But that's a very good sign and even though we dispaired finding seating for three hungry people, the back room was opened up for the overflow crowd that I'm not sure they expected. While waiting, we had some excellent draft beer. If you find that you're craving something more exciting than the usual suspects, this is one of the great Galveston places to be. Sure there's Bud and Bud Light to be had, but DON'T. Give your taste BUDS a thrill and get a brew from their generous list of suds. It was a wait for the crawfish, but patience is a virtue that definitely paid off for us. This was Vudoo Viet-Cajun rather than traditional, and I think it was the perfect first choice for the season - with just enough spice, just enough citrus, and decently sized mud bugs, our three pounds practically put us in a swoon. Beerfoot serves crawfish at 2:00 on Sundays throughout the season, excluding Mother's day, and my advice is to get there around 1:00, find your table, get a beer, and prepare for some very good eats!

Too busy on his phone and with friends at the bar. I visit here often and on Thursday happy hour great service. She even sold me your rewards card. Now I'm not sure I'll need it. A side note. You're bar is on the strand and is a vacation and tourist location. One of the songs played had language that should never be played in a public place. Sexist and disgusting. Please get some control of what people are exposed to at your locations. Please do better. I will return but will check and see who your bartender is.

A group of Texas Realtors recently descended upon Galveston island for the annual TAR convention Sept 13th, 14th, & 15th. We were all wondering where to go one evening and luckily I was able to recommend this place --- thanks to "Yelp's A Beach" August 18th hot tip. Good- The location is fantastic!! Right next to "the Spot" and it's a stone's throw away from the beach. So the breeze coming off the Gulf in the evening is amazing!! It's the perfect blend of indoor/outdoor, you can choose to sit downstairs at the Margarita bar or upstairs overlooking the water. The multi-colored lighting creates a festive ambience and you can't help but be in a great mood. The decor is not too fancy or shabby either you could come straight from the beach or dress up for a night on the town. Now for the drinks ---- When I walked up to the bar and realized there was a wide selection of delightfully yummy sounding Margaritas to choose from I faced a major dilemma. Not only were there tons of options but also sizes. Unbelievably, you can choose 20oz up to an amazing 100oz-- I am assuming the jumbo size is for sharing with friends or at least one hopes. I finally settled upon the 20oz Margarita Sunrise, but the Mojito RIta was a close second in our group. They both were well made, on the rocks, and a solid 4 out of 5 limes in my book. Bad- You can't order Ritas upstairs, but you can take the ones you buy with you. Ugly- Nothing to report. I absolutely Loved it!!!!! Hope they franchise! I want one of these up on Lake Conroe.
