My brother likes going to this dentist! He's always having a good experience! !!!!!!!!!

I have never felt so traumatized and helpless for my son. My son is 6 years old with autism, we went in for some crowns he needed on the right side of his face (his left side we had done them about 2 years ago) I remember my son crying the first time , but not as much as this time & I know it was because of that fact that these people , weren't communicative enough to let me know that if moms are expecting they don't recommend you being in the room due to them using nitrous oxide , as I was in the room with my son they had already injected his tooth with some kind of needle that I believe was for the pain , which the gentlemen there told me that was the most painful part of the expierence , I was in the room for about 25 minutes before I saw a sign that said "expecting moms are not recommended to be in the room because of the nitrous oxide" I asked the gentlemen what that was and he said it was the mask my son had been having in his nose for the past 25 minuets. I then told him I was pregnant & he said I should not be in the room. I didn't even know how to react to that. He then said he would have to write a note saying I chose to stay in the room after him telling me about it. I didn't know what to do , I had already put my son through the pain with that huge needle in his mouth, i couldn't even call his dad to come because he was at work , and the fact he could've possibly been there if they wouldn't have took about an hour to treat my son after his appointment had already started he could've made it makes me so upset because , I had no choice but to leave my son in that room for about 45 minuets alone while hearing him cry in pain , yelling for me, it makes me so sad . it truly was such a traumatic experience for both of us, nobody bothered to come and update me about everything going on in there , I had to keep asking for updates , than I had this worker look at me while I went in there randomly to see what was going on cause he was crying so much , just made me so uncomfortable! I truly think workers should tell Every single parent this when booking such procedure. I would have came prepared with somebody my son trusted so he wouldn't feel so scared in there without anybody he knew. After we left he could not stop crying for about 2 hours saying his teeth were hurting & saying how "they took his tooth's out" , he fell asleep crying. My poor son is so scared to go to the dentist now. I don't even know what went on in there. He did not cry this much the first time. I'm truly so upset with my expierence. I really hope they start letting parents know information like this before making the appointment. It doesn't matter whether somebody looks pregnant or not. They should let you know !!!!!! They are scam artists who clearly get enjoyment on torturing children. They prey on underprivleged parents with MediCal so they can charge the state and line their pockets. FULL STOP. Its actually insane to me that doctors will do this work willingly knowing they're not actually helping the child. They will just do the work they think is necessary without actually discussing specifics or even showing the x-rays to the parents. The facility is dirty. They don't allow parents in the rooms. The doctors are a tad bit too touchy. I'm no dentist, but save your kid the trauma if they still have baby teeth. And get a second opinion. read more

When I arrived to my appointment at 11 I had to call to be let in bc the doors were locked. The price to simply reglue a permanent retainer to my teeth was outrageous. My son was also seen that day which went okay until they kept spamming me with doing extra things for extra money. I got a bill today for $150 when I have dental insurance. They didn't bill my insurance even though I gave it to them multiple times. I called multiple times to get it fixed and no one has returned my call yet. The office felt like a giant scam to just suck all the money they can out of you with poor service. As someone who has worked in healthcare for over 15 years this place is not somewhere I would go to again or take my child to either. read more

I had my appointment at 9am. I had my insurance ready and gave them my information the day before, they made me wait 50 minutes!!!!!! They said they needed to verify my insurance and they couldn't give me an estimate time. On the other hand they were able to still see another patient at their scheudled time, when they still needed to verify their insurance! ON TOP OF IT, they told me I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed and the doctor had instructed for me to get a referral so I could go see a surgeon. It took forever to get my referral, AND IT WASNT EVEN THE CORRECT REFERRAL AND THEY COULDNT SEND MY SURGEON THE PROPER X RAY WITH MY NAME OR DATE ON IT. This place is so unprofessional & a headache to deal with. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The ladies at check out were nice that's the only positive I have to say. read more

345 F Street, Chula Vista To Whom It May Concern, On September 2, 2025, I brought my son to a dental appointment scheduled for 12:00 p.m. at the office located at 345 F Street, Chula Vista, CA. We arrived at approximately 12:02 p.m. Despite being on time, my son was not seen until 1:10 p.m. During that time, at least six other patients came in after us and were seen and left before my son was called back. No clear explanation was given for the delay. Once we were called to the back, I received no instructions or orientation from the staff regarding what to expect from the procedure. The dentist did not greet or introduce himself until I specifically asked his name. Prior to the visit, I was told the procedure (removal of four teeth and placing of a cap) could take two to four hours. However, only three teeth were removed, and I was told this was due to limitations with the anesthesia. The procedure itself was completed within 30-40 minutes. After the treatment, the dentist left without giving me any post-procedure instructions or information. I was not given any paperwork outlining what to do if my son experienced pain or complications. Instead, I was handed only two packets of gauze and sent on my way. This lack of written guidance left me unprepared to care for my son properly after the procedure. In total, we spent about 1 hour and 45 minutes at the facility. I left very dissatisfied with the lack of communication, professionalism, and patient care. For a procedure involving the removal of multiple teeth from a child, I expected clear instructions, written after-care information, and better respect for patient time. read more

This was my toddler's very first dental appointment, and unfortunately the experience was not what I had hoped for. We weren't seen until about 20 minutes after our scheduled time. The front office was extremely aesthetically pleasing and cute, but once we were brought to the back, the space felt very tight. I could see other patients being worked on since there weren't any walls that closed off each station. I read a review before mentioning a "dentist sweatshop" and I can now see what they meant. One positive was that they did have TVs even on the ceilings which helped distract the children during treatment. They also had a mascot dressed up, and honestly, she was the only one who felt welcoming. Unfortunately, the rest of the appointment felt rushed and impersonal. After my toddler's X-rays, no one explained anything about her teeth or what to expect moving forward. It was just a quick in and out without even a proper introduction or goodbye. At the end of the visit, my child didn't receive a goodie bag. As a kid, I always looked forward to that part of a dental visit, and even as an adult I still get one from my own dentist, so it was confusing and disheartening that nothing was given here. During the cleaning, I also had to remind the hygienist to floss my child's teeth, which I would think is a standard part of the process. I was really looking forward to this appointment, as it was recommended to me by a friend, but I later found out she meant the Eastlake location not the F Street one. I can't help but feel confused about why the treatment and overall experience seem to be better in Eastlake compared to here, at least based on what I've allegedly heard. Overall, I left disappointed. I truly wanted this to be a positive first dental experience for my toddler, but it ended up feeling more like a checklist appointment than a caring visit. read more

I requested sdf for my 2 kids. The lady send me an estimate. I booked the appointment. Paid for the procedure when we arrived. The kids went back to seperate rooms. I was with my son and my husband was with my daughter. The hygienist said ok we are going to fill the cavities, drill and give some shots.I told him no were doing sdf. He was shocked to know this. I asked to see my daughter to make sure the same thing wasnt happening to her. I asked my husband did they tell you they are drilling and he said yes. Long story short doc told us that they dont supply that and we would have to make another appointment. The hygienist are supposed to have them on hand not the office he explained. I told him that the other hygienist in the other room said he has a lot. Now looking back I hope the bottle they put on wasnt expired since its only good for 60 days after opening. The bottle was red and it had old black drips coming from it. Who know how long that has been sitting out since they havent done that procedure in a long time. Makes me so furious if we paid 567 for a procedure that possibly could have been ineffective. Not going back. This was the second worst experience at this office. read more

The kiddos love it here! The people are very friendly and it's a great idea to help the kids not be as intimidated by dental visits. The waiting room is fun, with a lot of things the kids can look at and some screens they can play games on. The videos they play on the TVs are awesome, with superheroes going on teeth adventures and even a music video?! High quality production too. The decor is cool and it's full experience, from the chairs to the walls to the uniforms of the workers. The decor seems a bit dated but the kids probably don't notice or care. When you get called in for your appointment, it's crowded where all the dental chairs are. They allow parents to stand beside their kid for comfort, but you're constantly moving to avoid the workers or other families from coming through. There's a screen at each chair for the kids to watch during their appointment but they blast some music there for the workers that are popular radio tunes but sometimes not appropriate for children's ears. I love me some Bruno Mars, but hearing "I want to give it to you... sex by the fire at night..." is a little jarring when your watching paw patrol and talking about cotton candy flavored toothpaste. Bad experience with this business with billing. Whoever is doing billing and or not running the insurance codes correctly and are negligent. They charge up front without even checking with insurance first and also almost had us walk out without even completing services that I payed $400 for and they STILL billed my insurance..... I had to verbally complain for them to complete the resin treatment as they had no idea what was going on and who completed what. All those girls up there and only one chose to help me. Who are you hiring up front??? This is not a good dentist office and would not recommend to any parent with common sense. read more

My son has Autism and the staff was so wonderful and refreshing. I didn't get the stares and whispers that us parents usually have to deal with. The staff members made my son feel at ease, and actually had him smiling and laughing. I spoke to the manager about the excellent service and she was polite professionalism and a very nice person. To Whom It May Concern, I don't even know where to start with this... What happened at your dental office today has left me completely shaken and honestly, I'm still trying to process it all. First off, you guys were about 2 hours late getting my 5-year-old into the back. TWO HOURS. And then, out of nowhere, you gave him laughing gas. We never talked about that - not once. You told us "only one parent" could go back, so I left and my wife stayed. But after like 10 minutes, I hear my son screaming bloody murder. And let me tell you, that door to the back? It was wide open the whole time we were waiting, so everyone could hear kids screaming for 2 solid hours. I couldn't take it anymore, so I went back there. And what do I see? My little boy screaming bloody murder strapped and wrestling...in the velcro strapped thing, his head stuck in this plastic contraption that had these weird orange splatters all over it. I mean, what the hell? I'm kicking myself now. I should've grabbed my kid and gotten out of there right then and there. But I didn't, and I don't know why. Here's another thing that's bugging me - I never saw any x-rays, and I'm no dentist, so how do I know what's really going on? You said he had 4 cavities and just went ahead with the gas and doing these 4 quick procedures. It's got me thinking - are you just charging our insurance for stuff he doesn't need? Do you even care about my son at all? Not once did the lady try to stop and calm him down or ask if he's okay. He was non stop screaming his head off and high off that gas and still screaming. I'm telling you, this whole experience has left my entire family traumatized. I can't even imagine how my son feels. This is not okay. Not by a long shot. I use to take my kids here all the time . The quality of work was great - until this last time . Our appointment was at 10am and we got there right on time , checked in and everything . We waited 1 hour and 20 mins and we were never called . So we just ended up leaving . That was utterly ridiculous. This has never happened - and we saw many people already arriving at 11am for those appointments and getting called back before us?! read more

Anytime it's time for dentist appointment my kids freaks out giving me a bit of anxiety. i've done my best to talk about to dentist like they are our good friends and not anything to be scared about . Unfortunately it doesn't always work but in all honesty i just have to say i give Super dentist a 10 they have very good dentist assistant working here! It must not be easy for them to have to work with a screaming child in the chair but they did it today we had Artemisa and she was great .She even used words i asked her to hopefully calm him down. I also listened to her instructions as far as where i should sit to hopefully allow my child to calm down which he did . Not impressed. First visit for our son. They had me hold him down to get his teeth cleaned and didn't even try any other methods first. Waited over 20 mins, at the end of the appointment they had a salesperson come over to try to sell us a treatment for our infant son that was unnecessary. read more
