After the Cubs finally....won the world series my husband went and had a tattoo of the cubs logo put on his leg.

This was my second time getting work done by Heather and once again A GREAT experience. My 1st out of 3 sessions looks frikkin amazing and gets compliments everywhere I go. Did I forget to mention it's only the outline so far??? I can only imagine what it i going to look like when its finished!!! I LOVE the vibe at this shop. Jason Smith tattooed me on two separate occasions. He was incredibly kind, made me feel comfortable, and did clean line work with vibrant coloring that held good in my skin and still looks beautiful. I get compliments from strangers on all of the work on a regular basis thanks to the good people of The Tattoo Room. One thing I also noticed was how clean this shop was and how immaculately clean and pretty the restroom was (which is unlike most tattoo shops). Trish, the piercing specialist at The Tattoo Room, is an absolute doll! I walked in on April 3 not knowing if I could be helped and she was so personable and inviting. I had gotten two cartilage piercings six months prior that were causing me a lot of discomfort because they were pierced improperly. Trish was able to clean up my ear so I could save the piercings, and they look and feel so much better now. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and my ear was feeling better in just a few days. Highly, HIGHLY recommend, as I know I will be going back to her for more! read more

I realize that when most people find a tattoo artist to bring their ideas to life they stick with them. I'm not that guy. Each artist has a different vibe and flair. To me that would be like collecting only Van Gogh and ignoring Picasso. As far as the Tattoo Room goes I love Danielle, she is easily one of the sweetest people you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting and her artwork is second to none. Still, I gotta try different artists. So I was beyond stoked to see that Heather Sinn has professionally partnered with Danielle. First, I had to do a little research on Heather...and what comes up? Tons O' crap about her stint on Inkmasters. And lots of bitching by fans of the show. So I was a little trepidatious about meeting with her. I know...I know it's television, Hell I in work in live shows, T.V. and Movies I should know better than most. Whatever. What I can tell you is that T.V. is about sensationalism and ratings. Producers could give a rats ass about showing you in the best light. That was apparent the moment I met Heather Sinn. Everything that I read about her was wrong. And I thought everything published on the Interwebs had to be true! Just ask that French Model... She is amazing. Very honest and sincere about the work that I want done. But also willing to do what I want. And I don't want any f*cking Koi Fish (long story). Of course I'm easy as far as clients go, I share my ideas and the elements I want represented but I really want her creativity breathed into it. I visited the Tattoo Room on February 1, 2014. Danielle Oberosler did my tattoo and I am beyond stoked on the result. She breathed new life and color into my 20+ year old hummingbird tattoo and gave my little bird some hibiscus flowers as a new habitat. I love this place I have been going to The Tattoo Room going on 2 years straight now All the artists are amazing and very talented. So, you can seriously go in and have any of the artist work on you and you are going to get kick ass work every time. Just bring them your ideas and they will work their magic. They only do custom work no flash. I let them do their job and that is being the talented artist they are. I've had my entire back done and a quarter sleeve done on my right arm. I am currently having Danielle (the owner of the shop) doing a quarter sleeve on my left arm. I am booked with her all the way to October so far and will more than likely book more appointments beyond that... With all that said all the artist there are friendly and the shop has a very comfortable vibe so, you can relax. You must go check this place out!!! read more

After thinking about getting a tattoo for a long time,I went to TTR, spoke with Heather and Kelsey to go over ideas and scheduled an appointment. Last Saturday I got it done by Kelsey and wow! Absolutely a great experience. No pain at all. No swelling or bleeding and I love what it looks like. Everybody in there was so friendly, staff and clients alike. I got all of the outlining done in an hour and it looks great. Clean, precise, just what I wanted. Have another appointment in 4 weeks to do the shading and color. After several recommendations and seeing several gorgeous tattoos on others, I decided to go to The Tattoo Room for my first tattoo. This place has everything you need - great artists in a clean environment. My tattoo was done by Hana. She took my vague idea and turned it into a beautiful image that I am very happy to have on my body for the rest of my life. She takes pride in her work, and made sure I was happy with each detail. I had a great experience with Tonya. I got a traditional style swallow and locket tattoo. I love it! It's lovely and I'm so happy with it. She is super nice and we had really nice conversation. I'm only giving four stars because my appointment started an hour late due to technical difficulties. It's not Tonya's fault, but since it's a review on the shop I had to deduct a star. I just had my first tattoo experience with Heather at The Tattoo Shop. Without going into detail, the shop was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. I had gone in about a month earlier as I had a concept but no drawing. I talked to Heather who made some suggestions and worked up the drawing. Although I did not give her much detail, her drawing was exactly what I was looking It's possible that we just happened to be on the same page, but some artists have an ability seemingly to channel what a person is thinking into their art. As mine is a failry large tattoo, we have to do a couple of sessions. I have only done the first session. Heather got right to work and was very professional. She did not waste any time and was really focused on what she was doing. She finished the outline and some of the color. At each stage of the process, I like the tattoo better and better. Getting a tattoo is not a trivial matter, and is definately something that must be done right the first time. I am very happy I put my faith in Heather and The Tattoo Shop. read more

I usually don't write reviews but I felt I had to take out some time to write one this time. My tattoo experience during this visit was nothing short of great. I would give a bonus star if I could. The Tattoo room like most licensed tattoo locations was clean, but what stood out was the artist. Sebastian is an artist that will take his time and put all his energy in the art he does. Extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I've had multiple tattoos in the past but this was the first time I can say I felt the artist cared more about the art than the monetary gain. Writing this review after getting my second tattoo done here. I may not have a lot of experience with tattoo parlors but this place is impeccably clean and the work is extraordinary! I had Frankie for both my tattoos (a Celtic Taurus tattoo and a tribal fox) and they don't even look like tattoos, they look like perfect illustrations from a magazine and the original design ideas I brought in were blown away by the modified version he came up with. A friend of mine told me about this shop and told me to come in when I was looking for a trusted place to help me out with a special tattoo and my mom's first. I shot an email over to The Tattoo Room and received responses very quickly. They worked with me to set up exactly what we wanted and we set up an appointment. You need to pay a deposit when setting up the appointment, and we had to book about a month in advance but it was so worth it! I knew exactly what I wanted, but my mother was a little more open to adjustments on her idea. We both worked with Hana, and she is AMAZING! Hana helped my mother come up with a good plan for her tattoo and did an amazing job. Her work is superb and she is extremely detail-oriented so she makes sure her customers have exactly what they want. The tattoos are PERFECT and we are both so in love! Ask for Hana, she's wonderful!
