Very excited to have a new fun spot in Arcadia to grab a cocktail and a bite. My husband and I stopped in this past Sunday (Santa and Mrs Claus were there ;) and the place was packed. We loved the outdoor "porch" space and the music was great too. Not too loud so that you can't hear each other. The server was nice. We ordered the jalapeño poppers and the chicken tenderloins. I loved the smoked cream cheese in the poppers and the tenderloins were crispy, trendy and juicy. My husband was pleased that they had Guinness on tap and I really enjoyed the "mint to be me" cocktail. It was tasty without being overly sweet. We will definitely be back! read more

I liked this cute place but did not love it. The bar itself was cute and fun with outdoor porch swings and games. We tried the Porxh for the first time with our Godson and his bridal party friends and after two hours of being told we were first on the list we realized they were not interested in our party or our money. First the positive, fun vibe lots of nice looking people the service was great waiter was cutie white boy with a beard . Drinks were good and so was the food. BUT my negative food is a little overpriced, and the music is way to loud it was hard to have a conversation I felt like we were just yelling at each other I go places to have fun with friends I shouldn't have to compete with the music in a restaurant atmosphere. I came to visit my sister in Arizona and she suggested we go out to this restaurant. I had never been before and I have some fave spots in AZ to go to, so coming here I was blown away with how much I loved the place! The atmosphere was so nice, and our server Allie was really nice and seriously helpful at walking us through everything on the menu. We ordered a few specialty cocktails and a variety of things to try, and I was pleasantly surprised by all of it! The cocktails were so bomb, it's definitely one of my new favorite places. Not only are you standing 15 feet from your car watching someone pull it up while waiting in the blistering sun but it takes forever if there is a group of you leaving because they only have one valet person. Ordered food for take out. Arrived and the place was busy but I was quickly allowed to park and hang by the bar while I waited. A small error was made in our to go order that I didn't notice until I was at the office. I called and was immediately put in touch with the manager who offered many apologies and corrected the issue! In every business and every industry, mistakes are made, what matters is how they are handled. Clearly this manager got it and did what needed to be done and offered a sincerely apology. So this place looked cool and some of my friends swear by this place in Arcadia. So I met some friends there for lunch and to shoot darts since they have a nice electronic dartboard. We sat at the bar so we could shoot darts and there is a bartender but she never ask me if I wanted anything to drink or eat. She is more focused on her boyfriend that is hovering over her every move. So at this point I figure well Im not giving this place any of my hard earned coin!! As we continues shooting darts the staff is giving us dirty looks for continuing our game. And we are getting stares from sone blue haired women there as well. So Terrible service and they cone off like its the customers honor to spend money in their establishment. So I have an Update from the GM of the Porch so they offer service if you want anything you have to ask. I thought service meant they asked you if you would like a drink or maybe see the menu?? I love their French Dip Burger. I ordered it through Door Dash, and they didn't include the au jus sauce (making it not a French Dip Burger, but a super dry, not good cheeseburger). I called to tell them (assuming it was an innocent mistake) and the manager said, and I quote, "Only Door Dash can fix that for you." I told him Door Dash was not the company to forget the au jus. He acknowledged that, but said he still couldn't fix it and Door Dash was my only remedy (for their mistake ‍). Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service WITH a splash of attitude (like I was the dummy)--the exact opposite of what a restaurant manager should do. read more

My husband and I went to The Porch for the first time this evening. The valet was nice but the atmosphere was loud chaotic. We were still really curious about the food so we decided to stay. We were seated quickly and our server was bubbly. My husband ordered a beer and we both requested water. The beer came but the water did not. Our waitress asked if I wanted a water, I again said yes. My husband finished his beer and still no water. I went to the bar to get it myself and when the waitress saw me waiting for service at the bar she rushed to get a glass to the table. The food was great, but the service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately we will not be back. read more
