Matcha with blueberry cold foam and iced tea with blueberry cold foam
    Kait V.

Such an incredible place! The food is amazing and I truly loved getting a matcha with blueberry cold foam as a vegan. I got a breakfast bowl with bacon. The seitan bacon was incredible and the cheddar cheese went perfectly with it. My friend who is a 10 year vegan was thoroughly impressed as well as myself. Looking forward to next time I am in area to have again.

This was a delicious repeat stop on vacation. The cafe provided a comfortable space to grab a coffee, pastry, smoothie, sandwich, or salad that is 100% VEGAN and gluten free. Something for everyone except for the person that refuses to eat vegan. The breakfast sandwich and salad bowls made great to go lunches. The chicken and Waffles (tofu) was enough for 2 people. It has a dedicated parking lot and cozy seating inside.

Can you imagine a gluten free and vegan restaurant that tastes... AMAZING!!!! Welp, you found it. We've never found tator tots that were more crispy without being oily! And the falafel wrap was hot and cold and crunchy and soft and flavorful and creamy!!

I had lunch today and this place is an oasis for those with food allergies or those wanting a healthier option! Truly delicious choices I was blown away. The falafel was crazy good, and the baked items are stellar as a treat. I wish I was local. I will eat here every time I am in town!

Sunny locale, all well appointed. Very friendly service. Excellent pancakes with fresh blueberries and (of course) real maple syrup. Great selection of vegan options.

I messaged the company and was advised "...we can't be liable for items damaged in shipping, we do our best but it is not in our hands...". An offer for free shipping on our next order was offered. I don't choose the packaging for the product or how they ship it. My mom did pay the extra $9 for cold shipping. The whole box was packed like no one cared how it arrived. What I can choose is where we will spend our money and peace of mind is no longer on that list. UPDATE: Nancy wrote back blaming UPS for this issue. She wrote, " ..I understand your frustration, but we sent the items out in perfect condition, the blame is on the carrier, so therefore you could file a claim with UPS. Small business' are not responsible for packages that are damaged by UPS and we would all go under if we took that responsibility on." I could accept that if the outside box had not arrived in perfect condition with no other items affected. This is an issue if the plastic packaging breaking because it gets too cold and shatters. Businesses tend to go under when they fail their customers and don't take responsibility for issues that are theirs. If you value your money, beware.

Came here Friday early afternoon with friends on our birthday trip, our waitress was super friendly…read moreand the restaurant was clean and quiet! I ordered the Ruben and it was a pretty big sandwich and was very good! My friend ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was SOOO much honey! She loved it! We all had drinks which we had no complaints about either. That was my first time at a 110 Grill and I would definitely be back

Last week, while in North Conway for a small road getaway, a few of us decided to stop at 110 Grill…read morefor dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked through the door. When we approached the host stand, the first thing the hostess said was, "Hold on, give me a moment," before walking away and saying that she needed to "recoup." She appeared extremely overwhelmed and stressed, which was surprising considering the restaurant was nowhere near busy. From what we could see, there were only about five parties in the entire restaurant, including those seated outside. Several other customers were also standing near the entrance waiting to be seated. While we were waiting, a party of about 10 people came in looking to have dinner. The hostess returned, still visibly flustered, told them it would be a moment, and then went over to speak with the manager. After waiting more than 10 minutes without being seated, that entire party eventually gave up and left. Once we were finally seated, things unfortunately did not improve. I've been to other 110 Grill locations before, and I've never seen anything like a sign at the bar stating that there was no bartender and customers should not sit at the bar. At that point, it became pretty clear that this location was either severely understaffed, poorly managed, or both. After ordering, our drinks took an extremely long time to arrive. Eventually, I had to get the attention of another waitress because our server was nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, some employees appeared to be standing around talking or looking at their phones. While waiting for our food, I could see the kitchen area and watched three employees preparing meals. At one point, the manager had to step in and direct them on when to start cooking certain meals so everything would come out together. Some finished plates also appeared to sit waiting longer than they should have. By the time our food arrived, we had been waiting close to an hour and were starving. Some of the meals were cooked properly, but others were not. The biggest disappointment was the two steaks we ordered medium-well. Both came out far beyond well-done. Parts of the steaks were so overcooked and hard that we couldn't even finish half of them. We brought the issue to our server's attention. Considering how badly the steaks were overcooked, especially after such a long wait, I expected some type of adjustment to the bill. Instead, we were still charged the full $45 for the steak. I understand that restaurants can have bad nights and that staffing shortages happen. But when a restaurant is nearly empty and customers are still waiting excessive amounts of time to be seated, served drinks, and receive properly cooked food, there is clearly a larger problem. Based on our experience, if you're in North Conway and see 110 Grill, I'd keep driving. There are plenty of other places in the area to spend your money and enjoy a good meal.

This is located inside a rest stop space and its food court style seating with a handful of gift shops/food places around it. Our only complaint was that the space didn't seem to have a working air conditioning. Maybe they were just trying to get folks in and out and not to linger long? There was a huge fan in the lobby but we couldn't feel any breeze from it while eating. When we left and walked outside, it was the same temperature as inside.
