I got four butternut squash cubes and 1 tiny broccolini. The purée on the bottom was a vinegar butternut squash- very sour and not enjoyable. It did add to the dish at all. In between the butternut squash and broccolini, there was about 13 soggy croutons that made the sides look filled in but left the palate wanting more. I so dislike soggy bread, no matter what format it comes in. The whole plate was covered in micro-greens, as to hide the plating and make it look bigger than what it is. The New York strip was cooked to perfection and the polenta was tasty. However that whole plate was $55. Plated well and had really good flavor. This party member was the only one that enjoyed his food and experience. Out of the four of us, only one left satisfied with his meal. And that was the New York strip steak. The rest of us left hungry and unsatisfied with our dinners. We were hoping that our very souls would have been touched by the food of this particular Chef .
