I feel bad writing a bad review because the staff was really nice but the food was not it AT ALL. We got 2 carne asada burritos & 2 birria tacos. The meat in the burritos was tasteless and kinda cold & the rice and beans also had no flavor and weirdest thing was that they put yellow SANDWICH CHEESE and wrapped it up into the burrito. The taste of the cheese overpowered everything it was just so gross. i thought when they said cheese they meant like shredded cheese. anyway it was just weird and the birria in the tacos was SO BLAND absolutely tasteless no seasoning whatsoever. if you want good Mexican food DO NOT go here. read more

I came in here for lunch with my buddy, we both got the same thing. We ordered the ramen with the two birria tacos.. the food was pretty mediocre and the tacos were really small and skimpy. I feel completely ripped off, we paid 60 and it didn't even come with drinks we had to buy separately... I do not recommend this place. The ramen bowls you can buy at Walmart for less then 2$, and the tacos had barely any meat on them.. i usually spend 60$ when I sit down at a steak house like long horn, or even Olive Garden. This place is really hyped up for no reason... I'm never coming back to this place.. I've been to other places similar and spent half of what I spent here for the same amount of food if not more... we did even get full in the slightest... I really wish I could just have my money back, I feel fully taken advantage of.. I will also be making a review on google and Facebook. I came here after driving past several times and really craving a carne asada burrito. I did read the mixed reviews but wanted to give it a chance. First off, sliced American cheese belongs on sandwiches, not burritos!! Ok, now that we have that out of the way, I will say that the carne asada itself, as well as the special sauce, was delicious. The issue was that the burrito cost over $14 with taxes and tip. The workers were friendly and helpful, but I can't justify an additional tip on an already overpriced menu item at a fast food spot simply for taking my order. Although the place is new, remodeled and a cool trendy vibe, it did not smell very good inside and I ended my time there in a very dirty bathroom on my way out. This place was horrible. Ordered birria tacos that were dry and had the most minuscule amount of cheese as possible, let's just say no cheese because I couldn't taste any. Got the ramen since the consume was not included. What a ripoff, it's just the same cup of noodles you could get for a dollar. They're selling this horrible dollar store cup of noodles with fancy packaging for 9 dollars! Definitely not ramen and not what I was expecting, the noodles tasted exactly like the cardboard they were served in. Got the Doritos as well, another rip off. It's just a bag of Doritos with meat, cheese, and jalapeños, not even close to being worth 8 dollars. The horchata was pretty good and so was the mango drink, which was also over priced. The music was so loud inside we couldn't even enjoy dining in and it was freezing in there. Horrible experience. You can definitely find better birria tacos elsewhere and everything else on the menu was just a ripoff. I guess they're making you pay for the inside being all fancy, passing the cost of rent to the consumer because the food wasn't worth the money I spent. Drove 30 min because we heard this place was great. Asked the cashier what she suggested since it was our first time. Waited 30 min for food. We ordered drinks, let them know the ice was out and waited almost 5 min before just finding a place to sit. Another 10 min later tried again to get ice and they said there just isn't any. The food came and was nothing to get excited about. We asked if there was sauce like in the pictures. She rudely said, "well you should have ordered that..." we won't be coming back. Been eyeballing this joint for weeks. Finally as drool was 'bout to drip off my chin I popped in, not before I placed a order trough their own .com. Finished my business at HOC & headed to pick up my dinner. They couldn't find anything for me. Even though I showed my receipt they insisted my food must be at the Chandler location. Finally after arguing for 20+ minutes someone made me some food. The food did taste fine, but no hot sauce, napkins & poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth that couldn't be washed away with a burrito & a taco. I won't be returning!
