Teonna was a pleasure to work with, so knowledgeable with great personality and communication skills; I've actually been very fortunate here in this store with ALL the reps who have service me (see my previous comments)...!!! Going forward, I will make a "store visit" my FIRST option with issues that require attention...in the past, I thought it was more convenient via online Customer Service...and in my honest opinion, it's NOT...their A.I. Virtual Assistant SUCKS and is a total waste of time....Live Chat is a slight improvement, a phone call, just slightly better....BUT nothing compares to a "live, in-person service rep" if you can have one as exceptional as Teonna...."Thank you" for all your help today...you ARE "the BEST"...!!!

I walked in with just two…read moresimple questions, and while I was in the middle of asking them, the employee (a Hispanic male) abruptly got up and walked toward the front to check in people who were just walking into the store. He didn't acknowledge that I was already being helped or excuse himself--he just left mid-conversation. It felt very dismissive and rude. On top of that, the store was extremely loud and felt unorganized, which made the experience even more frustrating. I ended up walking out because I didn't feel valued as a customer. Basic courtesy and communication go a long way, and this experience fell short.

As you can probably tell from your own Yelp research it is not the easiest to find an installer for Starlink that gives you confidence they can do a good job (maybe not the most common thing in my area). But after just one phone call with The Remo Group, plus looking at the pictures they have shared here on Yelp of their past work, and you will know you found the best option for a professional installation. Setting up an appointment was super easy, they know just what to do - you can really tell they are very experienced with Starlink installations. The technician who came to my home was very professional. He walked me through options of where the install would be and where we could place the Starlink router. He was able to quickly set up everything and even walk me through the setup of the app and router. You can tell they are very experienced and have a deep knowledge overall of home networking. They really did an amazing job. The dish is mounted very securely and the wiring is extremely clean. They really cared about doing a good job and making sure I was happy. Aaron was an amazing help! Very kind, patient, and was a great listener. While I was waiting for things to finalize, he did a great job keeping me updated and was a fun person to talk to meanwhile. I definitely felt valued as a customer and calm/happy that I was getting the help I needed.
