Tonight finally presented the opportunity I was waiting for and I gotta say it was just okay. I asked for the recommendation for Best dish and was told the brisket poutine. While the serving was very generous and brisket cooked beautifully, the fries for me just fell short. If you gunna do a poutine the fries are just as, if not more, important than the toppings. The gravy was great but a bit skimpy and to my surprise..... No cheese curds. Overall I was super hungry after a long day and this filled me up but left me lachrymose. My advice to owners would be very simply get those fries crispier and more seasoned and throw some cheese on that bitch! Overall an average eating experience. It is Parker's at brewery so most patrons are a few deep when they order and probably happy for some heavy carb dishes to keep em going so I get it. Guru is throwing down a 6.2/10 as it fits the need but doesn't blow the mind. Mange!

I ordered a wheat milk tea this time. The drink was decent, but I still found it ridiculously expensive ($8.5 for a "regular" size, probably about 20 oz). The price does include a topping (pearls or jelly), but I think it would be too expensive even with the topping. The service was also not great; they wouldn't accept personal cups and the person taking my order was very distracted while I was trying to order. So-so service isn't a dealbreaker at a food truck, but this didn't endear them to me. If it was cheaper I would give this experience a passing mark, but I just don't think it's worth paying gourmet money for a meh drink; I would rather get a nice bottled beverage instead.
