I saw them on instagram so I drove all the way from spring. I was so excited to try them out I ordered the original sandwich and fries. Well unfortunately this was a miss for me. Upon opening the box I noticed the fries were cold. So i asked them to replace them which they did without hesitation then I noticed that the chicken was cold on the sandwich. I did not return it at this point we just left . This was a real disappointment as all the pictures on instagram showed hot food and butter melting on sandwiches. The cashier was very polite but the cold food was a miss for me. I drove all the way from Spring expecting become a repeat customer now as I am pulling out the parking lot I realize that I will not be back. But not in a good way. It had no body to it- it almost tasted like a spicy cruton. The sauce was just as disappointing, too. It wasn't that tangy flavor you've come to expect from nashville house dips- instead, it was weirdly sour? Also the pickles were weirdly sweet? The flavors were just kinda confusing, and really defied the looks. And I mean, the dish LOOKS amazing! I was really hoping to enjoy it, but I'm not sure if I'll return unless they get a new spice and a new sauce recipe. If they do, I'll gladly come back and give a glowing review. The chicken was very crunchy and moist but the red dust that they use to make it spicy was just ok not a very appealing flavor. That red seasoning is something that they put on everything it seems. They placed it on the cheese curds and a little on the potato wedges.
