I sat at the bar. Great atmosphere. The BEST burger I've had in a long time. Dare I say the best in Phoenix? I think I dare.

This place is great my sisters recommended this place to my husband and I. The only reason that I'm giving this place a 4 star is due to us not being informed that we had to flag a waiter down for our table. But over all I didn't mind.Everything else made up for it, we had great customer service, the environment was great the food and drink are also very yummy. Not only that they also have games outside in the patio area. Had a great time here I would recommend it to anyone that wants to just relax and have a drink nothing crazy. read more

My husband I stopped in at The Porch for lunch yesterday. Oh my goodness; the décor and atmosphere is fantastic and fun. But it's the food and service that gets the superstar (5) accolades. My husband had The Porch Burger...Yum, thick juicy and cooked perfectly...I had one also, with Sweet Potatoes fries..one of the best Cheeseburgers I've ever had in my 70+ years; the last best one I've had (and I've had plenty in-between) I would compare this one to, The Tavern On The Green in New York City...not greasy, but moist and succulent with the taste of a rare piece of prime beef. We were served by, Stella. Stella was amazing, attentive, on the spot delivery and very courteous, no cuteness comments, but warm and caring, that's rare. I went to the porch for the first time today. Everything was amazing! I asked the server to have a drink made that wasn't even on the menu and he was more than happy to do so. I had the border bowl and it was phenomenal. Logan and Allie were my servers and they had the most upbeat and positive attitude. I can't wait to come back here again! read more

We went there on a Saturday afternoon. The outdoor space was busy but they seated us quickly. We had two dogs with us and they immediately brought us water for the dogs. That is a plus as dog lovers. Not impressed. We just had lunch here and sat inside. It was painfully loud inside due to a game, but still definitely louder than a lot of sports bars. The workers I think are obviously effected by this loud noise too due to foul attitudes and forgotten or maybe didn't even hear, some food/drink orders. We definitely will not be back. read more

I come here all the time and its truly a great place. The mason chopped salads are bomb and the chicken tenders are on point. But what really makes this place awesome is the staff. We initially were skeptical about going here because of their ratings, but we gave it a shot and it was worth it. Assuming the negative comments about this place were accurate, I'd commend management on their ability to improve services to correct deficiencies noted from these 'yelpers'. My wife and I had a great experience at this new restaurant. We went in during peak hours at around 6:30 pm on a Saturday and didn't have any issues with service - we inherently expected a slight delay because it is a new restaurant and we went in during peak hours, but it wasn't bad at all. Quality of the food and drinks was great and prices weren't bad for the Arcadia area. Bar tenders and servers were pleasant and attentive. Ultimately, this restaurant had great vibes with games and tvs, along with good quality food, drinks, and services. read more

I'm excited this place is finally open! I've needed a new happy hour spot in Arcadia for some time now. Came in Friday for lunch and the bartenders were very friendly and hospitable. My boyfriend and I had the Border Bowl and the Vegan Poke with some Porch Poppers to start. Now I'm not a vegan, but that is one of the best dishes I've ever had. Loved the Poppers so much we came back yesterday (Monday) for happy hour since they have half off appetizers from 4-615! Needless to say we tried a lot of appetizers! Best part about this place is the backyard BBQ vibe you get sitting on the patio with friends. Another plus is they are dog friendly! My fur child will love that. My advice is give this place a chance! If you are a hard critic and you want them to be perfect I would suggest giving them some time to work out their kinks. I'll be back for sure! read more

My wife was nagging me to try this place ever since it popped up last year. From the outside it looks vibrant and inviting especially at night when it's lit up. My better half had the fish tacos which she loved, fresh fish and ingredients used and a generous but not over generous portions served (perfect amount of food) However my bacon cheeseburger I ordered arrived raw in the middle ( I wasn't asked how I'd like my burger) and the bottom of the bun was soaked in grease, and not up to the standard it should have been. I sent my food back and was waiting a good 15 minutes for a properly cooked burger to arrive back at our table, by then my wife had finished and my hunger had surpassed, I asked my waiter to box it up for me to take with me. I was given this part of the meal for free by the concerned manager, he was apologetic and seemed disappointed. I think it was a one off Bad burger experience and I was the unlucky person that day. I ate the burger at home shortly after, it was now over cooked, I wasn't surprised maybe that was karma for the complaint. I haven't been back as yet, but never say never. read more

We made the choice to venture out today in celebration of my cousins 21st birthday. 2020 sucked, but turning 21 doesn't have to! We invited friends and family but some people arrived that did not let us know ahead of time. It happens! But... The gentleman taking temperatures at the front door this morning, Blaise, who is the GM here was extremely rude as I walked in showing poor customer service. Understanding COVID and him having to explain precautions, which is understandable, however, he made a very indirectly rude comment towards a person in our party stating "let the person who organized this know they need to learn how to count the next time you guys come in" in a very rude tone of voice. We followed the rules, we had less than 10 at our two tables. We stayed at our tables. But his remark was not easily forgotten. The other manager, Vince, went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He gave the birthday boy a complementary drink. He apologized. We were thankful for his remarkable service. The waitress/waiter we had were also very attentive to our tables and provided good customer service as well but our experience here with the GM was not delightful. We understand all precautions that need to be made but being rude towards customers is definitely not the best way to keep them coming in, especially when they are first walking through the door. read more
