We've stopped in here before. My friend is a regular here and always brings me when I'm in Vegas. The place always serves healthy and good food. The place itself has plenty of seating as well. I'll recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good healthy meal.

Amazing food, very healthy finally a decent option because sometimes healthy isn't always the tastiest but THIS PLACE MAKES IT SO. The portions could be a little bigger for the price I think, but the quality is very worth it for the most part. I got the steak tenderloin with cauliflower and avocado as a build your own but they have really good bowls and burgers here - vegan and vegetarian options. Also got the Orange Dream Shake which was super yummy. I like it as a healthy alternative to fast food and the cashier was very friendly, even Came out to get our dishes when we opted to sit outside on their really nice patio with comfortable furniture to lounge in.

Of all the Protein spots in town, this one is my FAV! I love everything about this place. The dining area is small but cozy and clean. Atmosphere is casual and versatile. You could have lunch on your work break or enjoy sitting outside on the beautiful covered patio with friends. The staff is really wonderful and polite. Our order was taken quickly and with no issues which is also how it was brought to our table about 15 min later. I had the West Side Turkey Bowl. There so many Bowls to chose from too! I ordered mine with no beans or rice and added more veggies as the base. It was delicious! Turkey was not dry and perfectly cooked as were the veggies. My friend had the scram eggs with turkey sausage patties and the protein waffles. I had some of the waffles and they were really good! I would come here more frequently if it were closer to home. It is one of my favorite spots to bring friends who want to eat out but still want to eat healthy and watch their calories/macros. If you you want quality, delicious, won't blow the calorie bank food ProteinSource is for you!

I haven't been to The Protein Source in prob 12 years and I have been missing out !! Friendly and helpful team ready to make very tasty, healthy treats right when you walk in! Clean, quaint spot and I order the PB Lovers protein shake and got so lucky as a fresh batch of chocolate protein muffins just came out of the oven!! Smelled amazing so I had to have one! So dang good! Everything was super delicious and I'm so happy I popped in today ! Definitely a small local business we should be supporting through the fit community and beyond!

Service was fast! Portion size is generous for the price point. Quality ingredients. Comfortable atmosphere, the new owner is from South Caroline, very friendly. Recommend the peanut butter balls, they are divine.

I used to go to the place across the street and I saw this spot . I didn't know what to expect but I was shocked in a good way with how many choices there were on the menu. The Manager Juan is really down to earth. This is my new official hang out spot. I highly recommend it if you're too lazy to cook but want something within your dietary limitations as they have something for everyone here read more

Our favorite fast, healthy and delicious South Summerlin restaurant!! This place has every combination of protein and flavor anyone could want. You can choose one of the chef prepared combination or build your own. From breakfast, wraps, burgers, salads, deserts and protein bowls you can eat healthy on the daily and not have the same thing for months! We started coming here when we joined the gym nearby and really loved the food. They have a lot of healthy options and a good variety of meals to choose from. I like that you can also build your own meal as well. My favorites have been the Turkey chili, Chicken Teriyaki bowl and Light Greek bowl. The downside is the food isn't consistent. Sometimes the food is cooked perfectly and other times the meats are really dry. The portion sizes also seem off since sometimes I get a lot of chicken and other times I get less, so I don't trust their calories on the menu. What is also kind of annoying is I have ordered their soups and every time it's never the same. The taste will be different and sometimes ingredients will be different too. I still love the healthy options they have and hope that they can standardize their recipes more so that the meals can be more consistent. read more

This spot is legit!! Cousin and I ate here night before our Spartan Race. Their food is all made to order. You can taste the freshness of their ingredients. Staff is passionate about their store and it was an amazing experience. Definitely worth the drive off Vegas strip for some whole and healthy food! read more

What happened to treating people with respect. No customer service at all. Guy at the front counter Just look at me didn't say hi how are you made me feel very uncomfortable. Then when he gave me my food didn't look at me and sounded like it was a hassle to say have a good day. What happened to treating people with kindness and respect nowadays I guess other people are fine with it but I'm not treat your customers with respect. I come here pretty frequently because it's right by my work. I really like how they have almond milk and vegan protein powder for their smoothies. I recommend their green smoothie, but my coworkers have said their other smoothies are good too. I also really like their salmon wrap. It's always fresh and tasty. I've had their açaí bowls which are bomb, and their tuna bowls are a tasty option. The place is always clean, the staff is always friendly, would reccomend to friends and family. read more

This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this place. Does not accept cash for a lunch and a smoothie? That's awful. Credit card only BS. No napkins in the dispensary. Rude staff and bathrooms are not clean. Sorry but I did not recommend this place, when I asked questions about the menu they responded do I speak Spanish ? Whatever I said a little bit .The point being I asked if they can put tofu in the salad they don't even serve tofu at all protein place ? Cmon I'll take my cash somewhere else . I did purchase food and drink but card only they said . I'm not recommending this place .A healthy happy vibe needs to be their goal in my opinion it's lacking on so many levels .We are in the USA what's wrong with paying cash for a lunch greeted with a smile at least and be sure to have napkins in the designated area if your going to put an auto tip for service ,?what service ?!? If you're watching what you're eating, give this place a go. Good tasty food to fit anyone's macro / diet model. A lot of the food seems designed to be low-calorie/ high satiety. The protein pancakes are very filling and the chili is very satisfying... both tasty for healthy versions of said food. Perfect if you're in a deficit or just trying to eat healthier. read more

My go-to: Turkey Chili and a juice. The restaurant is pretty small but there's never been a time that I've dined in and it was busy. Seems like most of their business is take out or online orders. Outdoor seating is available but it's Vegas so there's only so many times in a year that you can actually use it. Pros: The majority of what I've eaten has been just GOOD. I've tried all the juices and there's not one that I don't like. Wraps are not bad either. Everything is usually very light yet filling. The staff is always very helpful and if you're having trouble figuring out what you want to eat, they'll guide you towards what to get based on what you're looking to get. Cons: Flavor on the chili is inconsistent. Sometimes it's phenomenal, other times its salty AF. It's my fav item here and makes me pretty sad when it's not the way that I like it... Not salty! The only thing that I was BEYOND disappointed in was their veggie burger. If there's a veggie burger some where, I will likely order it. Burger or "Burger" patties are supposed to be firm and should actually have a firm bite to them. Theirs is mushy and was like biting into mashed potatoes. It wasn't fun and I didn't end up eating the rest of it. read more

There are so many options, and with each juice costing over $11, it definitely makes you hesitate and overthink your choice. The pricing honestly feels pretty steep. Because of that, I asked the employee working if she could recommend something. In the end, I went with one of the coffee drinks she suggested--and I actually really liked it. It was smooth, enjoyable, and probably something I'd order again. I also ordered a few juices at random. After having a sip of each, I like them the taste of them even the ones that are more healthy. That said, I'm still not sure I'm a full believer in very expensive pressed juices, and I don't know if I'd come back regularly given the price point. I can see why people who are into juicing or wellness love this place, but for me, it feels more like an occasional treat rather than a go-to spot.

This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. It has similar ingredients to the Lucky Charms Matcha Latte, only it has espresso and no Lucky Charms marshmallows on top. If you're ever in Summerlin, come check out Better Days. Yes, they are a hidden gem, but they have great drinks, seasonal and year long.

If I could give no stars I would, I used to come here awhile ago and everything was fine. Now it's definitely changed, today I went around lunch time so as usual it was busy, witch is fine. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and there was a price change, prices had gone up. Still not an issue, what really got to me was how long it took the food to come out, the cook in the back was on his phone the whole time, while cooking. I didn't see him wash his hands once when he got off the phone, nor did I see him have a single pair of gloves on. The table was dirty while I sat and waited for my food, there was a bug crawling around and a few flys in the air. So I was glad that I told them my food was to go. I washed my hands in the bathroom witch had an awful odor to it, witch was brought to my attention because thinking back on it, every time I used to come here and it always had a stench to the restaurant. I thought maybe I had walked behind someone who used it before me, but this isn't the case, it always has a smell to the whole restaurant. I walked outside and continued waiting for my food and instantly stepped in some sauce witch left a trail down the street, my guess someone was taking the trash out and drugged it down the street. Being disgusted at this point as I was about to say something as I walked back into the restaurant, my food was ready so I just grabbed my bag and left instantly. I advise everyone to not come to this restaurant, it's disgusting and very unprofessional. read more

Today's spot for lunch is the new health spot called the Protein Source Restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada. Based on the reviews I have seen about them from my fellows Ellite Yelpers and after a quick sneak peak around their social media I finally decided to give them a try. "The Protein Source"- a very daring name for a restaurant considering the expectation you would have from a place who's considering them self the main source of Protein in the restaurant industry. Well ... they nailed it and they did live for it, this afternoon I had their Steak Bowl. An amazing combination in between fresh tenderloin Steak cut, fresh veggies over a base of brown rice topped with avocado and paired with a house made sauce. A healthy plate full of flavor. All of this made to order from fresh in less then 9min at a busy lunch time ...you just can't ask for more. The customer service was spotless. When I walked into the place was a line at the register but that didn't stop the cashier to notice me with a smile. I have been attended in less then 5 min and have been able to sit down. The restaurant was very clean with a very modern European style to it. One thing that gave me the confidence not to be worried about my food was all of the people wearing scrubs. If people in the medical field eat here at lunch that means food should be good enough for me too :)) I would recomended this spot and for sure I will l be back again. read more

I have been meaning to review this small yet delicious yet healthy restaurant. I have been coming here with my fiancé for at least 5 months since we moved here from Texas and we are completely enamored by it. I come here at least once a week and I have never been disappointed by the food much less the staff they always have a way to welcome you with the warm smile (even though they are covered by the masks.) hehe, they make sure that they make you feel like our time is worth as much to them as it is to oneself. I really like how they keep all the safety guidelines more now that we are going through this difficult time. I went today midday and like always the staff was very friendly me even though I am very picky eater the staff made sure that my drink and my wrap were made to perfection and the way I asked. I really love and would strongly recommend the Turkey wrap it is AMAZING. Also I love the peanut butter balls they are legitimately DELICIOUS. This is really my GO-TO healthy place and I am sure it will be for many more years to come. Thank you ladies you made my experience very memorable and comfortable. - THANK YOU!!! Let me first start by saying that I am not bashing the negative words said on this site towards Protein Source Restaurant. Everyone is entitled to their opinions. What I have noticed about the typical comments is that everyone complains about the portion size and bland food. What I think this business is trying to show people is maybe Americans eat way too much unhealthy food full of unnecessary calorie dense ingredients. I have met the owners of this business and have become close with them and I'm not being bissued because of this but I think they are trying to show they're customers the right way to eat. I personally enjoy their food, they have opened my eyes with the enormous options to healthy eating. I have always tried to eat as healthy as possible. When I went to the restaurant I figured it would be like any health food store or restaurant with bland tasting food that would require condiments to save my pallot. Instead everything I have tried has blown me away! To even have their own handmade condiments to add more flavor and not the added sugar or calories made for an even more enjoyable dish. Sad to say this business went through a management & ownership change. The service is terrible.. the food quality is awful now. The protein source vibe that once was, is no longer there. :( Most of their staff don't know what is what. Acai blenders have been broken/down. The place is never clean, tables filled with trash. The front can barely speak/hear properly to understand what your ordering. This visit both Protein smoothies weren't even blended!! Disgusting! The last time I called in a order to be delivered I asked for a açaí bowl... I received a tuna bowl... they told me to BRING IT BACK .. I did & got there they told me to keep it... and didn't even refund me the price difference or the meal! Tuesday mornings there's this young dude with curly hair here that looks at you like he wants to kill you lol. I really thought the customer service was some of the worst I've experienced. Extremely unfriendly:( bad vibes... The shakes, however, are really good and cheaper than greens and proteins right next door. Everything about this place is amazing! Whenever I'm in Vegas, I eat almost all of my meals here. The food is filling, healthy, and most importantly, delicious!!! If you are into tracking macros and staying on top of your diet, they list all of the macros for every meal. Eat here. You won't be disappointed. read more
