We are out of town, we live in AZ, but are staying here in the Dallas area while my husband…read morerecovers from a broken leg. I'll preface this review to let people know I actually am a restaurant secret shopper in Phoenix, AZ. I'm pretty critical on the waitstaff in every restaurant we visit, as I know what superior service looks like. I rarely see it, even from the restaurants that hire the service I work for. Tonight was exactly what a everyrestaurant should have. This is a sports bar type atmosphere, but they clearly train their staff well. Our server was Brianna, she greeted us within a minute of sitting down, handed us our menus, greeted us properly, told us her name immediately and made us feel welcome. She brought us waters, invited us to look at the happy hour menus and showed us the types of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available. After she brought our drinks, she came backin in 2cminutes to make sure they tasted OK. We ordered the Parm bites, omg, they are super tasty, even better than any garlic knots could ever hope to be. A definite must on the menu. We ordered a large pizza with several toppings, and it was pretty good. The toppings were fresh, I feel this place takes pride in what they serve and it was a decent pizza. The service takes it over the top. I also appreciate the beer options available. As a craft beer snob, this is the reason we stopped here. I hope they continue with a variety of options....hoping Martin double half life makes their regular rotation. But Brianna is a superstar, with great customer service, timely quality checks, exactly what every restaurant should strive to have. In short, you'll have a tasty meal, fantastic service and a large variety of drink choices. And, you can watch a game, the reason we actually came. Thanks for a delightful meal.

So we gave this place another try, and I'm so glad we did! I'm not sure if they got new management,…read moreor if the new round of staff just care more, but this place has become a regular part of our routine for happy hour! The chicken remains solid--seasoned and cooked to perfection. We've since tried the meatballs (super-yum!), and their pizza (the pearl is our current go-to). Also, the food comes out fast and fresh. We've never sat anywhere except the bar, which is a great location to watch a game and meet new friends. The place is always clean (including the restrooms), and the bartenders are quite accommodating...and sassy! :D It's a limited menu: pretty much pizza and chicken. But if you're in the mood for some tasty bar food, this is a place you should visit!

As a resident on Magnolia, we're fortunate to have many great restaurants to support. Cane Rosso…read morewas no exception. My parents were in town and we decided to come here for my birthday in fact. Usually, we would have walked. Though it was pretty cold outside. There's a small lot that's right at the entrance (or back) of the restaurant. However, in the likely case that it's full, there's a spacious lot that's nearby next to the parking garage as well. Inside, we were quickly seated. Our waitress brought out our drinks promptly. We knew what we wanted so we ordered then and there as well. For appetizers, we got the Artichokes Classique. I'm not the biggest artichokes fan. I may or may not have been trying to convince my parents that I have a sophisticated adult palate and this looked like it would do the job. The artichokes were lightly fried with a crispy exterior. They retained their earthy, taste. Paired well with the slightly spicy, garlicky calabrian chile aioli. My dad got the Chicken Parm Sandwich. It was nice and meaty - solid chicken parm! What really stood out, in my opinion, was the side caesar salad. They used whole gem lettuce as opposed to romaine which I felt offered a better texture, presentation, and helped with the dressing distribution. My mom, or rather all of us, got the Chorizo y Miele which was their pizza of the month for Feburary. Without a doubt, it was one of the many highlights of this night. It's a sweet-spicy pizza with rich, salty sausage accented by an appropriate amount of habanero honey drizzle. I had never had sweety drop peppers but it was such a nice addition in terms of presentation for the month of February, texture with the slight cruchiness of the whole pepper, and flavor with the slight spice. Last but not least, the texture of the pizza was phenomenal. The crust had that nice smokey flavor - perfect base for all of the ingredients on top. Finally, I got the Truffle Carbonara. Rich. Decadent. Mindblowing. This is easily one of the top three carbonaras that I have ever had. It was so delicious. The truffle flavor is not overwhelming at all - just the right amount. Lastly, I want to comment on the stellar service. We were checked on frequently by our wonderful waitress. Additionally, since it was my birthday, we had brought a cake from a bakery to the restaurant. Not only did she offer to store the cake in the fridge, but she made sure that we had enough plates, silverware, and even a lighter for the candles. Truly made sure that the evening was special! Overall, I'm looking forward to one day coming back to Cane Rosso. From trying the unique monthly pasta and pizza specials to the wonderful service, you can't go wrong with a meal here!

!! Amazing customer service for curbside pickup !!…read more We frequently pass by this place .... always wanted to try it out... so glad we finally got the chance .... We ordered online for curbside pickup- Chicken Florentine - medium thin crust . The suggested wait time was 40 mins... so we went to their curbside pickup which is located on the back of the restaurant & waited patiently in our car ,one of the staff immediately came out & double checked our order & informed us he will deliver as soon as it's ready ... we liked the service... he was very attentive towards all the customers who came in for curbside pickup. The wait was not bad we hardly waited for 10 minutes & our order was ready. We were very excited to try the pizza since the aroma was so nice we were very hungry by the time we reached home... nothing beats the fresh baked pizza aroma... We devoured the pizza in few minutes... it was delicious. We loved the freshness of the ingredients & flavors, crust was really good just the way we like it. Definitely coming back to try their other varieties of pizzas & other items. Hope to enjoy their ambiance in our next visit. Parking was no issue they have plenty space.

So we ordered 2 thin crust (5 cheese and build your own with pepperoni) for pick up at a predetermined time slot. I showed up with 5mins to spare only to have to sit and wait an additional 15mins because I guess something went wrong in the kitchen. The lady did offer a free drink but I was more interested in getting my food. Anyhow, got my pies and as for flavor.... Quite impressed. Crust was thin enough although the dough was not like the Napolitana with bubbles and burnt crust. As for toppings those were very good and tasty (even when reheated!) Definitely worth another visit as their menu looks extensive and the place was hopping even at 4pm in the afternoon.

Wow, I am impressed! Wife and I were at a restaurant next…read moredoor that she found online and wanted to try, however, that restaurant only had a brunch menu being served until 3pm on weekends. Since we were not in a bunch mood and they won't allow any other items to be served we started looking at other locations near us and we found Walk-On's. She said she was looking online for new places and she said it wasn't shown on Yelp. Who knows why, there are so many great places that get overlooked because of paid advertisement I guess. I found them on Google Maps. Anyway, every picture I saw looked amazing so we headed over and I am so glad we did! First, it's a big place and so many TV's playing all kinds of sports, I loved it! But, what is important is the food right? Amazing! We had the Ragin' Redfish and Catfish Orleans. Both were absolutely perfectly cooked and tasted as good as they looked! We are so excited to go back to try so many other items that we had a hard time to choose between! Our service was excellent too, everyone was very helpful, enjoyable and quick. Our experience was made even more pleasant because of the service from Jhayla M. she was on point I say! She stayed on top of the drinks and was so polite. We also had help and suggestions by a man that we didn't get his name but I think he might have been the manager on duty. He was very helpful and made great suggestions to help my indecisive wife choose a dish as well which we appreciated. Long review to just tell you to go check it out, you won't be disappointed!

We ordered a hangover burger, a classic burger, a double bacon burger, and the boom boom shrimp tacos. The burgers had pretty good flavor and were seasoned well. The shrimp was crispy and the sauce was tangy. The fries were alright, not seasoned and not overly crispy. They had great HH specials if you're in the area during the week. Everything seemed reasonably priced. Service was prompt.
