While frustrated, I still wanted the service and agreed to reschedule, taking additional time off work to accommodate the new date. Two days before my appointment on the 24th, I received a confirmation text with the time and location. The following day, I was informed -- for the third time -- that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. At this point, the repeated lack of scheduling reliability is unacceptable. Clients arrange their work schedules and personal commitments around these appointments. Consistently rescheduling with little notice demonstrates a lack of organization and consideration for clients' time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend booking here based on my experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a provider who values professionalism and follow-through. Even the man on the phone did not seem to care. This was an easy one-star decision.

Additionally, I'm not able to see as effective and long term results because my hair growth cycle is every 4 weeks but I am not able to get an appointment until every 6-8 weeks. Today I took the evening off work because the only time they had in the upcoming 2 weeks was at 4:15pm and they just canceled less than 8 hours in advance (pictured below). I highly would not recommend the unlimited package because they will take advantage of you and cancel your sessions last minute so that you're not able to get as many treatments.
