Absolutely great! I don't eat Nica food just anywhere, and this is one of 5 spots I'll be going to! It's that good! (Honorable mentions are Madroño, El Novillo, Fritanga Montelimar and Cerro Negro). Cacao was great, reprochetas (fried quesadillas) was so good, but their Pío Quinto dessert (custard-topped rum cake)...phenomenal. One of the best I've tasted. Great price point and Great service as well!!

Delicious food and friendly service. Menu has a lot of good options to choose from. The tostones were very good and can be shared. The Gallo Bowl was so flavorful and came with a lot! Ambiance is like being in someone's home in a way - it was very nicely decorated. Everything tasted authentic! The waiter was friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

One of the best carrot-orange juices I've had in Miami! I also enjoyed their carne asada bowl, which I had tried before. What stood out during my second visit to this restaurant was the service, the servers are attentive and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place.

This was my first time trying Nicarguan cuisine. Lots of Central American restaurants to try in Miami. We got the appetizer sampler ~$36 as our main meal. It was more than enough for two people and we still took some of them home. There were a variety of appetizer, almost everything from their menu. The seasoned steak was my favorite among them. Fried plantains were good to munch on. The green sauce was tangy. We also got Tamarind juice for drink and it didn't disappoint.

The place is really cute and welcoming. We ordered the Spotted Tostones. Delicious full of flavor and meat. For entrees we ordered the churrasco medium rare (it came well done) but the taste was good. Also ordered the reader chicken breast. It is huge !! The food was very fresh and the spice pickled veggies they serve as a sauce was good

We love this place we dine in and take out often. I'm plant-based and make my own meal out of different sides. The yuca is always so soft and delicious. Gallo pinto is outstanding and the slaw is perfectly tart. My kids enjoy the kids chicken tender (not frozen nuggets) comes with gallo pinto, fries, and fried cheese. My husband usually enjoys the churasco or grilled chicken steak with gallo pinto, slaw, and tajadas. The service is always great, constantly checking up on us and filling our waters. The colors inside are so pretty and seating is ample and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the food was not what I expected. The cheese and plantains I ordered were fried with a dark oil that we had to squeeze with napkins. The soups were in bad taste, especially the cheese soup that was salty and the donut refried with the same old oil. Very unpleasant.

Best fritanga in miami. The carne asada freshly done to your liking. The queso frito is a nice size and the rice is delicious.

Order a sandwich here and you're gonna be hungry for sure because they are great portions and they taste old school like the Milano queen you were a kid and also the Cuban sandwich with the pickle taste wow. But they have great dishes I mean from the seafood platters to the Roja pita you're my goodness they're so good. Of course they are the king and Palomilla with the tennis sandwich or whether you're eating it with rice and beans wow and good masa de de purr o desserts, lord, I think of every dessert that capacity think of from pastries that are Cuban to the Cakes like flan and tres leches this place is amazing. My favorite thing to eat here when I come are the Cortas please ask for them to be hot. They are really delicious. Of course they do have everything else you can think of. Her customer service and attention to detail was awesome, ensuring she stopped by multiple times throughout to top off water and check on my experience. I went with the grilled Chicken breast and double side of tostones which tasted fantastic. Of note, I covered the tostones in the garlic like sauce while they were hot, which rendered them a fine combo of crunchy and somewhat soft- in short, awesome. Personally, no meal is finished without some form of coffee at the end. I admit this habit stems from my upbringing and a penchant for American, French and Italian fare but this was no different. I enjoyed a Cortadito which tasted amazing and had beautiful presentation. If I could rate this experience 6 stars I would. They knocked it out of the park. Note: They're FIU student, police and county friendly to boot.

Guess we came at a good time cause later we did see more people come in. For starters, the staff here were all so professional and welcoming. Shoutout to MARIA for being the sweetest! Great recommendations from her. I loved the food so much. Mix ceviche -- so refreshing and loved the variety Jalea Bocas house (fried shrimp, fried fish, fried yuca fries) -- a little bit of everything and fried perfectly. Paired with the sauces. Skirt and fettuccine -- cooked as I requested (medium). Packed with flavor. SO FREAKING GOOD. Arroz cremoso de aji Amarillo with lomo saltado -- unique dish that worked so well. Recommend! Spicy margarita -- best drink here. Mezcal mule -- my mom and I didn't really like it because it was too smoky. Maria was kind enough to swap it out for us with another spicy margarita and didn't charge for the mezcal mule. Love the ambiance. They have daily promos on some of their items so be sure to check it out. I highly recommend this spot. 10/10

They boast both indoor and outdoor seating with the same aesthetic and nods to Colombian culture, like the cute hats and sandals hanging on the wall. We were seated inside fairly quickly on the Sunday afternoon we came in. They were pretty busy, but the waiters were kind of hanging out at the bar, just chit-chatting. We were able to get one of the servers to look at us after a couple of minutes of sitting there. They brought us a little palate-opener of a small portion of a simple soup. They had a margarita special we tried, $5 frozen margaritas. The maracuya (passion fruit) one was a solid choice. I also ordered the mojarra frita with white rice, tostones, and salad. The rice was really undercooked. The waiter tried to appease us by bringing us more of the same uncooked rice. We were not the only table to say something about it because our neighbors confirmed they too received the same and were also unhappy. Other than that, the rest of my meal was great. However, I will say my mom was very upset with her experience and expressed that her chicken wasn't prepared well either.
