By 7:30, we still had no food. The server kept apologizing (she really was kind and doing her best), but it was clear something was off in the kitchen or with management. Eventually someone else came over, offered 20% off, and said our meals were "plating now" -- but that wasn't true, because we waited another 20 minutes. We were ready to cancel, and when the food finally came, I honestly couldn't enjoy it at that point. My chicken sandwich was nothing special (definitely not worth the wait), and my mom's scallops were salty and just bad.
