I scheduled a visit a few days in advance for three people and four services and paid an $80 deposit ($20 per service) via Venmo. One person canceled that morning, but I was able to switch to a different service for myself that same day vs. losing my deposit. The two pedicures were fine. They were basic pedicures, and aside from the water initially being extremely hot, I was happy with the results. Because of the deposit, there was also no wait time. The head spa, however, was a completely different experience. This was my first head spa, so I was excited and expected it to be relaxing. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The massage was brief, and despite the menu stating that oils would be used, none were applied. During the double cleanse, the technician used her fingernails rather than her fingertips, which became painful. There was also an excessive amount of cleanser, and rinsing it out was difficult. The water temperature was extremely inconsistent--going from hot to ice cold--and water got into my ear. Instead of feeling relaxed, I was uncomfortable throughout the service. Afterward, my hair was not completely dry. When I asked for serum, I was told it had already been applied, and I had to explain that I wanted my hair fully dried and soft. Another staff member eventually finished drying it, and the end result was much better. The two services totaled $138, or $158 with a 15% tip. I shared all of this feedback with the front desk before leaving. They were receptive and said they would provide additional training. I was also told that the technician was new to the salon and has some communication issues. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns, but based on my head-spa experience, I would not return for that service. *********************************************************** FINAL THOUGHTS Making a reservation requires a deposit, but it does give you priority if there's a wait. PRO TIP: I visited on a Saturday around noon, and it wasn't busy at all. If you're coming in solo, you can probably skip the reservation and deposit. I've had two pedicures here, and the service was totally fine. No issues at all. I also clearly saw the technicians using Barbicide to disinfect their metal tools, although I didn't pay attention to where they pulled the drill bits from. Overall, the salon is CLEAN, which I really appreciate. Personally, I wouldn't get a head spa treatment here again. I was told they're having plumbing issues because the building is old and that their plumber hasn't been able to resolve the problem. However, based on my experience, I feel some of the issues were related to the technician and not just the plumbing. That said, I'd love to hear from others who have had a head spa here. How was your experience with the water temperature? Did you have a better experience with a different technician? I'd genuinely be curious to know!

I made an appointment for 9:45am and was immediately greeted and seated at a pedicure station - I was also offered water too. I went with the Deluxe Pedicure which was $42 + extra for the Gel polish. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly while taking her time - she did a great job! They're very personable at Monet Spa which I also like - the owner remembered my name and that I'm married and have a daughter. The staff is always so grateful to see you back too! Overall, I'm glad I decided to come back and give them another chance. This is definitely my new favorite nail salon!

Rachel replied almost immediately to my text message asking if she had any availability that day. She was able to get me in same day during a time that worked for me. Her salon is perfect, the options are endless. She had more to choose from than a big nail salon! I came with a picture of a nail design I wanted. She set the photo up and knocked it out of the park. I'm EXTREMELY picky when it comes to getting my nails done, I have left many salons thinking "I could have done better." I waited the typical time for a soak off then when it came to drilling off the gel x nail, it appeared as if the lady did not have control over her tools since it kept slipping off my nail and hitting the side of my finger and even the bottom of my finger. I was charged $15 for the removal plus an extra $1 because I used card. I used to come here when I was little all the time and now I feel like the quality has just gone downhill.

From the floors to the pedicure chairs zero yuck was noted. The appeal was on point, and tidy! My daughter brought an insp picture and was seated with Kylie. During the service they had great conversation, and every implement was taken from sanitized or new packaging. Kylie explained each step to my daughter and made sure she was in the driver seat on every turn. The amount of artwork and attention to detail that went into this set was insane! The space is very relaxing and inviting. They have complementary snacks and drinks while you are getting worked on. They have a wide range of services from manicures and pedicures to waxing and lashes. The owner is always running a special promotion for their fancy pedicures with the steam machine. Once in a while I bring my grandmother here to get a pedicure. She is diabetic and I know I can trust them to cut her toenails after telling them to be cautious.
