I was quite unsatisfied with the majority of the service here. My fiancé, our dog, and I met some friends at this restaurant, and the atmosphere seemed quite good. However, the service was less than satisfactory. We were at the bar with our friends waiting for a table, and the bartender did not notice us on their own. We try not to be the ones who flag down the waiter or bartender until they approach us. It's simply courteous to let them cater to everyone else as they make their way back around. No, we needed to catch their attention. We patiently waited for a table for over fifteen minutes, during which time we chatted with our companions. It was essentially just water and cranberry when we finally got our vodka and water with a splash of cranberry. When mixing cocktails, they seem to pour less than a shot. An attitude was displayed by one of the girls who arrived at the table before our waiter. I was already ten times more irritated at this point because I had a bad day at work and had hoped to get away, but this place only made me feel even more irritated. I simply remained silence because I didn't want to be mean, knowing that whatever I said would have come out as patronizing or cruel. read more

One of the best Mexican places we've been too. The food and service are amazing. The waitstaff is extremely friendly. The chips are always hot and fresh. Food comes out fast and in generous portions. My personal fave is the chimichanga w/shredded chicken. I also love the cheese enchiladas. During the week they have daily lunch specials. The inside is colorful & inviting or you can visit when the weather warms up and sit out on the patio and watch the boats roll in. This restaurant is a must if you love Mexican food. A great place to eat. my first time was a couple months ago I had a girl name Makayla; she was new at serving but did an amazing job. I have since been here 3 times and asked for her to be my server every time. One time she was not there food was still amazing, but we wanted that bubbly young women to be our server. The decore is awesome and the sing happy birthday as a group. Will return please tell Makayla we will be asking for her. read more

So I'm visiting here from Tampa, Florida and I take my daughter and my two grandsons to the Restaurant and I asked for a skinny margarita . I have to be honest the skinny margarita was like a dose of orange juice in my skinny, which is way more sugar and calories in it so why do they call it a skinny. Then I asked for the manager or the manager was busy. Then I went back to the table. The waiter says go back to your table and I'll bring my glass of wine. Didn't come back. My daughter had to go get my glass of wine. I paid for the skinny margarita that I didn't like, and then I went and asked for the manager, and the manager was on a lunch break. so I would want the owners to know that was the worst customer service and experience that I've ever had. read more

We love this restaurant. My only bad experience was tonight, when the hostess seated roughly ten people ahead of us, and although we were waiting roughly two feet from her, she said she had sent a text to the wrong phone number and canceled our place in line. When I told her we had been standing two feet from her for an hour, she said she couldn't remember people (or see them apparently), and that she relied on her screen exclusively. She was unapologetic and really didn't understand that we had been standing in front of her for an hour. This is a veTy busy and popular restaurant, and maybe they don't need our business and just don't care. This is unacceptable. read more

We just started coming to this restaurant this summer. The service has always been quick and friendly. The chips are served warm and the salsa is fabulous. Stopped in Sat 2/18/22, for a drink. My wife ordered a beer and so did I. The draft beer she ordered happen to run out after the glass was 3/4 full. She then ordered Margarita that she didn't care for. She asked the bartender if she could swap it for the 3:4 glass of beer. When we got our bill, both her drinks were on it. We mentionEd that she didn't like the taste of the Margarita and didn't drink it and would appreciate if it was taken off our bill. The bartender had to ask the Mgr/owner, he said he would only credit 1/2 of the Margarita! So we paid for a beer they were going to pitch and 1/2 a Margarita she didn't drink. I've been coming to this place for years and have always been satisfied with their food and drinks. The portions are huge and everything is is fairly priced. My experience there today was not great at all and I might have to take a break from coming here. The food was delicious as always but my waiter gave us the worst service I have ever had. He completely ignored my table and when he would walk by us he kept his eyes straight ahead and didn't even stop to ask us how the food was. I had to flag down another waiter twice because I wanted to order more drinks and my waiter had preferred to stand by the host area or talk to other tables. read more
