Insanely long wait times. 1st appointment I took my daughter we waited over an hour for a checkup. This day we had our 2nd appointment for a checkup it was almost 2 hours later after we checked in with no updates. We ended up leaving along with a couple other families who were waiting. read more

Nothing super about this place. I'd skip it unless you want your kids traumatized. Friendly employees but long waits even though you have an appointment, and unorganized. Also, they will schedule your kids for an appointment on random days through texts and phone calls without your approval then you'll have to constantly have to call them back to cancel the appointments even though I instructed them to take us off their automatic appointment list, but they keep scheduling my kids. If not, you will be charged. Basically, the fast food of dentistry. Get them in and get them out. No thanks! read more

Worst place ever, it was my daughters first dentist appointment & it was ruined the lady in front is very unprofessional & rude she was giving me giving me dirty looks & told me my daughters insurance was inactive when it was active ! My sister who works for insurance even said it was active ! Won't ever be back here. Appt was scheduled for 5pm. Still waiting to be seen...an hr and a half later. Frustrating when medical offices double/ over book appts. And when you are actually seen my a licensed staff/dentist they tend to you for a minute and move onto the next. No hospitality or sense of caring. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! STRAP DOWN KIDS !! LOTS OF SCREAMING /TRAMA !! Day one , had an amazing experience with the nurse and the doctor who just cleaned my daughter and son teeth . No complaints they found a couple cavities so needed them filled . My daughter who hates doctor or nurses was so happy to receive stickers and to come back to " the dentist fairy " they also had me right there pull out my phone to give them a 5 start rating . I set an appointment the next day for my daughter for her fillings Day 2 , came in and hear children crying and screaming while waiting on my daughter dental appointment. I didn't think much of it since children are sometimes scared and will scream and cry as work might be done that they don't like . Well big shocker came to me . When it was our turn we went into a small closet size room where maybe 2 adults fit . They wanted me to pin my daughter down into this chair that wraps her in straps. I'll provide pictures of how this looks . Put her head in between this head lock so it prevents her from moving . Says it for her safety so she doesn't move while they are filling the cavities . They do nothing to help her with her anxiety of even sitting on this strapped chair . She's crying her eyes out , shaking and scared . I didn't force my daughter or pinned her down like they wanted . Do not recommend unless you're ok with a traumatic experience of hating the dentist .This is suppose to be child friendly dentist but worst mistake of my life . read more

FRAUD ALERT!!! Poor communication with billing when dealing with their super mouth toothpaste that they mention and sell at their facility. I gave my card to the rep who ran it and apparently started a subscription for monthly toothpaste which I have not received. I've called the office with promises of returned calls with nothing! They have no direct number for billing and claim super mouth is its own company. Guess what? NO NUMBER. The management won't return my call but asked for 5 star reviews in turn for points for my children. I've been with them a couple of years and beginning to look somewhere else. read more

The sales pitch for extra services takes longer than their "teeth cleaning" service. Not sure how they can conduct a teeth cleaning service in less than 2 minutes. Really makes you question the quality of the care for your child. This office is very small and crammed with way too many people. There's no where to sit while you wait for your child and there's a lot of people standing in the hallways. There's no privacy to speak about the care your child needs and you have to do it with 20 other parents and kids around. Going to try another super dentist location to see if it's better or if that's just their standard. read more

been coming here since i was young and i love it here , everyone's super nice all the time and place is always clean.

First time mom taking my 2 year old to the dentist. Will not be coming back. The ladies at the front desk were however friendly, welcoming, and greeted me as soon as we walked into the door. The facility itself could use an upgrade. The wall papers were peeling off and the office definitely did not look like the images on their website. The service was the issue in my opinion. I waited longer to get called in than the actually appointment. The dental assistant applied toothpaste to my daughter's teeth which I honestly brush her teeth better than she did. When the dentist stepped in he used a small broken mirror to look at her teeth that came out of his pocket (don't know if it was sterilized). The dentist only saw my daughter for less than a minute and moved on the next patient. There is no privacy all the dental chairs are close together. Would not recommend & will not be coming back. read more

Had a 5pm appointment for a cleaning and checked in at 4:55 the staff seems to be done and attitude is unwelcoming. We left after 30 minutes no updates or apologies nothing. Even when I said please cancel my appointment I don't even know if she was awake she seemed confused again. I just walked out honestly all these people need customer service. I hate this office. Too bad I can't give zero stars. Worst place ever now thanks to this horrible place my kids are terrified of going to the dentist. After only 2 visits I'm done with this place, this was my 3 year old first dentist after a few minutes in I've asked if they could refer to specialist to place him on local anesthesia so it would be easier to do the work that need to be done, all they did was strap him down leaving bruises on his chest, arms and extremely terrified they should change their name to stupid dentist!!! read more

I took my toddler in cause she said her tooth hurt They said she had a cavity and needed filling I said okay they filled the the tooth but my baby kept saying her tooth hurt this was less than a day after the filling when I look half the tooth wasn't fill I went back they claim the filling may have fell out they talk about charging me and now my baby tooth is still hurting I have to take her to another dentist I don't think they know how to handle children would not recommend read more

Wait times of over one hours with appointment. After 40 minutes I asked when is my son gonna be called and they said you have 4 people in front of you and now they called 8 people and we are still waiting. If I had time to take him to dentist another day I would have left but I don't. When I asked to check again the girl scoffed at me and told me he is next and yet they called someone else after. Never again to this office. I may try another one but this is horrible. Super bad experience it took us 1 and fifteen minutes to be seen plus the attitude at the front desk when just asking how much longer is going to be. read more

I'd give zero stars if that was possible. My son's appointment was at 5pm. We got here 10 minutes before his scheduled appointment. At 6:00, I asked if they could check on why it was taking long. All I was told was that we were next. Come 6:20, same thing. We were still next. Not a single apology from the staff for the long wait. In fact, all the receptionists do when you ask them to check is look on their computer. You would think they'd call and inform someone that the patient has been waiting too long. The office was full of patients when we got there. People that came in an hour after us were being called in. We finally got called for his appointment at 6:45pm. Totally unacceptable. I will be moving my son to a different dental office. Don't come here if you value your time. read more
