Every time I go in, the atmosphere is great! the manager is warm and welcoming. The food is always tasty too!

Obsessed with this place!!!!! My only complaint is they aren't open on Sundays because I'd love to go here after church but totally understand to be closed on Sundays. Forgot to bring lunch to work so I thought I'd get some food delivered; I was really feeling Mediterranean, especially since it's so easily vegan, so I looked up this place! The website has an awesome allergy menu so you can see what's vegan or not!! I got a falafel pita & boy is it tasty!! The delivery was a little delayed (I used Ubereats so I don't blame anyone for this, I'm sure they're busy rn) so things were a little soggy by the time they arrived, but that doesn't impact the taste. Everything is fresh & delicious! They also let you add a bunch of fresh veggies, hummus, and even extra chickpeas. So good!! I'll deff be ordering again!! read more

The manager was awful and toxic. She was rude to both customers and her staff. I was worried for her safety due to the amount and intensity of her eye rolling. Clearly there must be a lot of turn over because they are always training people when we visit. Customer service has always been terrible when we have visited, but the food is good. This visit was an extreme. When confronted about her attitude, she attempted to blame the owner and then disappeared into the back never to be seen from again. We will not be back. PS. Always order the shrimp. They never actually have any prepared and refuse to make any. I know this but it amuses me to ask for it anyway. Someone needs to carry on my tradition. read more

Absolutely no employees had their mask over their nose when I went to pick up my food. This included while preparing food. I won't be going back here. Adding...the owner immediately messaged me and said it can't be true. I told her I could share what time I was there so she could check the cameras. They've some pretty cool items on the menu. They even have some fun things that I never found in Greece. I wish they had a small assortment of Greek wines like the Assyrtiko and Agiorgitik, Xinomavro and maybe even Kotsifali and Moschofilero. Greek wines with improve their offerings greatly. read more

Food is okay; customer service is a growth opportunity. Long story but net is the order was wrong and the attempt to reconcile it lacking. I get you're new, and good help is hard to find. But the issue we encountered was a mishandled interaction with the GM and Owner. We'll probably give it another shot someday due to lack of competition for fresh options, but will do so begrudgingly. read more

I read some of the reviews right when this place opened and all I have to say about them is... Really? The place just opened, settle down and let them iron some of the kinks out. This place was great. Exactly what I expected. It's fast food Greek. It's not sit down, get served, white cloth napkin, kind of place. The food is good. The chicken and the traditional were delicious. The falafel was a bit over cooked or had been sitting a bit long under the warmers, but the taste was good. First and last time ever going to one of these chains. 1. started off okay, saw the menu and layout and was excited that it was similar to garbanzo 2. being a vegetarian i politely asked the (what i think is a manager she never acted like one but other employees asked her questions) manager to switch her gloves as she had just been handling a slab of gyro meat. i was met with the glare of a unhappy retail worker who was more miserable than the grinch this time of year 3. though she gave me attitude i've experienced this before when going to similar quality restaurants like Subway so at that moment I realized I was not eating at a fun greek restaurant but instead a sad, chain on par to the national subway chain we all force ourselves to eat 4. i picked my sauces, this seemed to upset her. She screamed multiple times that "YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA YOU ONLY GET THOSE SAUCES" I politely said time and time again "that's fine, I want the sauce". this seemed to anger the sad retail worker once again 5. I begin to eat and...the pita is stale. rock hard and inedible.. I had to manually rip apart my pita to attempt to eat it. Good thing i wasn't on a first date, this got messy 6. the falafel, sauces, feta, and toppings were the best part about the meal. we also got garlic fries which had a nice flavor and was decent. ***THIS LAST BIT IS WHAT CAUSED THIS REVIEW: 7. Being it was a night out i decided to treat myself to a cookie, silly me to think it would be fresh. This cookie was a brick. We couldn't bite it. We could barely break it. It was clearly old. My bf brings up the cookie to the counter and they offer a refund. Awesome. a second sad retail worker is at the register and has no comprehension on how to give a refund. so instead she stands there and attempts to break the cookie while smirking and asking, "so the cookie too hard for you?" Meanwhile she is using both hands to attempt to break the cookie... AND SHE CANT! she smirks more and goes "well i love them like this." I look at her and ask her if she's serious. Because no human being in 2019 requests rock hard cookies that can't be broken. What ever happened to home baked fresh soft cookies? Not for this sad retail worker. She just wants to break her teeth when eating cookies. She started getting defensive. Ended up handing us 2 dollars in cash (didn't refund us the tax or anything else but because the experience was so awful I grabbed the 2 dollars and happily left. And will happily never return) also while the cookie incident happened the "manager" stayed on her phone, angry and sad chatting away to what i can only assume is another sad retail worker talking about hard cookies. read more

Very dissatisfied. They are not short-staffed in this place like most restaurants, but they soon will be. I realized the manager does not know how to manage the store or its employees. She left a very bad impression on me as she does not know how to control her bad temper in front of customers. I recommend that you replace the manager if you want to stay in business. read more

I had initially come onto yelp to leave a 4 star review about a year and a half ago but unfortunately after yesterday i have to reassign that to a 2. A year and a half ago, we came here and absolutely loved it. The flavors were so well layered, food fresh, portions generous. Yesterday, the food was subpar, portions were tiny and flavors were not as good. The near-perfect falafel I ate a year ago was now over-salted and dry. There was WAY too much sauce (which I thought was supposed to be on the side?) and the portions were about 1/3 the size that they were last time we were there. Couldn't finish it anyway, but $13 for a dish that small is insane. And what's more insane? Getting 1/4 cup rice and a few sprinklings of meat for $7 for kids. If your kid is over the age of 5, just order a regular bowl or you'll be having to find another meal to supplement elsewhere. Probably won't be back, and I'm bummed about it. read more

I went here yesterday and got a gyro. It tasted great and the service was fine. However, as I figured out a couple hours later, it gave me food poisoning. It was the only other thing that I ate besides food at my home that I've been eating for awhile now, so I can only believe that it was from this place. Nothing to write home about, it's basically Qdoba for Greek food. Walk down the line saying what you want on your Gyro. However, I love Gryos and they can be hard to find so this'll do in a pinch. I would say the thing that disappoints me the most, is that they have vertical broilers, with fresh chicken and steak cooking, and instead of shaving the meat off fresh (which is what they do at real Gyro or Kebab stands in Europe), they spoon it out of a metal dish that has been sitting for who knows how long. This results in dry chicken. The fries were cooked to order, why not use the fresh cooked meat? I'll probably eat there again, but it's not going to be a go to. The search for the perfect Doner Kebab/ Gyro continues. read more

Just stopped by simple greek on my way home from work. Just wanted a greek salad. You had to build your own so I did. That was the worst greek salad I have had in a long time. The gyro chicken was like cardboard, the greek salad dressing was almost all oil. Not even romaine lettuce. All in all it was a $10.00 waste and I wont return. read more

I do love seeing all of the Greek/Mediterranean restaurants pop up in this area. The Simple Greek hasn't disappointed. If garlic, lemon and vinegar are flavors you're not a fan of, then this isn't the place for you. But with my love of Greek food and knowing these can all be some very dominate flavors in this cuisine, I've found myself craving it now. This is the only Greek/Med restaurant that I've been to in the area that doesn't have really dry Spanakopita. It's definitely worth adding as a side. I always get a bowl and while portions of some of the stuff going into the bowl could be a little better (I don't expect that from the meat but maybe more than a few green beans and 2 potatoes would be good), they're still tasty regardless. The one star I knocked off was for customer service. It's great that they choose to table touch and check on guests after they've been sitting for a while. However, my issue is with feeling rushed through the line. It would go a long way to take an extra couple minutes, find out if the customer has been in and help them through the line. While the staff is friendly, they do somewhat seem a little impatient when building your meal for you. Slowing down a bit and having a brief conversation with your customers would be helpful and probably gain some pretty stellar 5 star reviews. read more

The food here is goood! Fresh and the restaurant is notably very clean. Healthy options with wide variety of Greek food and I like the build your own bowl you basically pick anything you want to go in there from rice and salad to various hummus and sauces. UPDATE- 2/25/2021; the owner of the restaurant called me back today, I explained exactly what happened. She assured me her staff is dedicated to enforcing the pandemic mandates. Based on this situation she said she is calling a meeting to discuss and ensure nothing like this happens again.
