It looks as if they have perhaps 3 small stills that you can see from an observation window and open doorway to the distillery proper. They have a variety of spirits: Whiskey, gin and vodka. Their whisky is a sourgum whisky... so not sure they have intentions to move towards a proper bourbon. Whisky old fashion was different. It's a booze style old fashioned without any sort of mixer... but it was good. Truth be told I'm a little envious that I don't have a distillery in any former Fire Station.

This is a great dive bar decorated with wood carved bears locally known as Happy Bears. They have some branded products for sale and I regret not purchasing at least one item. The bar vibes are relaxed, friendly, and welcoming. They have a waterfront patio and a perfect hang out spot to enjoy the views of the water.
