The best of Fenton right here! People have been telling me to try this place out for a while, and I wish I had come in sooner! I had. I had no idea what I was missing out on! Well let's just start by sayin g you have to park and go into the taco shop El Topo. Down the hallway there is a vending machine. Hot the button and someone will open the door. It has such a cool vibe an aesthetic--definitely a big city feel in a small town. The staff are all very friendly and the drink menu is AMAZINGLY large--seriously there is something for everyone! If you live in Fenton, check it out. Otherwise...it's definitely worth the drive!

This a a neat speak easy style bar. They use craft ice for their cocktails which speaks to the quality of their drinks. I didn't try the food, however the old fashioned I had was great and properly made. It's a neat vibe.

Getting through the last few Coronavirus weeks is not easy but thanks to Jon and the Speakeasy cocktails it's been fun! Here's to the 5:00 hour

Man I felt like a secret agent coming into this place. You can definitely miss it if you don't know even how to get in. The drinks combined with the ambiance is the reason I will be back. Be prepared to wait for seating as the place isn't big but that is what makes it Elite in its own way. I didn't get a chance to try the food but the cocktail choices were abundant. I was happily surprised because they carried Michter's 10 year bourbon which a favorite of my husband's and not common to find. I was extremely pleased to see they carried Nolet's gin, which if you haven't had Nolet's, is one of the best gin's out there. I ordered the last broadcast and subbed for the Nolet's gin. It had to be one of the best cocktails Iv ever had. My cousin got the French 75 cocktail which was like a champagne cocktail that seemed to be popular with the crowd we had that night. I have never been to a speakeasy but man were my drinks pricy! My upgrade to Nolet's wasn't even too bad, the cocktails in general can run over $10 a piece. It was definitely worth the price but not somewhere I could go get a cocktail any ole day. I highly recommend trying this place out if you love great craft cocktails in a classy and intimate environment.

This little speak easy is so romantic and perfect for any occasion. First date, 100th date, night out with friends... my wife and I came here for the first time last night. You walk into a taco shop, walk back towards the restrooms and at the end of the hallway is a Pringles vending machine, press the right button and the door opens to reveal a dark candle lit room complete with its own kitchen and bar, with some tables and chairs as well. They have a menu for food, small selection of entrees cheese and charcuterie boards, but we just had drinks. Our server was extremely friendly and the drinks were delicious. They take a lot of pride in their craft cocktails here. The tacos in the front taco shop smelled and looked amazing to, so I'll have to come back for that. Love this place. Keep up the great work guys, it's much appreciated.

Here's a Yelp review you could post:…read more We stopped into Sagebrush Cantina for lunch and had a pretty good experience overall. We started with the chips and salsa. The chips tasted homemade, thin and crispy with just the right amount of salt. The salsa was a little thinner than I prefer, but it had a nice kick once it arrived. For our meal, we ordered the chicken, steak, and shrimp fajitas. The steak and chicken were both moist, flavorful, and well seasoned. The shrimp, unfortunately, didn't have much flavor, and I was disappointed by the vegetable ratio. There was a huge bed of onions and only about one pepper in the mix. One of the highlights was the steak tacos. The steak was chopped into small pieces, packed generously into the tortillas, and so tender and juicy that you could barely close them. They were absolutely delicious. We also tried the handmade chicken taquitos appetizer. They come cut into smaller pieces rather than whole taquitos, but don't let that fool you. The chicken was finely shredded, the crispy exterior was perfect, and the spicy sauce that came with them was excellent. The portion was surprisingly large and easily shareable. A special shoutout to our server, Parker. He was fantastic. He checked on us frequently without being intrusive, offered menu recommendations, brought us extra tortillas without us even having to ask, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Great service can make a meal memorable, and Parker definitely did that. There is plenty of parking since the restaurant is located in a plaza, though it's easy to drive right past it if you're not paying attention. The only downside was the price. Lunch ended up being around $20 per person, which feels a little high. Still, the quality of the food and excellent service make it a place I'd return to.I'd probably rate that 4 stars: great service, excellent tacos and taquitos, good fajitas overall, a great meal.

I liked the chips, not sure if you can upgrade to fries, but I also got a garlic parm waffle fry with their aioli. It was tasty. We also tried the BBQ rip lollipops. They were meaty and filling. They came with celery and blue cheese or ranch, we got the blue cheese. I like that the ribs came with a veggie, good choice not to only do carbs as sides. I am sad that I did not try the lobster roll, but I felt that I should get what they are know for first before venturing outside the box. The people working here seemed friendly and helpful. We were able to order and pick up in a reasonable amount of time, it was packed here in general. I am not sure about using the QR code, I just went to their trailer and ordered in person. This place is a big expensive for what you get, it is typical of food trucks to have small portions and high prices. But, if you are eating here, you are paying for an experience. This is a party atmosphere for all ages. You can eat outside, which we did, or inside. They have lawn games outside and arcade games inside on two levels. I would eat at this place again. I would just like to see perhaps a larger fry portion or slightly cheaper burger price.

Very little meat in the tacos and a lot of the pepper sauce which was very sweet and overwhelmed all the other flavors (should have ordered it on the side). I'm not sure I will return.

The space is smaller but very welcoming and definitely feels like a local hangout spot. When you walk in, the specials board is front and center, including their Burger of the Month, which is what I ordered. Mine featured goat cheese, spinach, strawberry compote, and jalapeños. The flavor combination was unique and really worked well together, and the burger itself was juicy. Personally, I would have loved a bit more char for those crispy edges, but the flavors were definitely there. It came with rosemary fries that were thin, crispy, and generously seasoned. I added a side of hot honey for dipping, which ended up being an unexpectedly amazing combo. The restaurant has a great beer selection, plenty of TVs for sports, fun retro-style décor, and soft lighting that creates a relaxed atmosphere. Even at 9 PM, there were families with kids dining, so it feels very family-friendly rather than a late-night bar scene. Noise levels were low enough that conversation was easy, which I really appreciated. Bathrooms were also exceptionally clean. My main hesitation was pricing. A quesadilla was around $15 and my burger was $20, which pushed dinner for one person with a drink and tip to about $35. While that seems comparable to nearby spots like Boston's, it felt a bit high for casual bar-style dining. Parking is limited, but the location is convenient, just minutes from I-75 and surrounded by other restaurants. Service was amazing. We were sad immediately and she checked back often and said what her favorite thing on the menu was. Overall, good food, creative menu options, and a comfortable atmosphere. With a little refinement and maybe slightly better value, this could easily become a regular stop.

We won't be covering why the Beale sign is next to US23, but Beale itself is five minutes east of that on Fenton Road. Maybe they moved. Maybe it's the aliens. The world may never know. Dad and I ordered a plate of wings to share. I got a brisket sandwich with fries, while the ancestor ordered a two meat combo with a BBQ'd half chicken and ribs. We both loved the wings. Juicy meat, crispy skin. And not too messy because they didn't overdo it with the sauce. Dad said the ribs were excellent but didn't eat the half chicken as he saved it for mom. My brisket sandwich unfortunately came out colder than Pluto. I sent it back and it was much better the second time around. The steak fries were some of the best I've had from a restaurant. I also poured out some of their sauces to try on my fries. The Bourbon sweet sauce is okay, but the house sauce has a great balance of heat and tangy flavor. The hot sauce is good if you want the heat turned up a notch. The good/mustard sauce is perfect for fries. Conclusion: Miles better than Scratch BBQ in Flint.
