Customer service and consistency really need improvement here. If you're going to run a drive-thru, at least make sure the information you're giving customers is accurate.

It didn't make much sense for a chicken and waffles order to take that long, especially in a drive-through setup where you're waiting in your car. ​By 4:14 PM, I decided to drive back through the lane to check on the status and ultimately requested a refund.
