I ran into one of the top restaurants in Gilbert I've been to the porch in Gilbert Arizona several times and have always been highly impressed. The service is on point and the staff is super accommodating and welcoming along with hard-working. To say the least I am always pleased and satisfied. Going to watch a game and or simply just go for a great cocktail or happy hour. Came in to eat with a friend around 9pm. We first sat outside at the swings as the host told us we could and she'd get a server to come serve us. However, about 5 minutes later, she came back and told us that there were no servers to serve us due to everyone being cut. She gave us the option of ordering from the bar. So we went and sat at the bar. Once we arrived at the bar, it was a few minutes before we were greeted. The first bartender was not welcoming at all. It seemed as if he didn't want to serve us. I ordered a dos & he checked my id as he should. He asked my friend for an id after she ordered a non-alcoholic green tea and told her he couldn't serve her at all. Once we clarified she only wanted the flavored green tea, he went and got a regular unsweetened tea. He then left and never came back to check on us. The bartender Paul however, came and checked in on us plenty and made up for the bad service so far. He was very personable and got us what we needed. He is the only reason why this establishment didn't get a one star. We ordered food also. We had to order all of our appetizers, entrees, and deserts all at once due to the kitchen closing early. So we ended up getting desert before all of our food & and by the time we ate, the desert was cold. One of the managers also turned all of the tvs off at 9:35 pm. So we couldn't even enjoy what was playing while eating. Mind you, servers were still in the building, so we were confused as to why we couldn't be served. Overall, we had a bad experience. As someone who is a kitchen manager, this was very disappointing. You guys are supposed to treat the last guest with just as much charisma as the first. I am planning on coming back again to retry the experience, hopefully it will be better service next time. Absolute worst service ever. Kelsey (only know her name from the check)should not be a server, she didn't check ID, didn't check back on food or ask at all how anything was. Drinks took a ridiculous amount of time for a place that had five tables max. Asked for a side of ranch from two people and received it after we had finished the meal. Very unpersonable. Might want to consider retraining your staff. Wouldn't recommend coming to the place. Giving one start because I can't give zero. read more

Great atmosphere and decor inside is very cool. Everything was great! Went with a few of my friends for dinner and drinks. Ordered the chicken tenders and the Cougar drink. Both were great but for the price of the chicken tenders, I was surprised with receiving 4 medium sized tenders. Will be back but definitely be ordering something else. read more

This place used to be the SPOT, it used to be so fun. Now, the new DJ has ruined it. There are no fun songs played, just corny songs. Nothing new, or fun songs to dance to. If you try to request a song, he is rude and will roll his eyes at you and cuss you out. I do not recommend. read more

I wish I could give this place a zero star. The first encounter I received attitude for asking for my tequila shots to be chilled... didn't know people took warm tequila shots in 2021. Then I proceeded to not get served the rest of the night and the two women bartenders who lack a lot of business acumen and respect because they did not put their customers first. I got kicked out and I ask the people escorting me out why I got kicked out. They said "we don't know but you need to leave." Workers were very disrespectful to me and my friends. I tried this place last Friday night and should have known from the zero wait that I should have gone elsewhere. The buffalo cauliflower came out cold and gray looking. They were replaced with warm soggy ones. The salad was mostly chopped iceberg lettuce with minimal toppings and the tacos were so so. We had a party of six on a busy and beautiful Saturday night. So yes, the wait was a little longer than originally estimated, but still shorter than some of the other nearby venues. We ended up sitting in a much-too-small booth, but another appropriate-sized booth opened up and we were much more comfortable. The menu is not huge but does have a number of choices. One person got a burger, my sisters split the crispy chicken sandwich, my great nephew got the chicken fingers and another person had the green chili mac n cheese. I opted for something lighter - the Caesar salad and the chicken potsticker appetizers. Most everything was great and all but two of us cleaned our plates. The green chili mac n cheese was just okay - we were all expecting something exciting. I liked the chicken pot-stickers - they were somewhat petite, but appropriate for an appetizer to share. I struggled with the salad - how do you mess up a salad? Well, by literally drowning in with the grated Parmesan. I don't know if this is a normal serving or if the prep chef dropped the container. If we weren't in a hurry to get to a show, I would have sent it back (and I don't send food back!). And those who know me know I love parmesan. But I'm taking a break from it for a while, because it's been almost a week and I swear I can still taste it - and not in a good way. For the price ($12 with no meat), I would have expected shaved parmesan. Service (when we got it) was great! But due to the crowd, sometimes it was really hard getting people's attention. I'll start by saying I love the food and the vibe in this place... most of the time. At times it's so loud one cannot hold a conversation as the evening DJ starts up and blasts out the patrons over 35. I give this place two stars overall though due to the Dj blasting you out, and more so for the fact their service sucks terribly bad!! Been here several times for the food and every time we find ourselves waiting a good 15 minutes or more to order a drink or water, even at the bar. Be ready to flag down a server if you want to order food as most of the kids behind the bar counter and servers are too busy talking and laughing with their coworkers and friends sitting at the bar.
