I was about 10 minutes late, but Saria was able to see me still and provided great customer service! I had the CBD Pedicure by Vy initially and a manicure by Aileen which led me to schedule a massage with Vy, the pedicure was an hour and 15 minutes with an included massage which is a great way to introduce you to Vy"s talents. In regards to my beautiful sparklly hands, each finger is perfection, Aileen is great. The salon is huge, I mean BIG. You could have both sides of a huge bridal party in here if that was your pleasure. It was spotless and I mean immaculately clean. The owner was great and I bet you could call her and make whatever arrangements you wanted, she seemed like a wheeler dealer. Overall, this is a great spot I'm looking forward to going back. When I walked in the workers looked surprised as if they didn't even know about my appointment - how are you not aware of your appointments?? Then they said they were a bit behind so I waited 30 min but at that point they had JUST washed out someone's color and were NOW beginning that person's haircut. Like what is even the point of me making the appointment?? I wouldn't be surprised if some of these other reviews are from family or family friends because the service is not good. I took a chance and tried out this new salon during their Grand Opening weekend. I immediately liked what I saw when I walked in the door. It's very nicely decorated and I noticed good quality hair products all around. When I sat down for my haircut, my stylist was easy to talk to and we made sure we both agreed on the cut. She took her time to be nice and precise with the cut. It looks so much better. Next up, I had my eyebrows waxed. Once again, I was happy to be walked into a clean area and the lady took her time to try and tame my unruly brows. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and the prices were great. I went in for a simple cut and wash. I did not expect much from it but I was completely blown away by their service and care Saria was the hairstylist I had. She was just amazing. I told her I just wanted a simple trim and layers. she took the extra step to show me what my hair would like before she start cutting which a lot of salons do not do. I expressed my concerns about my oily hair and nothing seems work she took her time to educate me about my hair and gave me helpful tips. When Saria washed my hair she was so gentle and it did not hurt at all. I have sensitivity scalp so it hurts a lot when salons wash my hair. This was the complete opposite she did such a amazing job washing my hair I almost fell asleep on the chair.
