They have a few coolers with many flavors of ice cream available. The workers were happy to offer us samples and in the end I got 2 scoops, one of some sort of Cookie Monster blue cookies and creamish style ice cream and I believe brownie batter. Both flavors were delicious and they hit the spot for a sweet treat craving. The shop is small with only one or two tables inside, but a small patio outside to sit and enjoy your treat. Pricing seems to be on par with other local ice cream shops, and service was helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this spot to others.

It is located in a small strip mall off North Main Street with plenty of parking. The front of the Ice Cream Shop is decorated very lively and you can see how much they appreciate their High Point University customers from a large welcome sign they have up letting them know this. The first thing that got my attention when I went in, besides how clean and organized the place was, was the great variety of offerings they had. I've been in order Ice Cream Parlors that serve Hershey's Ice Cream before and was aware of the many flavors they have to offer, but here besides the 64 flavors, they seem to have a variety of ways to have your ice cream, as well as other items such as smoothies and frozen lemonade, just to name a few. And to motivate you to explore the different ways of having your ice cream, they have pictures on the wall showing them. Even though the place was small with very few tables and chairs, it was already decorated for the Fall with colored leaves all over and small pumpkins on the table, creating a festive ambiance in which to enjoy some good ice cream. A young lady greated me with a smile and gave me a warm welcome. Since I was in the area to attend a Dinner Party that evening, I didn't want to get anything large; just a medium size cup of a nice flavor ice cream. The employee was so nice and helpful that when I asked her about a flavor besides explaining it she offered to give me a try on a tiny spoon. I tried the flavor Road Runner Raspberry and I instantly loved it. I invite you to view my photographs accompanying this review to read about what this flavor contained and see for yourselves how good it looked for a picture is worth a thousand words. I enjoyed having this wonderful flavor ice cream and the High Point University sign in the entrance made me remember my college years in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts, and how much I enjoyed going out with my friends for some ice-cream. I highly recommend this Ice Cream Shop and thank the owners of this family-owned business for providing this sweet spot where members of the community can come to spend some quality time with family and friends while they savor some good ice-cream.

They definitely changed the French fries and are now using what I call swimming pool fries - the cheap ones they'd feed you at the pool growing up. The service was lacking - our table (and plenty others) was still dirty and we had to help our server finish wiping it instead of her coming around to do it herself. The icing on the top of the cake was watching what we assume was a manager almost make a kid cry because she was belittling him for how he was proceeding with his ice cream and orders instead of explaining to him why he should do it a specific way - and never said a word to another employee about their processes. We'll probably let this one sit unvisited for awhile. Not worth the disappointment.

My children enjoyed their super affordable chicken nuggets and mini corn dog meals! The best part of the meal was the ice cream sundaes that came with the kids meals. We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible options available to cure our sweet cravings. The moment we walked in we were greeted cheerfully by a sweet young man helping his dad out for the day (or the summer, as he stated), we were also greeted by the incredible sweet smell in the air. The store was very clean and tidy. With so many options and varieties, we asked for the favorites of the young man, as well as the owner, and based our choices on their recommendations. Everything was DELICIOUS and HUGE! We all had a little something different and tried from each other's orders. I am pleased that we chose to make the stop, visit with the folks in there, and enjoy the treats they had to offer. I highly recommend this location if you're in the area and looking for a yummy dessert and an exceptional customer service experience.

They were really busy for a Sunday after 8pm, DoorDash recipes kept coming in.

I'm not sure if they do consignment style shops within the gift shop, or if it's all under the same business, but it's arranged in a bunch of mini sections that all kind of have a different aesthetic. It was a bit maze-like, but I have no doubt they sell something in here for everyone. Like the gift shop, the bakery had huge variety. Who knew there were so many types of cake? I ended up getting a carrot cake latte and a heart shaped macaron. It was only after I had ordered my latte with oat milk, checked out (including paying the up-charge for oat milk), and waited several minutes that they told me they were out of oat milk. This was disappointing, as I paid my extra for the oat milk, yes, but also because I don't really want a latte in general without it. Regardless, it was too late, so I just told them to do it with 2%. The latte was okay but I didn't love it. It mostly tasted sweet and like cinnamon. Which I guess is more or less what carrot cake tastes like? The menu said it came with a cream cheese cold foam or whipped cream (I don't remember which) but it came out with plain whipped cream. The espresso was a little bitter - maybe burnt or shocked. The macaron was gorgeous, but didn't have a macaron taste or texture. It was hard like cookie. A macaron should be light and airy, and the shell should almost collapse under a bite. I had to chomp through this one. I am not sure if it was stale, a bad batch, or if their "macarons" are just "macaron shaped cookies" by design.
