Example confirmation that says you're on the list but not that you need to go to the restaurant.

Joined the waitlist online with about an hour wait. Went to the restaurant after 45 mins and checked in, and was told that's when our time starts so it would be another hour wait. NO WHERE on the join waitlist online does it say the wait time starts once you check in! What's the point of joining a waitlist ahead of time? Very frustrating especially for Mother's Day. We ended up eating somewhere else. You should make it clear to patrons your process because waiting 2 hours is unacceptable

Estimated waitlist time was 15-20 minutes. Waited over an hour. Second time I went inside to check on the wait no one that was there after us was in the front, they were all sat down and 3 booths wide open. Food took a while but nothing terrible. Reason I'm leaving this review is the $1.49 platform fee they are charging to scan their QR code at the table to PAY. This is nuts that YOU want your customers to pay this way but you are charging them? Our friends just paid and didn't even notice it. Won't be going back, hostesses are clueless and the additional charge like that, is ridiculous. Food was fine, Bloody Mary was alright but I don't like being charged even more for using your preferred way to get paid.

Ok this place is like a mini club at brunch. Music was a lot of fun but it was a little loud but it definitely gave party vibes. The Bloody Mary was really good and I love that you can add what you want to it. The food is absolutely delicious, restrooms are clean as well. My only complaint was that we needed refill on our waters and it was hard to find the staff. It's is a very fun brunch spot with good food and drinks and would recommend. Lots of parking on the area and the staff was all super nice just had a hard time locating them when you needed some more water. But other than that we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our time

Vibey, fun brunch spot in Cooley Station! Have been here a couple of times and have always had great experiences. If you like fun cocktails and unique takes on brunch classics, look no further. They have a BYO (Build Your Own) Bloody Mary bar. Yes, bar. I've seen some crazy concoctions made here. Food wise, how about bacon with 24k gold flakes to get you started! Tried the McDrizzle sandwich recently and loved it! So good! And the fries are some of the best around. Would also recommend their eggs benedicts too. You likely will need a reservation or get here early, especially on the weekends. Gets busy in a hurry! Service is always good though. Hash Kitchen is a go to brunch spot!

We had a birthday party of 10. We made a reservation and we had no issues being seated. Our server was on top of it she was great. The food was amazing we loved everything the build your own bloodies we great a big hit. The sangria was delicious and refreshing. Love this place so happy it's in Gilbert.

First time here. I came on a Monday but heard they have live music on the weekends. I got the chicken wings and waffle and it was so good!! The chicken was super crispy and had a honey glaze. I would definitely get it again. Also a good option for me because I'm not big on just breakfast food. Kind of took a while to order drinks, then even longer to order the food. I felt like we always had to flag down our server to order/get the check. They also had a deal if you signed up for their rewards for a free drink. A few of us got the ube matcha latte... and as you can see, it didn't look good. It didn't taste good either so luckily it was free. It was very sweet and made my stomach hurt. I don't think any of us really drank it. It also looked nothing like the photo on the menu.

Came here on a Monday morning. Service was fast & attentive at first, but then fell off once we got our food. Food was good, however they have a VERY bad fly problem in the restaurant. We were constantly swatting flies away from our food to the point that we eventually gave up on eating it because we were grossed out by all the flies everywhere. This was more than a minor inconvenience. It was absolutely disgusting, especially for a meal at that price point. Then it took a really long time for our bill to be loaded so we could scan and pay. Also, considering the fly population, I would think long & hard before diving into the Bloody Mary bar that sits out for the insect population to enjoy.

My mom and I visited Hash Kitchen on a Thursday morning. The music was nice and toned down from the usual. We tried the oatmeal and the Mexicans scramble. We also had a double order of the Billionaire Bacon. So delicious! It's a must experience. #gotGoldFlakes?

8.17.25 - grabbed some brunch before the lake. It's been a while since the last time I've been to Hash. I forget how busy this place can get. Tried to get a table at the bar but unfortunately there wasn't any so we had to wait about 40 mins or so. This place is always packed at every location! Like every location, they have a dj playing. It was a bit hard to hear each other but not too bad where we have to scream. It seems their menu has changed since the last time I've been. We ordered the Chicken Tinga Scrambler and The Best F#*%ing Birria Hash with a side of toast. Food came out pretty quick. I loved my chicken tinga scrambler dish! It had really good flavor and was the perfect amount for me. I think he liked his birria hash. The tortillas were a bit oily so he used toast instead. I would recommend trying the tinga scrambler!

Do they have really loud music at this location? Chandler was deafening on Sunday.

They did have a DJ but it wasn't so loud that you can't have a conversation, at least when I was there. Hope that helps.

My son had ordered food from here as takeout last year. The food taste was interesting, though, I really like the cheese dip for the pretzel bites. The bites were pretty big. Lots of tables at this location, a bit warm. But our party of 14 was easily accommodated. Our daughter chose this place and it was quite loud. My husband and I are quiet people, so if we were to choose again, probably not here because of the loudness and all the TVs all over the place. But for those who like it loud, TVs and do not mind the prices on the menu, have at it. I don't remember our server's name. If she told us, I couldn't hear what she said. She was alright. Honestly, I had a hard time hearing even my son who sat next to me, and hearing my sister who sat one seat over in front of me, I couldn't hear what she was saying. Loudness is an issue for me and I do not have hearing issues. Our bill with tip came to over $700+. That was the most expensive lunch we've ever spent for our party of 14. Typically we're in the $400-500 range. But it was a special occasion. My husband and son got the 36 hr ribs. My husband really loved them. My son said it was okay. I didn't ask my brother and BIL who also got the same dish. I know my BIL was unhappy that he didn't get the side he requested and when they gave it to him (asparagus, I think), it was cold and he wasn't pleased about this. I got the hub burger and it was okay. There was a lot on the burger, but the patty itself, didn't have that much flavor. Some of the "Starters" or appetizers things were salted too much, but the burger did not taste like it had any salt. I had eaten too many starters so when my food came, I wasn't very hungry and took most of it home and ate for dinner another night. My husband and son do not like coleslaw and I ate theirs. THIS I really liked and tasted much better than KFC. I loved the sweetness and that the cabbage was shredded bigger than KFC. The pretzel bites were good. We got wings, and they were so-so. The roasted brussel sprouts were too salty. The deviled eggs were okay, but pricey for 2.5 eggs, which I do pay at Trader Joe's for organic free range pasturized eggs I could've gotten over 2 dozens. But, yes, I pay for the service and ambiance. I really thought there would be more than 5 halves for the deviled eggs. We got the nachos and they were okay. The melted cheese sauce was the best part. My mom got the fish and chips and she seemed to pick at it. She didn't want to take home, so it must not have been that good because she almost always takes a doggy bag home. My sister had the salmon and it was in a huge bowl and didn't look to be that much food. It was pricey. One of my SILs got something I didn't recognize and she said it was okay. No one I could tell was over the moon with the taste of the food and I heard the word "interesting" quite a bit. It's not that it tasted bad, but it didn't really taste good good. You know what I mean? I did bring a special order cake I got at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Gilbert. I asked Culinary Dropout if we could borrow a cake cutter. They didn't have one. Weird. This was a Red Velvet cake and this was absolutely divine. It was moist. The frosting was some sort of yummy cream cheese frosting. The cake was perfectly sized for our party of 14. The cake was the best part of our meal and it didn't come from Culinary Dropout. I would pay this much for a meal at Roy's for lunch for this sized party, but alas, all the Roy's in the valley are closed down. So sad. I'm not saying this place is bad or the food tastes bad. It's okay and pricey. If the food was great or amazing, we don't mind pricey. We have paid over $1K for meals for our big party, and happily do so when the food is equivalent to the price.

My only critique is the layout of the front room. There always seems to be a line, but there's not really a good place for it to go besides in front of the entrance and the water station. It turns into a lot of "excuse me" and people weaving around each other. It's definitely a good problem to have because they're clearly popular, but I hope as they continue to flourish, they're able to expand into a larger space or rethink the flow a bit. Either way, I'll absolutely be back. Just save me another coconut brown sugar latte.
