I have come here for a few years, the food that I've tried has always been good. However, the customer service tonight was absolutely horrible. Reading other reviews, it seems this is a consistent issue. There was a blonde girl with glasses that was very rude. I placed an order for pickup and when I picked it up, the blonde girl told me I couldn't pay with cash. Since I only had cash with me I asked if they didn't take cash, which she ignored me. After asking again she said she had already counted the til and huffily said she was now going to have to do it again because they close at 9:50 (they close at 10:00). Gave me my change and ignored me again. Both employees stared at me as I walked in, no greeting, completely unfriendly. She made it very clear she was not happy I was there from the moment I walked in. Maybe it was an off night for her. But this really deters me from wanting to support this business in the future. Sharing this experience because if I was the owner I would want to know how my customers were being treated. read more

This is the freshest spot in town. I love the variety of clean options, wild caught salmon and perfectly blended açaí bowl (their granola could use an upgrade though). Anyway, I'm enjoying my lunch when all of the sudden the employees start sanitizing the menus and machines with Lysol. I'm coughing and wheezing wondering what the f*** I'm being molested with. My lungs are dying with undoubtedly the most toxic cleaning agent while eating the cleanest dish of the day. Are we joking here? Can we please keep up the standards? Cleaning shouldn't require a lung transplant by the end of the day. Please be mindful of your small space and sanitize with CLEAN, eco friendly sanitizer. I shouldn't have to bring this to your attention but here we are. I love you guys, keep it up. We'll all learn together. Walked in the door, havent been here in years. Saw 2 screens on the right side of desk and figured thats how you ordered...after not getting anywhere with that, and the pony-tail guy not greeting me, I went to the front desk.. (typically when a customer walks inside you'd expect a staff person greeting you and saying something like "How you doing Ill be right with you" if he's busy doing something else...but this guy seemed to be having a bad day. I asked him how do you order... he wasnt very nice and mumbled something like "ill take ur order in a minute".... I didnt appreciate his attitude and his whole demeanor. Unfortunately the staff here is not friendly especially if you come in after 8pm. We came last night for dinner at 8:40 and they close at 10 they told us we had to get our food to go LOL. There's been a few other times when we come an hour or two before they close and they act like we're such an inconvenience. First order was a Skinny Salmon Bowl: *When placing my order, I asked the cashier to please not dry out the salmon. I prefer Medium but will settle for Midwell if it comes out over done. The girl came back out and said the shelf will only do it WELLDONE !?!?!? ???Red Flag!!! Is the salmon not fresh enough to be cooked at a decent temperature? Is the salmon frozen? Does the chef not know a salmon can be cooked at different temps??? *Salmon seasoning too salty. *cauliflower was not strained properly. Watery in the bowl. I ordered a Jacked Burrito: *Upon receiving it, the tortilla was split down the middle. (Packed too full.) *bacon was not crispy. Literally limp and soggy. *water or juice was coming out of the burrito. Probably from salsa or tomatoes, which is also most likely for the tortilla splitting. *flavor wise, it was rather bland. Even a little salt and pepper would go a long way. -I was not impressed, and asked if I can get something else (the bison burger; and pay the difference) but the manager on duty simply said no. They literally took my burrito back, threw it away, & didn't bring my wife anything else. We paid for a $14 burrito, showed them how bad it was, got it taken away, nothing replaced it, and DIDNT GET A REFUND! read more

This Review is Solely based on the "manager" Jamie. I went in today to grab a quick bite and drink. I was brought my food by I believe Jamie. She seemed very unhappy to be working not friendly at all. I brushed it off because I have worked until the service industry and I know it's not easy. I was sitting and eating while another gentleman approached the counter telling them they got his drink in corrected. Jamie came to the counter very upset and yelling at the customer that is how the drink is made. The customer tried to explain he was a regular and it's usually frozen. She continued to yell saying that's how it's made and she is the manager and she knows. The customer was angry and said he would not return solely based on the customer service of the "manager". I told the gentlemen I agreed with him that she was extremely rude and had no customer service. While we were talking she continued to yell at him and snicker at us saying we thought she was rude. The customer was speaking with one of the employees also saying how he enjoyed the food and drinks but wouldn't be back because of her. She then came and grabbed the employee and told him just let it go and not acknowledge the gentlemen. This was the worst service I have seen in a very very long time. All the other employees were nice and pleasant. But this manager Jamie if that's correct needs to go. This locations lost two customers today just because of her. read more

I just had surgery earlier this day so this was the perfect meal to have. The outside of this place has nice lighting and seating if you choose to sit outside.
