The meat was good- but is was my mistake that I didn't catch that the cheese was Gorgonzola- which mixed with the garlic confit to create a mess that had melted and made a mess. Upon delivery of the food, I asked the server if he could bring me mayo. He walked away and never came back- just walked upstairs. I waited more than 6 minutes and finally asked another staff member who walked by if she could bring mayo, which she did. A few minutes after that, seriously 10 minutes after the burger had arrived,my server appeared with mayo.??? I wouldn't say this is not a good eating spot, as I only had a burger, but I can't give a high rating- my experience was only fair.

Grace helped me out and understood the coffee to talk about what I would like best from their roasts. Also some nice stickers and local touristy things to shop. They have a small cafe for a breakfast and baked good that looked good, but I was there for the coffee.

All of these could have been regulars from my childhood and I enjoyed the ambiance very much. My family used to go to the Nite Owl in the late 70s / early 80s for rare restaurant dinners. Their Chef's Salad was my favorite treat at the time, and I really savored it. Before moving away from the Valley a few years later, I started ordering breakfasts and they were also grand: fluffy omelets rich with cheese, crispy hash browns...a real treat.
