We came on a weekend where it was in the 100s in the valley. They have the current temperature of that room in big red letters and while we were there it was 107!! I could only last back there for 1 or 2 songs before I had to go to a cooler part of the bar for some water. My friends definitely had more fun than me, I just got too hot too quick.

There's an outdoor patio out front with a bar area, apparently there's a downstairs area that I didn't see, not sure if it was open for that night, and then there's a main bar and dance floor area with some seating & tables around the outside of the room. The decor is dubbed as futuristic, I'm not sure it's really that specifically, but it's cool with the big mirrored spheres on the ceiling and walls inside and large LED screen behind the DJ booth. It was a really fun show, we went for DJs Love Language and I also liked Supertaste who came on afterwards. I had a blast dancing to their sets. I will just take off a star due to my experience of some of the other party people there were a bit rude, and that affects the overall vibe. The drinks were fine, nothing special, not outrageously expensive. I have no idea if they have food, we went to dance. I do love that there's a parking garage behind the club and there was plenty of street parking when we arrived at like 1030pm. It's a solid spot to dance. I still have my favorite places in the valley, but I'm sure I'll be back here sometimes too.

I cruised over to the bar and ordered a couple of drinks that were heavily watered down -- should have stuck to beer or shots. The servers were pleasant but not overly helpful basically a bunch of rebels, LOL. The sound inside is fairly decent but perhaps the band couldn't hear themselves so they kept turning up the sound! Luckily they had ear plugs at the bar. Also after standing up for a period of time my old legs were getting tired and also there was a wall of tall people standing in front of me so it was hard to see -- I walked toward the back and there were some tables! Yay! Actually it was easier to see the stage from way back there too and there was an open chair. They have a small patio out the back and you can bring your drinks but they are very strict about only cigg smoking back there -- I saw a couple of ladies getting in trouble for smoking weed -- and then after that the security kept coming out there. They were absolutely right. From the moment the friendly bouncer smiled and said, "Step right on in," I was hooked. Yoooow!! The first DJ was incredible. He was spinning all kinds of trip-hop, indie, electronic, and remix-style tracks that had everybody partyin'. It wasn't your typical dance music, but every song seemed to connect with somebody in the room. The crowd was incredibly diverse, and it was so much fun watching people of every age and style dancing and nobody cared. The second DJ, a younger woman, shifted the vibe a bit and leaned more toward a younger crowd. It wasn't quite my style, so I took that opportunity to grab a seat at the bar and do what I apparently do best... chat with complete strangers. I'm a talker, and thankfully they seemed just as happy to strike up a conversation. This isn't some fancy cocktail lounge, and that's exactly the point. It's authentic. There were people dancing at the bar, grooving in their booths, bouncing in their seats, and filling the dance floor with great energy. I came by myself, and within minutes a cool group of strangers invited me to squeeze into their booth like we'd all come together. That's the kind of place this is. At one point they even offered me a glass of beer from their pitcher. I politely declined (look at me making responsible life choices... sometimes), but then I realized almost everyone had pitchers! So I sauntered over to the bar. I did have to wait a bit; apparently chivalry doesn't extend to letting a woman cut the line, but once I reached the bartender, the service was fast and friendly. Every trip back to the bar was the same. No complaints there. As the night went on, the energy just kept building. Before I knew it, I was on the dance floor sweating, smiling, and dancing with complete strangers. After a while, I had to retreat to the patio just to catch my breath before heading back in for more. My ankles are still sore... and the glutes? Fuhgetabouttit! The best part of the night wasn't the music or even the drinks. It was the people. Every generation was represented. Every fashion style imaginable. Every personality. And somehow it all worked. There was this genuine sense of joy and community that you just don't find everywhere. If you're looking for polished and upscale, this probably isn't your spot. I took all of 5 sips from it and it was mostly full. The door person told me that cops cannot tell the difference between a liquid death can and an alcohol can. A cop being able to tell the difference is on them and me, not the venue. Taking a $6 water from someone in 100 plus degree weather after they spent 15 minutes in your venue that cost $28 is beyond ridiculous.. What an absolute waste of my time and money! To the venue, you obviously have taken a lot of pride in the space, please treat your guests how you would want to be treated.. Don't take on events that you don't have the proper space for and don't sell liquid death WATER if you are not going to be logical and respectful about guests taking it with them when they leave the venue..
