I feel as though this shows her lack of confidence and experience. I don't expect free things, but I do expect attentive service -- especially when asking customers to publicly praise the experience. Hopefully this is taken as constructive criticism because there's definitely room for improvement in attentiveness and customer care. On another note, the pasta was definitely really good.
