Awesome Dive bar, full of really friendly locals & their dogs. Proper British ex-pat pub, cool decor, soccer games on the TV, not overly noisy, well priced drinks. Was chatting with a lovely woman there when another patron walked up, overheard us discussing being from Seattle and he handed me a brand new Mariners Jacket... It was very surreal. They also have a nice outdoor patio which is shaded and has heaters, and some dart boards inside. Overall I had a great time, and highly recommend it.

This is the best place to watch soccer matches. It is also a locals favorite place to hang out. The bathroom entrances are decorated. There are new funny signs on the bathrooms. Service is great. I think the only food they have is Miss Vickie's chips.

One of my favourite Authentic English Pubs in the USA! Raff, the owner and Bartender is a top bloke ( unfortunately a Man U Fan) But is okay , has he hails from Cheetham Hill. A lot of ex pats frequent this lovely establishment and a couple of celebrities also visit. Awesome selection of Beers and Fine Wines and Brilliant selection of Manchester Music with some witty Mancunian Posters are dotted around the Pub!

If you're looking for a dive bar like my husband and I this is the place. Good drinks, friendly bartenders and very cool "restaurant" dog.

As Usual, I ordered the BEST Hot Wings in the city and a few couples were staring as I take a bite out of these amazing wings. They ordered some as well. I know you guys have read my previous reviews of this place and decided to come here and see for yourselves that what I was saying is true. I can tell. I'd like to believe it was me that made this place so crowded and not the Final Four game, so let me live, okay. Anyway, things have seriously gone well as far as the customer service here. The bartenders make contact with and will tell you that they will be with you in a second rather than just ignore you. The difference from a few months ago is considerably noticeable. If anyone from Baja Sharkeez ever decides to read this review, THANK YOU for stepping it up and being the fun, cool place you have the potential be. Keep getting better and I will continue to be a loyal customer (with many friends and family). Today was great. One piece of advice. Put a sign up to let people know they have to place their orders at the bar. People were sitting around waiting for a server to come by for a long time.

I told him he couldn't see the alcohol level, and the bartender got angry. I told him it was illegal to serve them like that! Did like the attempt at English decor, namely the phonebox hanging on the side of the bar and the usage of the Underground signage. Appreciated the (at least two) beers on tap that were imports -- couldn't quite see what they were, but they had my Guinness, so that was enough for me. (They do have a good selection of taps, including 805, another blonde, etc. Again - since I really only drink Guinness, I can't say I paid much attention.) The one thing I will say is that the atmosphere can give off a... I dunno, vibe. It's quite dark inside, even when it's moderately light out. (I called in around 7pm). Nevertheless, you can get a Guinness, so that's good enough for me. 2025: 23/100

It's right on State Street and extremely dog-friendly--like, dogs of all sizes are welcome and actually celebrated here. Not just tolerated... celebrated. They offer dog birthday packages (yes, really), and for $49 it was such a fun experience. Lobo got a full birthday setup: a reserved table, a sign with fun facts about him, a birthday portrait, cake, a gift, and his own birthday dinner. I ordered him the filet and sweet potatoes, but they do have other options on their dog menu too. And for the humans--they don't slack either. They have a great food and drink menu. I ordered the Flaming Lips cocktail and it's such a fun one... I won't give it away, but yes, there are actual flames involved . I also got the Korean Crunch (fried chicken with red pepper sauce) and it was so good. Everyone else loved their food and drinks too... but I'll be honest, I was a little more focused on Lobo. Kyle was our server and he was amazing--super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Honestly, everything about it was just fun. It's such a unique idea, and I love that places like this exist. We come to Santa Barbara often, and this is 100% going to be a regular stop for us now. Already planning Lobo's 13th here
