Once she finished shortening them she left and went to another client. I waited longer for another girl to put foils on my nails to soak. I waited the typical time for a soak off then when it came to drilling off the gel x nail, it appeared as if the lady did not have control over her tools since it kept slipping off my nail and hitting the side of my finger and even the bottom of my finger. I was charged $15 for the removal plus an extra $1 because I used card. I used to come here when I was little all the time and now I feel like the quality has just gone downhill.

Admittedly, I've been doing my own hands and feet for a year or so, so I'm not sure if manicures and pedicures have changed to where the nail shops no longer clean under finger nails and toenails, but I had to ask for it to be done for my toes, and the tech only cleaned under one hand. Neither the tech that did my nails nor the one that did my feet completely addressed my cuticles, they don't look as clean as they used to when I was still going to nail shops. I asked for "Cat Eye" and showed them exactly what I wanted from a finger nail example that they offered to me. There was understanding at this point. When it came time to do the Cat Eye, the tech did a design that I didn't ask for. I showed her exactly what I wanted. She asked if I wanted something different, [from the previous design she did] I said yes. I was waiting to see what I asked for to appear, it never happened. Again, my nails were still cute, just not what I asked for. As it was my first time getting Cat Eye, I wanted to know where we went wrong. When I was figuring things out aloud, I had to make it clear that I gave them their own example of what I asked for, and the tech did a design that was not requested. No accountability was taken on their side. Another tech interjected to provide clarity, which helped me understand the first tech better, but it didn't uncover a misunderstanding on my part. She even tried to attribute the misunderstanding to my lack of experience with Cat Eye. I've seen the style on numerous hands and I ask each time if that style is Cat Eye, that's all that I'm thinking that I need to request especially when given an example by the nail tech and told her that that's exactly what I wanted. It was very frustrating to have to keep my cool to avoid looking like the bad guy when voicing corrections that should've just been performed for a paying customer.

I have been seen by both Hillary (once) and Anna (the rest of the design pics you see here), and both are highly talented! Anna is the owner and is super chill! My first appointment with her, I was honestly taken aback by how caring she was. From double checking if I was comfortable with the length, to the shape, and even being open to testing out colors when I'm stuck choosing between 2 to 3 similar shades, she really makes sure you're happy with your nails. Hillary did my first ever cat eye design (the blue ones), and they came out sooo gorg! I even wore them to a wedding! I've only been coming here for a few months, but I can confidently say I'm already a regular :) They offer services like builder gel that a lot of people might not even know about!! They also have a stamp rewards program, where you get a discount after your 10th visit. I'm excited because I'm already more than halfway there :)))))

They had us check in with our name, phone number, and birthday to receive rewards. It was truly the best salon I've been to for pedicures. I've been trying to find a go to spot for a while now and been to at least 10 places but the customer service and quality is so good you are getting your entire money's worth. We were originally deciding between the Luxury ($40) or Deluxe Pedicure ($45) but the owner suggested we get the V.I.P. Pedicure ($50) and we loved it. They took their time with the massage and also massage your feet, not just your calves. Seems very clean as well, they wore gloves and opened new packs of everything to use while cleaning all materials used in between. We paid cash so it was only $100 for regular polish on both (assuming they don't tax when you pay cash) and we gave cash tips as well. I had a man help me, didn't get his name but the lady who helped my mom was Autumn and she was very nice and took extra care of my mom's needs. Overall, great experience and definitely recommend this place. I will be coming here all the time now.

I had scheduled an appointment and was swiftly seen. :) The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the personalized experience. Marianne was wonderful!
