Each time there is a problem with a single item in my order. One time the nightcrawlers all came all dead. Another time the hornworms came all moldy and dead. They did replace the items each time. Recently I got a promotion on line to my e-mail that people can earn points for different things, one being their birthday. We both can document how many times I have ordered, so when I asked about my birthday points I was told to put in my birthday into their system. I did, and they refused to give me any points because they said it was too close to my birthday (the reason they sent me the details of birthday points in an e-mail) They refuse to give me any points unless I give them a copy of my ID or driver's license. They can see how many orders I have made. I find this very petty since the points value is under $5. Their customer service is awful. If they do not want to give birthday points they should not promote it. I have decided to get my worms somewhere else. I might try again in January when my birthday points may be posted. Until then, I will buy my worms elsewhere else. To bad their customer service is so bad.

Basically every animal had magazines instead of substrate, not only that but none of them had proper heating and lighting. Barely any of them had hides. He had 6 leopard geckos in one small enclosure. When I asked to see them, I noticed one was missing the tip of his tail and one was missing nearly the whole thing. His response was "oh must've gotten nipped by another one". Leopard geckos are solitary animals... Half the bearded dragons were glass surfing (obvious indicator of stress). These animals deserve so much better, it was horrifying. I've literally seen petsmart treat their animals better, which is an incredibly low bar. I have absolutely no idea how this place doesn't have worse reviews, anyone who takes good care of their reptiles would be appalled. I've never in my life felt the need to go online and post a review until today, that's how concerning it was.

Of course at 10:30 this Saturday of Mother's day weekend, I brake before running car over wild turtle midst of the street. Luckily my Google search resulted in my finding Reptile Rescue, a non-profit with 24/7 contact availability. So on a holiday weekend I was thrilled to receive a call from Reptile Rescue, M.V., within 90 minutes of my sending them an e-mail, I was phoned by Bram, who confirmed my plan to return this wild turtle (red-eared slider) back to the RSM lake she likely lives. Neighbors say our lake's turtles have been seeking a place to lay eggs. My worst fear was to save turtle from being run over by car only to drown. Or for me to confuse a turtle with a tortoise, as the latter would drown in a lake. Thank you Bram for giving me peace of mind and for coaching me. Happy Mother's Day to you, knowing you likely ensured Mama and possible hatchlings are best positioned to continue life in the wild together! Blessings! PS.
