samples. When I went there to ask questions about sizing and flavors, they didn't offer any.

We went there because we were at another restaurant and saw it in the parking lot. Not sure of making it as a popcorn only store. The prices are a little high since you can make the stuff on your own pretty much. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place inside is decorated nicely and the lady was very nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got he kettle corn since I love it the best. They even had the old popcorn I use to get at the zoo. Pink popcorn. Pretty cool . We had the kettle corn at home and it was fresh and yummy. 7.50 for a small bag. The parking in this lot is pretty horrible, with all the other places in here.

If you love Gourmet popcorn you must try this place in Elk Grove. This place is women owned and family operated for 16 years. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute looking place that has its charm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When you first enter the store you hit in the nose by pleasant aromas of popcorn.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So many different flavors from the Caramel, Cookies & Cream, Butter Rum and the top seller gourmet white. They even have the pink popcorn that you used to eat when you were a kid. The employees are very helpful while letting you take samples to see which one you like .The popcorn is not greasy not over buttered but just perfect. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a guilty free snack.

Walked in the Popcorn Store for the first time since being in Elk Grove 10 months. Have passed this store too many times. Today, David assisted with the delicious taste of their classic Gourmet White. The service was great. They have samples to taste. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The smell upon walking in the store is amazing with a great ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Was craving something different so we came in and got a bunch of different flavors of popcorn. The place is pricey, but if its good it usually doesn't matter. The "gourmet white" popcorn was so bland and there was no salt. The cheddar and cheddar jalapeno was good, until I decided to read the ingredients. Why in god's' name are you putting multiple petroleum based food colorings on a gourmet popcorn? If I am paying $8 for a tiny bag of popcorn I would expect it to be a healthier alternative to the store bought garbage. Guess not. Yellow 5&6 are horrible and I dont like to consume it, sadly I thought I was eating a quality product. Thankfully California is banning it soon, I guess you guys didnt get the memo. Please remove gourmet off your products if you're going to put this garbage in it.

I LOVE the popcorn store. They make delicious popcorn flavors. The staff is so sweet, helpful ,and quick. I love how the store is decorated as well..it's super cute. The Popcorn Store provides great popcorn gifts for any special occasion or holiday.

The popcorn store has superior popcorn to basically every popcorn store in existence. They use top of the line ingredients and you can tell in the taste and quality of the popcorn. I love all the flavors they have regularly and the seasonal and surprise flavors they sprinkle in all through the year! Their popcorn tin savings club is a fun way to get popcorn at a reduced price, a little cost savings on a little treat is always nice! With flavors for all, plenty of sizes to choose from, AND gift options, this should be the only popcorn place you conisder!

We spotted this place during a roadtrip, and were super excited to try it. Unfortunately, it was underwhelming. We got a bag of the caramel popcorn and the "Chicago style." The caramel had a weird (or at least unexpected), almost vanilla taste. And both varieties seemed to be just turning stale and weren't very flavorful on top of that. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On the plus side, the store was clean and bright, and the customer service was great![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Stopped in to the Popcorn Store after hearing it was National Popcorn Day. Good Day Sacramento had a feature on this business during the morning show. Grabbed some popcorn for a couple friends and a small bag for myself. Purchased cheese corn, white cheddar corn, salted caramel and kettle corn. I tried the salted caramel corn which was flavorful with ample coating of caramel. Various sizes and flavors, plus a popcorn bar where you can purchase popcorn similar to a theater. Lots of flavors to choose from. Popcorn and M&M candy treats (similar to rice crispy treats. Friendly staff, helpful. Cute store. Pricey
