Diverted from my program- lol. In St Augustine with a to-do list & on one of our tours we dipped into this parking lot & made sure to come back! I've been shopping the Spice & Tea Exchange for more than a decade. Today John picked the Sunshine Spice & I picked the Sunshine Tea! Coincidence- but funny! We sampled the blueberry black tea, which I loved & John didn't, but to be fair- it was unsweetened. He's a sweet tea kinda guy. The lovely young lady suggested it with lemon & I replied lemoncello! Made a friend! Lol. I didn't know this company originated here in St Augustine!

    Fine? Excellent teas!

I went to Mickey's Pantry in Disney Springs and fell in love with a seasonal tea made by The Spice & Tea Exchange, Blue Raspberry Crush. It said it was only for a limited time, but I decided to take my chances down in St. Augustine to see if they had it. I probably could have called first but c'mon, impromptu adventure time in the Oldest City! For this location, parking is what it is. We managed to find a spot next to the 1901 cracker house across from it and walked over. First off, the building is a 1870-style Victorian house. I really like the Victorian style and even though it's a replica, all I could think of is it's haunted hahaha. It just looked that way. We went inside and a nice, young lady greeted us. I told her what I was on the hunt for and she broke my heart by saying that it was actually a spring tea and they were completely out. The Disney Springs location most likely had a surplus which is why it was still available to sell. Let down, my Mother and I checked out the other teas. She's never heard of the shop and as a fellow tea lover she was interested. She ended up getting two bags of tea, I believe both of the Oolong variety. I looked around and just happened to pick up a tea gift set and peered inside the mug. Well what do you know? BLUE RASPBERRY CRUSH! Just one, but that was enough for me. I was happy. I told the young lady and she had forgotten that some of the gift sets had the tea. I asked her if she'd sell me just the tea and not the set and she said it was no problem and she'll just switch it out with something else. If I had called then I wouldn't have gone at all. Someone's looking out for me :) But I'm really grateful that they are close to me so I can scoot down there if needed. I like specialty tea stores.

The second of the two stores in the St. Augustine area and is just as good as the first! Such quality items with prices that can't be beat!

Very nice store in St. Augustine which offers some really nice infused olive oils and vinegars…read more Best part is you can sample all the oils and vinegars before making a purchase. The staff is very helpful and will walk you through any questions you might have and even make recommendations. The store itself is very clean and organized. The signs on the tins of olive oils and vinegars have a pretty good description and even recommendations of how they can be used. This time I tried the fig balsamic and it was absolutely amazing. Took a bottle home for myself! Pairs great with caprese salads. Very good option for gifting to a foodie friend.

Even tried their most popular: Sunshine & St. Augustine Rose which were both a white balsamic vinegar that were unique and fantastic. They have a nice variety of merchandise. Such things as: pastas & sauce, stuffed olives, bbq sauces, jams, spread & other novelty goods & specialty pantry items. (see pics & video) Staff was helpful in finding items to bring home with me & that could go in my carry on luggage (also offer shipping). We bought several things for ourselves and several things as gifts for others. We also learned they do special pairings and post recipes on occasion if you follow them on Instagram too! The owners are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about their business. As well as choosing the best quality products for their customers. They have 4 locations in Florida currently. That is un-brine-lievable! Note-This shop offers in-store refills for customers who bring back their bottles which allows for a sustainable solution for returning customers. They also won "Best of St. Augustine" for Best Specialty Shop and Best Gift Shop 4 years in a row. Keep drizzling happiness like olive oil and best of luck for the 2026 award.
