I only go to Tammy for my pedicure. She does such a great job! She uses all clean implements and does any design I ask. Always looks great! Can't beat a $14 pedi. Really liked this spot its hard to find a good salon where i can get a good pedicure & acrylics in the same spot since usually i like either or but i can say il be coming back forsure! I am sorry this place has changed! They treat new customers better than loyal customers. I was waiting to get a mani and pedi and was there 20 min before a new person who said I have never been here and just need to get my nails done this ONE time and took her first. Then today I went to get my eyebrows done and I ALWAYS go there .. They gave me the new girl and she Messed up my eyebrows one side is thinner and she took a chunk of hair and now I have a bald spot in my eyebrows! I was gonna give this nail salon a 5 star but with the manager Hannah, i was very disappointed!! Ive been coming to this nail salon for years and i even recommended them to all of my friends because i always get compliment from my friends! Amy's work is outstanding.. but the manager Hannah is very disrespectful! I know there is a language barrier.. but the way she talked to us was very rude. We have an appointment with Tina and Amy at 1030 am. We went there a little bit early and Tina is already doing one of the costumer and we e understand and we are willing to wait. On the other hand i dnt have an appt for my pedicure so i think i am entitled to pick who can do my pedicure. Its a little misunderstanding bcoz we are told that somebody can clean my mom's toes and Tina can put the nail color. So this other person is going to start my mom when one person said we can do that. Ok we understand so then we just said that we'l wait for Tina to finish since we have an appot with her. And then this lady moved to my sit and gonna start when i asked if i can wait for tina also, after my mom, i can wait. And then everything happened. THIS MANAGER HANNAH, came to us yelling that we not suposed to that.. and started yelling to us to go out. And she even let amy stop my manicure. She said that we are hurting her employees feelings because we make her move from one to another?!?! I dnt get it.. so anyways after a talk to my sister she let tgem finish the job and as i was gonna pay and i even said sorry for the misunderstanding and i dnt mean to hurt somebody's feelings.. and what she reply, "you dont make appt anymore" she said she will not accept my appt anymore and if i really like amy she told me just to do walk in.. how rude is that! You dnt talk to your costumers that way. First of all you respect the costumers decision because u want costumers satisfaction. Anyways i will never go back there even tho i love amy's job so much. But the way i got treated by the manager is just horrible! Ive never experience anything like that before. I just hope someday. I've always had good experiences here. I get my nails done and eyebrows waxed. My eyebrows always look great and they keep my shape without going too thin, which is exactly what I like. I was planning on going to blue bowl (next door) then heading over to perfect nails afterwards (where I usually go) but there were no parking spaces designated for blue bowl and only parking spaces for ritz nails. I figured I'd park for ritz nails eat my blue bowl then get my nails done next door instead. It was really awkward because mid bowl the owner?/manager? came over to blue bowl yelling at the employees about how their customers were parked in their spaces and threatened to call the cops. It was very awkward and uncomfortable it almost made me not want to go there anymore. Regardless my friend and I went in. They were very nice and had a decent selection of gel colors. Their prices are INCREDIBLY cheap which made me want to come back again after i initially left. However the next day one of my gel nails had already chipped, and two days later my pedicure had chipped a lot as well. My friend who had gotten a regular mani and pedi also had chipped nails after 2 days. Although they had liners around their pedicure bowls, I didn't see the manicurist take the tools out of the autoclave sanitation bags, meaning they were probably not properly cleaned before they were used on me. Pretty important. Overall I don't think I would go back even though it was SUPER affordable compared to perfect nails where I usually go. read more

This used to be my favorite nail spot until recently. I always go in for mani and pedis and everything is always perfect. I started getting acrylics and the second time I went in for a fill, I got a new lady and she was awful. Two of my nails were crooked and the gel paint chipped after only two days. I called and spoke to the manager Hannah and she told me to go in to fix them. Once she saw me, she told me where to sit and walked away with a rude demeanor. I ignored it because I thought she was having a bad day but I went in two weeks later for another fill with my regular lady and Hannah was even worse. Ever since I complained, (and this was my 1st time ever to complain in all the years I've been going there) she never acknowledged me and I even said hi and she just looked at me and turned away. Every time I went in before, she chatted with me and would offer me water. Because of that, I will never go back. You never treat your customers that way even if they have a complaint. You fix it and move on. Linda was my favorite too but now, I go to an amazing place where everyone is so great and my nails are so perfect. Sorry Linda! read more

I've been coming here a few times a year to get a simple pedicure. Their massaging chairs are always relaxing. They have a good selection of nail polishes that are salon only brands in my opinion but they don't have known name brands like OPI or Essie. The ladies are usually pretty good. I brough in my sister so she could get her eyebrows waxed since they don't thread here. However, her experience was not that great as the lady who was supposed to clean her eyebrows messed up the shape of one eyebrow. She was not happy and mentioned it to me as soon as they were done and the lady was quick to defend herself saying she had shown her what she was doing which was after she did one eyebrow way too thin and in a straigh line with no arch. The lady yelled at me to tell my sister that she did her job and that my sister had agreed to them. I cant tell my unsatisfied sister to be happy when she is quite upset over her messed up eyebrows. After that, the lady kept on talking to the lady working on my feet in their native language which I find super rude whenever they do that. That was no way to treat her or me for that matter. I did not talk back to her and my sister just brushed it off but this lady kept on talking sounding very upset. I was so uncomfortable that I almost wanted to leave with my feel still soaked in. Yes the waxing lady did a mediocre job but she aggravated the situation so much more. Not even apologized to my sister. I felt bad but I still tipped them which in retrospect now regret. Not bringing back anyone here, maybe, just maybe only to get a pedicure if there is parking available since this is such a small parking strip. read more

They only get three stars because of price. I come for a GEL manicure and pedicure that only costs $48! You will not be able to find that elsewhere. I can go 4 weeks on the pedicure and two weeks without a chip on the manicure which is good because I almost dread getting this done. I love the look, durability and price of gel but it is guaranteed I will bleed every single time. They are not gentle at all and never sorry. Removing gel polish requires some filing and they ALWAYS file part of my cuticles or knuckle or something RAW and sometimes draws blood. After this they soak em in alcohol or acetone and u can imagine...open wound and alcohol! Like I said it is A PAINFUL PROCESS but the results and price are worth it in the long run. The leg massage and scrub are short but normally heavenly. My fave part. Service is worse if its busy so I HIGHLY suggest going in the mornings and during the weekday if you can. More attention is given and they take their time. If they're busy and say 15-20 min wait...they really mean 25-30. Overall if you're looking for a cheap gel mani/pedi and can suffer through a couple scrapes this is your place. If you are ok with a cheap regular mani/pedi for $22 this is also ur place but don't expect the polish to last and you will NEED to come in every two weeks for your pedi and probably every 3 days for a polish change or touch up. read more

Came here trying to save a little money in the middle of a big move. Everything was ok during my pedicure until I had my callus removal performed. The place I normally visit used a buffer and file to gently remove my calluses. Using this technique also prevents the skin from peeling like crazy days after the pedicure. Anyway, the lady I had used one of those terrifying cheese grater looking things and oh my god brace yourself. It takes a lot to make me wince and I can appreciate getting crazy on the removal but this was actually painful. She kept going outside of where my callus was and kept rubbing on my callus free skin. I brought my own polish and the application wasn't an issue. I will say however, the polish started to chip after a few days which I'm not used to. A few days later the area I have calluses started to peel like crazy which is why a file should be used to gently buff the area to prevent this. I'm going to spend the extra money and go to my usual salon because it appears to be much better quality that lasts weeks. read more

As far as the woman who did my toes she was a younger woman she was rude and was trying to up charge me for everything she did. She was also speaking to other workers there in a different language which I find to be unprofessional and rude. I have been going to Ritz for about a year now, I always see Amy. She is the best, always taking her time and she is worth waiting for. Any time I have called to make an appointment, I always ask for Amy and HANNAH answers and never lets me talk to her. Hannah has even lied and said that Amy wasn't there when Amy was there when I walked in. It has come down to not ever going back there because Hannah's horrible customer service. She yelled at me because my last visit there I didn't want to wait ten minutes when I had a scheduled appointment. She stated that I don't understand people because I didn't want to wait.
