Very average. Over cooked burger and burned French fries. We Would not go back. Many better options in Moab to try out.

After a long day of hiking in Arches we visited this location. The decor is very nice and updated and we were seated quite quickly. But once we were seated it took quite sometime for any server to come help us and get our drink orders. My wife ordered and build your own burger with cheese and egg and she thought it was great, she also ordered onion rings and they were magnificent as well. I ordered the texas burger which came with bacon and chile verde. The burger was great and full of flavor and a great size. The fries were okay, a little under cooked. But overall it was a great experience for the most part except the server was very slow and not my most favorite person ever. read more

Ordered the meatloaf and several minutes later the waitress comes back to tell me they were out & I'd have to order something else. My husband had ordered a diet soda and was still waiting even after my beer arrived from the bar and when the waitress came to get my second order we had to ask her again! Very mediocre. Our first visit to the Spoke on Center was a dissapointment. Burgers are tasteless and below average. Fries are bland. And the service was very slow and non-attentive (drinks ran dry, took 30 mins for our burgers to come out). For the premium price they are asking for their food, it was a let down. read more

Called for a table for 3 and they said they'd have one and took our name. Arrived 5 minutes later and were told they weren't able to hold a table because a larger party had called after us. The hostess stated this was the manager's decision. They did offer to seat us at the bar (aka ice cream counter). We Took our business elsewhere and won't be back for a second try. read more

Visiting Moab for the National Parks and called in an order. Speedy and convenient! The food was DELICIOUS. I had a build your own burger and added the Mac and Cheese Poppers (which were kind of spicy and amazing). Burger was great but not really anything special. My boyfriend had the Mac and Cheese which was one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. We loved it and will definitely be returning to try new things on the huge menu. read more

Great place to get a burger just the way you want it. You don't have to settle for a few creations of the menu planner--choose your meat, cheese, toppings, and get it done the way you want. Down a brew while you wait a bit, but not long. This is just the way I wanted to end a great hiking day. Real food, not some tourist fodder. I'll definitely be back, with friends. read more

We had lunch at this place while visiting Moab. It seems popular, but I am not sure why. We had the buffalo burgers. There was no choice on how well done and they came crispy and overdone. No worries about mad cow disease at the Spoke! The service was really bad. We only saw our server to take our order and deliver our check. Someone else delivered our food. No one checked to see if we needed anything or refill our drinks. As it was, our ketchup bottle was empty and yes, we needed a refill. I tipped, but this was one of those times when it added insult to injury to have a line on the bill for a tip. We were just passing through so there will be no opportunity to visit again. But even if there was, we would never go there again. read more

meh, pretty big tourist trap if you ask me. i knew we weren't gonna get that great of service at 9:00 pm (an hour before close) but the food was pretty weak too. my husband and i had a full day of hiking in arches national park, and had only eaten a salad for lunch and drank our body weight in water and gatorade, so granted that this late at night, i was pretty much starving but had limited options. my husband wanted to eat here because his stomach has some issues lately and was only in the mood for salad. i on the other hand, ordered the carbonara. his caeser salad w chicken cost $15 (5 to add the chick en?? the exact same salad we had earlier at the moonflower was $8???) my carbonara was the same price, but was honestly the saddest carbonara i have probably ever had. the egg wasn't runny in the slightest, bacon was fatty and greasy, they used fettuccine noodles instead of the traditional angel hair pasta, and no peas, just scallions. sauce was bland as well. since this was my only large meal of the day, I did eat the whole thing, but had a stomach ache for the next couple hours. service was as weak as the food. our waitress brought us water after being seated for 10 minutes, asked us if we wanted anything besides water, we said no, then didn't see her for another 15 minutes to take our orders, we didn't see her again until she brought the check. someone else brought our food, and we never got our water refilled, we shared a glass for a while until both waters were gone. there are definitely better food options in moab, for example, we had similar food at the brewery last night (pastas and salads) for the same place, food was a higher quality and service was way better. i suggest taking your time and money elsewhere! read more

Great ice cream here from the walk up booth. It was a bit of a wait thsis afternoon because of the milkshake order before us. We liked it a lot better than Crystal's. Friendlier service and the sugar cone was included, not extra. read more

This restaurant was pretty good, although the first meal I ordered (salad with salmon) came and the salmon had bones throughout it. I had to order something else (pulled pork sandwich) which was really good. The wait staff and manager were really apologetic and accommodating though. read more

Didn't even get to try the food. Left my number for a 40 min wait. Didn't receive a call, came back to the restaurant to check the status of the wait. The waitress had written down my number incorrectly, didn't apologize, and said we'd have to wait even longer. All she would say is "well, I tried to call you." This place is where you want to come and eat!! It is worth it. You can get a good drink with your food, is nice and clean and the people are very friendly and give good service. After being in Moab all weekend this is the place we wish we would have eaten at all weekend for every meal. They have kids menus-to color. They have ice cream and good food! read more

My husband and I took a later lunch here after hiking in Arches. While we got a table quickly and someone brought us water, it took forever for the waitress to come by the table. We ordered immediately since we had plenty of time. It took forever to get our food. My burger was eh....way overdone for my taste and not at all how I ordered it. My husband had a chicken sandwich, which he said was a bit dry. Did we complain? No...because we never saw our waitress until we had finished eating, and we were starving after hiking. When she did eventually come by she said her manager was checking on our food...she didn't even realize it had come and gone. Prices were high for lunch as well. read more

I saw some mixed reviews, so I was not sure we wanted to have dinner here after a long day of traveling. Maybe some people have had a bad experience, but ours was very good. They were really busy, but the service was still good and the beer was nice and cold. If you want a simple meal in Moab this is a good choice. read more

Average food, friendly staff. It's a tourist stop for just okay food. Friendly staff. Took about 40 minutes to get four burgers out. Everyone commented how their food lacked flavor and the sauces (small size and you are charged for more than 2 sauce cups) were pretty flavorless too. Great Moab beer though. All in all, if you need to fill your stomach, you can do that here; otherwise, try out another stop on your way home. read more

I only came here for the milkshakes, so I couldn't tell you about the food, but the milkshakes are heavenly! I had 2 pigs 1 cow with bison meat. The Niger was very sub par. The burger was extremely greasy the onion rings bland. They charge tourist prices so you are paying 20$ for a burger. My suggestion is find another place. read more

After taking a 4x4 tour of the back roads and cliffs in Canyonlands, we stopped here for lunch. And glad we did! Hubby had a burger that was cooked perfectly while I ordered the fish n chips. One of the best I've ever had. Meals were served on cast iron platters..Service was excellent. We sat at a table by a window and people-watched. Traveled to Moab for some hiking and camping over the Thanksgiving weekend and decided to stop here Friday for some lunch. The service was pretty slow, but not bad enough for a 1 star review. The burger I ate wasnt very good at all, and later realized that it was probably made with rancid meat as I got food poisoning from it. Had to cut my trip a day short and head home early because I was so sick. Food poisoning in a tent IS NOT a fun experience and it really sucks that I had to stop my vacation early because of this restaurant. Between this and the poor service, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

Was here on there first night they opened. It was a little chaotic with all the servers trying to figure everything out. The food was awesome and overall service was very good. Had a good selection of beer and wine. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food. Highly recommend the siracha fry sauce. read more

We ate lunch here. Great service, fresh decent food. Husband had the saddle sore with chicken-very spicy and great flavor, 2 BLTs, and seriously the best loaded baked potato soup you've ever had. Reasonably priced which is saying something in Moab. read more

Disclaimer: It's really a 2.5 star We tried this for dinner on Wed 10/14/15. We got to town late (due to the traffic from SLC) & we were hungry & hubby wanted a brew w/his dinner. This place is "new" to us this on this years visit. The place & decor is really cool (really like their hanging lights). It clean & the servers are friendly! Now the not-so-good: Starters: we had the Moab sprouts, which consisted of: Brussels sprouts sautéed w/garlic, onions & bacon. Sounds pretty good right? Nope, it needed something to give the dish a really good "wow factor"! 2..5 stars Main course(s): I had the BLT, asked for the bacon to be crispy. The sandwich came out & the bacon was not as I had asked for. The fries were good. 5 minutes later sandwich came back & the bacon was crispy, but the the fries were so salty!! The sandwich was also dry when all was said & done. Hubby got the fish tacos. It was also very bland!! The salsa that came with it was just bland too! 2 stars We really wanted to like it, but I don't think we'd go back, since there are other places in Moab that we like better. This eatery is deserving of 5 stars. Great food, great drinks and friendly staff. We will definitely eat here again.

Distant acting servers....are at the bar and they struggled to attend to basic needs, fork...plate etc

I never give bad reviews but it was so disappointing for us to pay $70 dollars for such a bad experience tonight. It started with our food taking forever to come which is fine, it's a restaurant not a fast food joint but once our food came our kids were so excited and starving but then the waiter tipped the tray and all but one of our meals went crashing to the floor. 2 of the burgers were the wrong burgers anyway. So we waited again for even longer than the first round, they finally brought out my husband and my burgers and by the time we were done eating our 3 kids meals weren't even brought out yet. We waited another 10 minutes for those which we had them put in a box to go cuz our kids were done by then. The food was not very good and our burgers were dry. They gave us 25 percent off. The only reason I left a tip is our server was nice and felt terrible and she said if it was up to her we wouldn't have to pay anything. Definitely would have appreciated a better discount. So frustrating to have to pay so much for such bad service and food. read more

Don't bother stopping here for ice cream... they are rude and there are so many other choices in Moab! Even when the restaurant is empty (a table of 2 used out of the entire indoor seating are) they will not let you sit inside to eat their ice cream ....that you bought from them.
